If I could give it no stars I SURE WOULD.... GOT ran around 5 times last visit and I still HAVE THE WRONG PARTS!!!!! SOMBODY HELP...... WONT BE RETURNING....Apon a return for the money back for the wrong parts, I then had to wait at the store for 45 minutes something about cant log into the system, I also noticed when returning the employee keep hitting the return for REASON.... AND marking i didnt need it when it was the wrong part all together, and should have clicked WRONG PART instead of I DIDNT NEED IT I THINK A GM NEED TO SCHOOL THAT STORE.... it wasnt just once, it was 4 different times and they ran me to 3 different stores...

The employees stand around and watch potential customers walk out the door. I waited in line while an employee stood around complaining that he didnt get enough hours. I waited in line so long I was able to find better items on Amazon for cheaper. I shopped on Amazon while your employee watched me make my Amazon purchase and must have been too busy to let $100 worth of car detail supplies be lost to Amazon. I wont waste my time again. Stay at home and shop Amazon, someone who actually wants your money.

Normally I love this store but today was very disappointing. There are a few new employees and none of them are wearing masks on their faces. As a company that claims to provide the best service, theyre currently doing their best to become the site of the next outbreak.

I went in a while ago to purchase some parts and the cashier was so rude. His name was Ethan I believe. He was so demeaning and was just leaning on the counter vaping! He acted so annoyed helping out customers. It is not professional for employees to be vaping inside of a workplace! Ridiculous! Never shopping here again!

Its pretty much what you expect at an Advance. Friendly, knowledgeable service. Theyve got what you need, and you can get in and out quickly. This is my go-to location for parts. Theyll test your battery and alternator for free, and theyve got loaner tools available.

Ive come here for several years now for the wide array of auto products they offer and the great friendly service. I dont know of a place I shop that is as helpful and friendly as the crew, which has changed a few times over the years, has consistently been here. Buy online, get a 20% discount and pick up in store. Then grab a burger and shake at Sonic next door!

Advance is a great place for all those little things to keep your old car going. Tons of universal fit items like switches and stuff. Service is great too, the guys know now the store well and are always ready to help you.

My battery died. Jumped it, drove there, got a battery that they installed and the whole thing took maybe 20 minutes. The staff was friendly, funny, and efficient. Could not have been smoother.

Although I have low expectations from previous visits, this one proved to be the worst. Extremely unhelpful and judgmental man who helped me. My car wouldn’t start when I returned to it from the grocery store. The employee harassed me for not following stay at home orders (which grocery shopping is allowed?). I don’t know who deemed this employee essential, but they should reassess.

My husband and I went in on a rainy/snowy night to get a battery for one vehicle and wipers for the one we were driving that night. My husband had recently been in a motorcycle accident and had several broken ribs and a rotator cuff injury so he couldnt lift anything. AJ helped us find what we needed, and then came out and put the wipers on the truck and filled the washer fluid for us. He carried and loaded our items for us and said to bring the other truck down and he would put the battery in for us too, if we needed. When we returned the dead battery, AJ was there to help us again. He is polite, friendly, knowledgeable and cares about his job. Thank you again for your help, you really went above and beyond and we enjoyed talking with you.

For those truly experienced in dealing with numerous chain stores-We all know that 90% of the staff are idiotic teenagers that can hardly decipher where you put the fuel into any vehicle if its not detailed in a video game or an app on their cell phone. That being said, this is the only store we source parts at, we spend an avg of 50K a year on parts and have never had an issue with this store. The staff is highly intelligent and knows how to source parts outside of the typical idiotic self service computer. Simply put, they all have a mechanical mindset and are very friendly. Regardless of what part of Colorado we are in, it is worth the drive to Golden to have the knowledge we got the right part the first time, and not to have to deal with the morons that encapsulate todays customer service in the automotive industry. Thank You Guys!!!

Horrible experience!!! First, the motor oil they claimed to have in stock (and at other stores as well) was not in stock. [I had spent some time online before traveling 18+mi to the store trying to find a specific oil for my car]. The clerk (tall, heavyset with bald/shaved head) seemed disinterested in helping any further and I had to ask for him to check the back, he also seemed put off by the fact that I asked for him to call another store; the website claimed others in the area had it too. The call to the other store started with an off-topic non-work related conversation with the individual on the other end while I stood there. Not to my surprise at this point, the other store didnt have it either. Clerk seemed uninterested in helping any further, maybe find another alternative. I work on my car myself, have pretty much all my life... so researching parts is something im used to. Very disappointed in the inaccuracy of the website, even MORE disappointed in the customer service. I wont be back. OReilly down the street saved the day for me.
