The quality of the costumes is very good. Much better than Ive seen anywhere else. They measure you and being costumes to you to try on. A very personalized service. The costumes were cleaned and pressed when we picked them up. Also, the Ben Nye eye makeup is the best. It lasts all day and doesnt cake up or smear. Im switching to use this eye shadow everyday instead of stuff from the department store makeup counter.

Best customer service in the Twin Cites! My ETC expression went belly up late Tuesday, that evening they reserved a rental board for me to pick up, sent me an estimate for a new board, and saved me money by offering to subtract the cost of rental from the cost of the new board. It should be here early next week, less than a week turn around in a week where we had 2 snow storms. Every time I walk through the door I am greeted with a smile. The tech dept is always ready and happy to help. They always have what I need. Fast, friendly, and highly recommended. From theatre to weddings and other special events, their rental stock will light up any space.

In recent years Ive only used them at Halloween, but theyre superb when it comes to almost anything theatrical. For me thats costumes, makeup and an occasional prop.
