Just wanted to reach out and provide some praise for a few stellar associates. Long and short is that Pauline was extremely helpful and quick at getting our appliances ordered. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and it made our experience very enjoyable. I make major purchases relatively often between business and personal but this was literally one of the easiest transactions between delivery, selection, etc, was just very simple and seem less. Pauline thanks! After placing our order for a few washer dryers when we got home we changed our mind about the pedestal washer because we’re doing a substantial remodel and didn’t know if it would fit when we were done. I called back right before closing and the phone was ringing for a few rings before someone answered. I spoke with Carter who although he didn’t work in that department answered the phone because he wanted to help and saw that no one was in the department. When he answered he said let me try to find someone to help and after a few minutes of not being able to find someone (it was literally 15 minutes before closing so I’m not surprised that he was having a hard time finding someone) he took the initiative and went out of his way to figure out how to modify our order so that we were able to resolve the issue on the spot. Carter was able to help us modify the order and avoid a callback in the morning when someone was back in that department. Top notch customer service! I spend a lot of money with Home Depot for our business throughout the year and really appreciate the customer service I experience regularly. I recently tried to return an item at this home depot with my receipt, but my ID would not scan because it is worn on just one little spot on the back. The lady doing my return accused me of tampering with my ID and refused to complete my return. when i asked for her name she had her name tag hidden and refused to give it to me. So i will leave a description. 5’5 with brown hair and glasses at the return desk. Absolutely unacceptable customer service from this lady. She refused to call her manager over and i left with an item i no longer need. Never at any home depot or store have i received such blatant disrespect!

In the last few weeks Ive been to the Golden, CO store several times. Each time Ive had very positive interactions with the associates. The All-Stars Ive come in contact with recently were Harmony, Devin, Carter H., and Maddie. Each one of these nice young people have been exceedingly helpful and cordial. Additionally, like a dumb-@$$, I left my wallet behind during one visit. Fortunately for me, an honest person found it and turned it in and everything was intact. Ill keep coming back to this store.

Bought a fridge at Golden location, it was supposed to arrive today, 09.14.21, they called yesterday confirming delivery from noon to 3 pm. THE FRIDGE NEVER ARRIVED!!! No phone call, no explanation, nothing! My husband had to take the day off, and then spent additional 2 hours on the phone trying to find out what happened. Apparently the truck was late and now they can only deliver on the 23rd. Thats nine days! We already got rid off our old fridge, what are we supposed to do? And again, not even an apology, like this is business as usual.

The Home Depot in Golden is the best Home Depot around. their customer service is top notch and they are so polite and so so helpful. My son is autistic and at times a little to loud and most definitely noticeably different. But they treat us no different and always acknowledge my son.. its awesome and we are so grateful to be treated like everyone else. WE. wont go to any other Home Depot. Thank u Golden home depot.

This review is for the tool rental department. First of all the staff was very helpful and accommodating. No complaints there. I rented a wood chipper. My complaint is that the tool had very dull blades, making chipping very hard and inefficient. Advertised as a 4 inch chipper, it barely handled dry, one inch branches. I ended up not being able to finish my job at home, and now I have to hire someone to take it on. My advice to potential customers is to thoroughly inspect the tool to make sure it is in perfect working order. Otherwise, youll be disappointed in its performance if it is substandard.

One of the better home depots in the area. Trees are significantly smaller than at a nursery or tree farm, but also much cheaper. Generally has everything Im looking for. The tool rental guys are normally very nice.

Very good hardware store to buy tools. Have everything that I need for my projects. Sometimes customer services is poor. Too many kids as employees no very well trained.

Great place especially for outdoor stuff. We had a problem finding anyone to help us and the staff that was there acted as though they were too busy to help. So we went somewhere else to finish our shopping.

Store was clean and shelves were stocked. Employees were friendly albeit hard to find despite wearing orange aprons. The mobile app is a savior.

