Items on the shelves in the wrong place. (Prices dont match item).Need more human checkers

About the only positive I can say is that it is close to home. This particular Walmart never has anything in the shelves, staff is almost always unpleasant, and the lines are very very long. Highly suggest any other Walmart over the Godfrey location.

Will not deliver grocery order, despite having delivered to us over a hundred times. Will not help in chat and says the driver cancelled it, so wait until tomorrow (kind of a problem when you need the food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner)… then you wait and they say the same thing the next day. Will not answer phone at store, so guess we’ll go back to Schnucks.

Always do my grocery shopping there. Love this store.

When a DoorDasher cancels an order or refuses to finish one it is picked up by the next dasher. We picked up a Walmart one, which was already late. I arrived in the store and the greeter was over by the Pickup area. He referred to me as slow and should have had it to the customer 20 minutes ago and said he knew it was me the second I walked in. Very rude. The order was already late.

Only two cashiers were available on the lanes. I was shopping around 4:30 and waited unusually long period of time. Perhaps more cashiers along with the self check out would be helpful.

The ONLY reason I go here is because its close and a time killer while my kiddo is at lessons nearby.Last week my cashier was texting while she was checking me out. I politely told her that I was surprised she was on her phone while she was working and she told me she was just checking her messages.. As if it were no big deal.This week there were only 2 cashiers working (one more than normal for this store.) The cashier I chose repeatedly tried typing the same sku for TEN MINUTES before I left her line. At one point she got the other cashier involved (which then held up both of the only lanes that were open.) The other cashier disappeared and came back eating popcorn.... With people waiting in her line.I have never had such terrible customer service. Oh, and the shelves are pretty bare here.

Alot of what I needed dwas on the top shelf. Nothing in any order in the vitamins just thrown around. And check out was one lane only. I hate checking myself out but I am trying to avoid as many people as possible and needed to look for something specific so pickup was not an option.

Ehh its ok. Pretty clean store. Have a lot of variety of products. Great craft isle food department is well stocked.

Has absolutely everything you could ever need and when I went there the staff were extremely nice and helpful, they directed me to the string I needed to fix my bracelets and even recommend me other stuff I may have needed.

Very busy, I was impressed that they open up more check out lane. The store was very clean. All workers that I encountered was Polite and helpful.

The Young Lady that helped me was Abousolutly Awesome!!!!!

I cant stay away from the doughnuts at WalMart, they are delicious .

Iowa Wal-Mart caught my attention. Love the way they are set up. A lot more spacious.

This store almost never has produce in most categories.The last four times I have been there they say they dont have rotisserie chicken or most things you might want in the deli. That and you often have to chase down an employee to get someone to the deli to wait on you.

The store has a mask policy that the employees blatantly do not follow. The floors are always a bit sticky from lack of cleaning and the shelves are always barren. I once tried to get an item, and came back once a week for two months before it was restocked. A few weeks ago, the milk in the fridges were cottled and seperated.Pickup is a whole other beast. Some days the people are sweet as can be, but recently, a few workers have become openly hostile. They flat refuse to wear a mask, and say they have been vaxxed and dont care if they spread it. One actually referred to exposure risk concerns as ridiculous and said he didnt have to talk to me. They also have some discrimination issues toward those with disabilities and heightened risks. The most notable from recently has been Timothy, Jayden, Dusty, Cora, and Aileen. Those five in specific have laughed at the idea of spreading contamination. Beside all that, most of the time the items are broken or damaged in some way from the bags being tossed into the trunk.

The Godfrey il store should be used as the showcase for all Walmart. This is the cleanest store with the most helpful employees.

You need to employee some more cashiers. I refuse to self check because i wont put someones job at risk. Ill start shopping else where if i cant get checked out in less than 30 mins. Completely lack of concern for your customers... Shame on you!!!

DISAPPOINTING!! Almost EVERYTHING i went there to even buy was out of stock!!!! The very very FEW things that were still barely in stock, were so OVERPRICED I felt like i was being swindled basically...... I sincerely hope this supercenter gets its problems with the stock and prices together. This Wal-Mart is better than this!!!

The food is very good the service is faster than you would expect the menu is very nice employees very friendly and courteous

Customer service desk is shut down several hours before they’re supposed to be. Asked manager if I could get some assistance. She was standing off to the side for several minutes before I finally walked up to her. I watched her look at me 2 times while I was standing at the counter. I know the lights were off but o needed a money order to pay my rent. She huffed and puffed and finally came over to help me. Complaining about how she’s the only manager up front and everyone else was on lunch as if that was an issue I needed to hear about.

