On Mothers Day I visited my 81 yr old Mother at her apt. While there I noticed that her kitchen faucet was not working well. The single handle faucet lever was hard to move and the screen was missing from the aerator. Easy fixOn Monday I removed the faucet cartridge and aerator and took them with me to FW Webb in Gloucester. I am not a plumber and had never been into that store before. I showed the parts to the guy behind the counter. Im sure he knew that the cost to replace them would not even use up a $20 bill and yet he treated me like I was going to spend $200. He got me the parts I needed and was professional, competent and friendly. My Mother was very happy to have her kitchen faucet working like new again. Thank you for your help.
Great service and very helpful employees