This review is in regards to the service I received from, Ben in the lumber department, on 07/20/2021 at around 9:45 PM.After finding the tools I needed for a time consuming project, I found myself racing the clock as the store was about to close, fortunately I was able to acquire the assistance of a young man named, Ben in the lumber department.In a frantic rush to complete the shopping list before close, I was struggling to find suitable quality lumber for a structural repair, thats when Ben came to the rescue.Normally, 99.5% of people would tell me to scram and continue my wood search attempt the next day but this young man literally pulled every single board off the shelf just to see to this customers satisfaction. I mean, he even jumped up the shelf to inspect the remaining planks to assure me the lumber we found was the most suitable for this critical repair.A long story short, it was minutes till close and he selflessly helped me sort through all the defective lumber last minute without a second thought. I offered to give him a tip since he literally saved my schedule but he insisted it wasnt necessary.Young man, I dont normally leave reviews but when I see such selfless work ethic, its hard for me to ignore giving credit, where credit is due. Keep working like you do, only 0.01% of the population operate at your ethic standards, itll take you very far in life.Outstanding customer service

They usually have what I need and usually at a good price. The hardware is ok for the normal stuff but if you need something out of the ordinary youll have to go to a hardware store. In general I like home Depot probably way to much. I go there a lot lot lot lots

Super horrible management and super dirty store. Lots of environmental violations as well. Just avoid this place until they fix their problems. Morrison and Lakewood stores are right down the road so just do yourselves a favor and drive the extra 10 min.

I placed an order for bathroom floor and wall tiles. I received a text message from the store informing informing me the order is ready for pick-up. My contractor drove to the store to pickup the tiles. When he arrived at the customer service desk, he was told the order was cancelled because the tiles is out of STOCK. Bad inventory management with terrible customer service. Management of this store have no clue what is going on!!!!!

We bought a grill here at Home Depot and the staff was incredibly helpful even when they weren’t quite sure on where the extra grills were being kept. They stuck around and helped us find and get down the grill in a very helpful and caring manner, which I always appreciate!

Had trouble figuring out what I needed to repair my toilet. Then a friendly worker came to my rescue. George listened very carefully as I explained the issue and then took me to the parts I needed, made sure I had everything I needed to finish the job and then detailed instructions on how to do it. The Golden Home Depot is the best!

Lights, toilet seats, liquid tar, houseplants, chemicals, tools, paint and tubing - what a store! I might have liked shopping had my mother dragged me into stores like this growing up.

Was hoping to find a hotplate burner. Couldnt find one and couldnt find any employee to help within a half hour of the store closing.

What can I say Im in-and-out of every home depot in the Denver metro area, And have a great experience each time. I dont know wife and plumber and I actually enjoy helping people to look confused in the plumbing aisle. And really glad the lines move as fast as they do.0

I am sad to have to post this review, however feel it is very important to share the very poor customer service for large purchases at Home Depot.During the Labor Day sale, we ordered blinds for our house, with an expected delivery in 3 weeks. Fast forward to days before the Christmas, I received a phone call from Home Depot informing that after 8 missed delivery dates, 6 missing blinds, my order arrived damaged. They wanted to me to install the portion of blinds that were not damaged and offered no customer service on how/when a full order would be received. When asking to speak to the manager, the manage stated why do you want to speak to me? and what would you like to do?. Words cannot say how awful the customer service was.After being more than patient with the delivery delays, which were not COVID related, it is unacceptable to have taken such a large payment at time of purchase, missed delivery so many times and have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Home Depot is good for small retail purchase but never purchase any material home installation project. We had a similar issue with services on appliances and working with Home Depot on important home projects has been a nightmare.

I normally have pretty good experiences at the Home Depot. Im able to find what I need and checkout is fast. Lately when I ask floor employees for help they are not able to fully help my needs or help me find what I am looking for; as I continue to look and then find what I want with some patience. It almost seems as the floor employees either have no idea and are not trained right or they just dont care dont want to help and have something or somewhere better to be. If you plan to visit the Home Depot I suggest not asking for assistance as it will only take more time with poor untrained help. There are very few floor employees who actually know what they are doing and talking about who actually do help a lot, but they are very hard to find and very rare to come across.

Employees always friendly and helpful they will help you with anything you ask or get someone who can .

Consistently poor costumer service. Employee told us what we were looking for was on Ilse one really its Ilse 5 and theyre out. The thing is employees rarely walk me to an item, they pretty much run off as soon as they tell me. They are wrong often, so costumer service is at best a 50/50.

