I contacted Vision Visual a couple months ago to start the process of getting estimates for a new sign for our business. Not only were they they most economical choice but the team was also great to work with and provided several creative proof options. They worked with us to get the sign designed the way we wanted it and provided great customer service. The sign was installed yesterday and would couldnt be happier with their speed and efficiency. I would highly recommend Jeff and his team to others.

I would not recommend doing business here as I was extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and support that I received. Booked what I thought was an appointment for a consultation on site for quotes regarding store front signage, all to have no one show up for the meeting. I booked an over the phone appointment through Cathy over a week in advance with receiving a conformation email for a meeting with Jeff dating the time and location to discuss options. After about a half hour of waiting, there was even more frustration met when hearing that the appointment was cancelled for no specific reason. When I asked her why the appointment was canceled and why I was never contacted, she lied and said a cancellation email was sent and that she wanted to discuss options electronically which was the opposite of our initial conversation. We discussed the importance for an onsite meeting and evaluation of the space and available signage options for that space. The cancellation email was nowhere to be found and a courtesy call was never made for the phone number on file. There wasn’t any explanation for the cancellation and no apologies were made for the inconvenience or any effort for corrective action. When I asked to speak with a manager Cathy stated she was the co-owner and did not care to help make anything right. Operating a signage business, one would think that the company could understand the basic principles of customer service and the importance of the discussed deadlines. I find it very wreck less to treat potential clients in this manner and will not be doing business here or giving any recommendations. If setting up for a consultation is this abrupt, I can only imagine what the process for execution or lack thereof may be as signage is a vital component of a business’s success.

I contacted Jeff at Vision Visual Custom Signs and Graphics in late January, and it was later than I had intended. I wanted some graphics on a very large, very blank wall in my new office space, and I wanted to have it done by the time my busy season started in early February. I fully anticipated that, because I had waited so long to reach out to Jeff and his team, at least the beginning of my client appointments for the year would see my office with a still-blank wall. I was so wrong! I asked for help from Jeff on a Friday, and the graphic was done and installed by the next Wednesday! Its beautiful and I have received so many compliments on it from clients. It makes me happy every time I walk past it in the office. Thank you Jeff, and everyone at Vision Visuals for making my office both beautiful and uniquely mine.