More mask need to be worn would like to feel safer not enough cashiers want 24 hours back

I like as a 1 stop 4 most things. Poor quality of fresh greens collards mustard turnips. Plenty of bagged kale spinach collards

Its about a 5 minutes walk to Wal-Mart, from my house, so this location is convenient, as well as exactly what you expect when walking into a Wal-Mart...

I wouldve given a five star but everytime I go into the store, they dont have what Im looking for. The shelves are always empty. Its frustrating.

I will pass by a Walmart store less than 2 miles from me to go to this Walmart. Lines are never real long and they usually have what you are looking for. Walmart on Lindbergh in North County please dont waste your time there. The lines are always extremely long. And the store is always junkie.

As usual, only 2 checkers and long lines to check out. Very irritating and totally unnecessary for such a filthy rich company not to hire enough people to check out customers! I will continue to limit any shopping at Walmart! Shame on you!!! 40 minute wait to check out is unacceptable. Self checkout is depriving someone from a job. I will leave without purchase if self checkout becomes only choice. Better start listening to your consumers!!!!! Your giant status could just change.

This Walmart is one of my least favorites to go to. Seems like theyre constantly out of products. Ive bought groceries SEVERAL times and got home and realized they were bad or out dated! It is so hard to find an employee that is willing or capable of helping you with anything. The parking lot is a nightmare and ALWAYS packed for some reason so dont be surprised if you cant find a spot close to the door. I used to take an elderly lady to get groceries and they hardly ever have the scooters charged. I actually had an employee tell me if I went an got the one across the parking lot and brought it in, they would charge it for us! And he sat in his chair until I brought it all the way in! The older lady sat in it and I stood by for about 15 mins to let it charge. The employee sat right there near us that whole time too, and never said a single word. I think he might of had eye balls painted on his eye lids because he couldnt have been more useless if he was asleep!lol

I went there, Im on disability, I cant walk but into the store. I waited over a hour to get a diving cart. They only have 4 running and 4 broke. I was told by some young lady working the self check out. Never again, never got a cart, I went home empty handed. I sat and waited on gf to shop.😢😡🤬

I ordered a filing cabinet through curb side pick up. I arrived and parked on the side for pick up orders but was told my item was inside so Id have to enter the store to get it....My sister offered to run inside to get it as I was not prepared to enter the store as I had done curb side pick up for a reason. My sister is 53 and maybe 90 lbs. The woman inside had her lug out the 30+lbs filing cabinet by herself with so offer of a cart or anything. I am not happy and will be shopping Target from now on.

I was only there because my husband insisted. Otherwise I always avoid any walmart. Dirty, they treat employees like trash, and the Walton family is rich enough already.

None of the employees seem to know anyting in are unable to ever help you even the manager on the floor for checkouts was not able to help. When I went to go to customer service to return something the other day the line was literally backed up into the aisles past the check out they had one person working up front then another day I went there and was having issues with a self-checkout in the guy I asked to help me told me he didnt feel like typing in any of the numbers or fixing anything

Probably the worst Walmart in have ever been to. The place is like a zoo. I had stuff for curb side pick up and call 20 times and no one would answer. Then i got in and do more shopping and go to check out and the lines have atleast 13 people wait I g on eqch one with a person in it. Then scan and go was backed up a good 75ft. While 8nside i called over and over probably 30 times about my curbside pick up and still no answer. Go to pick up and nobody is doing anything but sitting there. I will not likely come back to this Walmart ever again. Even the 2 month ago it was decent.

Wall mart super center has all my needs. from food,to clothing and even gasoline! . If you prepay for gasoline and put the cash on a Walmart card you get discounted price on your gasoline. Save the card with a few bucks on it and it can be used in the store for purchases, or toss it in your glove box for your next fill up. They also make great gifts!.

I came to this location to order a pair of glasses. The woman who helped me was very nice and knew what she was doing. It was a great experience. Then I did some shopping . I didnt have much but I do not like the self check outs. Well, there was only 2 cashiers working. Each line had about 6 people in it. Even tho I dont like or use the self check outs, they were all backed up also. Needless to say I left without getting my items. This was the 2nd time and it will be the last.

Looking for Hot Wheels special edition cars. Was able to find some.

Almost every time visiting the Godfrey store, the shelves are bare and you better not be in a hurry!! Rarely do they ever have more than 1 cashier working!!! Where are the employees working? Stocking the clothes dept.?

This Walmart location had a nice variety of merchandise and the shelves were very well stocked. Last but not least, they had plenty cashiers working as well as the self checkouts. OMG! It felt so nice to use the self checkouts and everything was working appropriately. Thank you so much!