I love this home depot because its clean and I never have to wait in line for more than a couple minutes to pick up whats needed for the job and get out the door.The staff is helpful and they always have exactly what we need to keep iut customers happy.

This review is for the rental department, not the store itself. I rented a two man auger to drill 16 fence posts in my front yard. We read all the instructions that came with it and when we first used it, we couldnt get it to turn off by simply releasing the throttle as the instructions state. Super dangerous so I called them and they said I had to remove the spark plug to turn it off. About an hour in to our project we came to the conclusion that it wasnt running very well. Called them back and they blamed it on me for not transporting it correctly or resting it properly so oil got into the carburetor. They said I could exchange it but that would have added an hour to the time limit and that they wouldnt do anything for the time I was wasting (was trying to complete project in the 4 hour rental period). We decided to keep trying to use it when I saw that the throttle has a very similar setup to a bike braking system where a metal cable is screwed in to control how much or little throttle you get. I adjusted that and it started working beautifully. They ended up giving me 25% off which was really nice but the whole situation not only could have been avoided but was also handled very unprofessionally by the several rental employees. Had they properly checked the auger or given me a different one that someone hadnt just given back, gone over proper transportation/resting of the auger when not in useand just gave a brief overview like pulling the spark plug to turn it off, all of this could have been avoided. I still have a bunch more work to do and will not being renting from this store or possibly any Home Depot. Not once did any of the employees apologize or show empathy bit instead defended that they were correct.

The customer service reps here have a pretty bad attitude. I haven’t experienced that attitude at any other HD locations. Save yourself a hassle and go to another location.

This is the best Home Depot in the Denver metro area. Abby, Ky,Mo, Micky and Haley alone with the rest of the team there are excellent. I like shopping Golden Home Depot.Thanks everyone that work there. It is a pleasure doing business with yall.JP

The remote we bought was broken and there was a lot of gunk in it

This Home Deport is allowing people without masks on to walk around the store and interact with employees and others, putting everyone at risk and contravening the state regulation on masks. I watched a guy without a mask walk around the store touching things, interacting with other customers in close contact, and using the bathroom. I complained to an employee, who pretty much shrugged it off. Why is Home Depot allowing this? Why cant employees demand customers wear masks? I will avoid this store because of it and encouraging county and state officials to take action against the store.

Purchasing items online is generally very easily and would be five stars. Finding items in the store even when you know what youre looking for is a time-consuming affair. That would be three stars. So on average four stars.

I never post reviews, but I was so impressed by the help I received at this Home Depot last weekend that I felt I really needed to. I’m appreciative of the help they gave me after I struggled with my attempt to install a toilet. Not only was the manager more than helpful with getting me what I needed, but I felt the whole store knew what I needed and was there to support. Great communication among the staff! Since I cant find a Contact Us section on your website this one goes public. Your returns department at store 1522 needs help. Not once but twice Ive purchased an item only to get home and find its been parted out or was returned in the wrong packaging. Not once but twice. In two months.First was a lock that someone parted out. I returned it clearly telling the person what happened. I go back a couple of days later and lo and behold its back on the shelf. Still missing the part. I brought it up to the front desk but Im sure it was zipped right back to the shelf.Second was a 90 degree drain connector that someone returned with a 45 degree part in the bag. Perhaps a bit more forgivable but still cost me a 39 minute round trip to get the right part.Perhaps Lowes, even though its further away, would be a better choice. I do get a nice 5% discount there. And in the category of what have you done for me lately youre not looking particularly good.So yeah, Im off Home Depot for a while. Given the massive home remodeling project I have going on its gonna suck for store 1522. Take care.

Older woman at the paint counter has been extremely rude to us twice in the past 2 weeks. She acts annoyed when asked to mix the paint and seemingly goes out of her way to make the process as difficult as possible. We will gladly be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

I have been going to this Home Depot for over 10 years, ever since they first opened. I have always hard great experiences here and would rather come to this store than other hardware stores. Very helpful staff too. Specifically I worked with Shawn Schowe in the mill department and he was extremely helpful made getting all the wood I needed for a big project really easy. Then on a separate trip Brent Lane helped me decide and purchase a french door which I didnt know anything about. This store is great and a special shout out to those two, Thanks guys!