Needed to return something I bought in Tennessee three weeks ago. The receipt was unreadable because it had been in my pannier all this time, but they didnt give me any grief and returned the money.

They didnt have a lot of the healthier food options Im used to at my old Walmart, but it was otherwise a decent enough Walmart. In fact, their selection of stuff for our new home (like smoke detectors, shower rods, etc.) was pretty decent as far as these stores go.

More often than not, Its a one stop shop. However, the availability of products has been incorrect lately which is frustrating.

I was looking for a certain item and employee who was not wearing their mask correctly was of no help. Immediately said they didnt have the item. Seemed as though he didnt want to be bothered. Another female employee was very nice and actually showed me where the item was that I was looking for.

Ordered groceries online. Ready on time, fast to bring out and pack in car.

Way under staffed, plan on being there awhile at the check outs! Lol, but also shout out for those who still came in during this crazy pandemic, but hey its wal-mart.

You can get just about anything here.

Only self checkout open lines were long. Had things we needed to purchase, then decided it wasnt worth waiting in line for so long just walked out. Wouldnt give one star rating if I could.

Very clean and well stock store the only problem I have with Walmart not every store sells the same products so if you buy something at one store you might have to go back to that town

Even with workers stocking in each aisle scooter was able to move around store with no issues clean friendly staff

The parking lot is insane here! They only have 1 entrance as well! I’m a disabled old lady who couldn’t park in handicapped as it was full & was forced to walk all the way across the park lot to get into the only door they are using.

Murphys there has the best gas prices in our area!

Bag was left at store because cashier did not check to see if I had them all so I called the store it took 20minutes for anyone to answer then they wanted me to drive back today. Associate was not apologetic at all. I think this store is ran very poorly. Only one lane open to check out. Poor service!!

My recent visit to this location was very stressful and excruciating. First was the toilet paper isle. They had plenty stocked but no prices but on a few products. Next stop electronics. I wanted a simple pair of ear buds which of course are now locked up. So some guy and girl came to help but never returned. Then two guys came and stood behind the register and when I asked them help they tell me they dont work in electronics (which I wanted to say, then why are you standing behind the register and hes thinking they close at a certain time. The store is open for another hour. So I decide to call the wal mart myself and tell the manager they are refusing me service to purchase these ear buds. But after the phone rang about 20 times some kid walked up and saved the day. He quickly went and swooped up the keys and I finally got my ear buds. I also had a hard time finding a single glue stick and a pencil sharpener. So this trip was not so great!!!!!!

Some stocking issues from time to time, but on par with other Walmarts in the area. Plus, the staff are very friendly and willing to help shoppers.

Severely understaffed. Every time we shop there, the checkout lines are really long. The staff that was there were friendly and besides the long wait we were able to get what we wanted.

Has pretty much everything you would need in one stop shopping center food,house hold supplies, school supplies, electronics, shoes, clothes... just about anything you could think of they have. Also they have friendly service most of the time..... its a good place for family shopping

There were no cashiers on duty and said I had to check myself out so put put the merchandise next to their self checkout and told them they could keep it and I will never go to that store again. I dont work there and never will

Need to be very careful when buying food there. It is so close to the expiration date. The deli meat in package is just one day to sell by date. The same for the dairy product.

Registers are never open, half the time you cant find anything on the shelves, and employees are incredibly rude. I would be embarrassed to be the general manager of this location.

When you can find someone to help it’s usually a good experience. Typical Walmart, they offer buy online pick up in store. Staff is friendly. Bathrooms are clean.

Expansive grocery shopping. Deli-sliced meat is a definite winner and available with the same ease as the prepackaged brands you thought you loved. This is a Super Supercenter!

No cashiers at all at this time so everyone had to use self checkout.

I used the order online, pick up in store service. They have been busy enough with this that you sometimes have to wait until the next day for pickup. Unless we are out of something essential that usually isnt a problem. This time was actually amazing for the number of people waiting for orders. There were at least 5 workers outside loading cars. The man who brought mine out was friendly and took the time to put cold food in a cooler I brought and the rest in a trunk carrier while still getting it done quickly to wait on someone else. Great job, Walmart!

The fabric department was quite busy and completely devastated. There were very few employees but tons of customers. Come shopping if you have lots of time to spend.

Definitely love Godfrey Walmart. It is a very nice supercenter with friendly staff. I use the app to find locations of items and they are always where they say they are.

Didt have the tv I drove miles to get after the internet said it was in stock

The only good thing in relation to this trip to this particular walmart was the near fight between an aging volunteer door greeter and a raging customer due to the lack of open registers and abundance of shoppers

Available Parking. Lines wee long but we used the self checkout lane. Nice store. I may start going to this store.
