They must’ve paid for these reviews. They changed Some piping that was going to my propane tank. It brought our balance with them up to around $1000. We’ve brought our balance down to around $600. We’re only able to pay $100 a month at this time. KEVIN thought it was a good idea to pull our credit report! Who does that? For $600? Then when I called him to say we will continue paying the $100 a month and to take us off auto renewal he called me 1-2 weeks later and said he’s sending someone here to take away our propane tank? Bizarre. I appreciated the servicemen and them finding the leak but the conversations with KEVIN have left us uneasy to say the least. Feel like it’s a shakedown

We inherited AmeriGas for our propane tank at our new home and simply could not get propane delivered. They gave us a 10 day window and we’re already a week past that. We’ve been out of propane this entire time. Our son recommended Scott Energy because he’s been so happy with them. I was not optimistic about getting a new tank and company between Christmas and New Years but incredibly, I called yesterday morning and spoke to Kevin Kelleher, then Adam Scott visited us in the afternoon and within an amazingly short amount of time, we have a new tank and fuel. I’m completely blown away. This is how you run a company. Thank you Scott Energy and your amazing team!!! We’re so grateful to you all!

In my opinion Scotts is the the best by far!! All 5 + stars reviews etc... Scotts services my condo, my upstairs neighbors condo, my parents house and my place of work. They bailed me out three times already just in this last season. Thanks Scotts Energy!

My husband and I bought our new house on Friday. Saturday we were working on the house and noticed we had NO HEAT! I checked, and we were out of oil! I called the company that had previously serviced the house and they said nothing we can do till Monday for you. I called Scott Oil, and Kevin was there in less than an hour. He was able to verify my system and get us oil the very next morning. Very impressed with Kevins knowledge and professionalism.

Moving up from South Georgia almost 4 years ago is enough in itself. Moving into our 1871 farmhouse in Topsfield 8 days before we got 30 inches of snow in 30 hours is entirely a different matter. Yes, we moved up in the winter of 2015-16 where we needed up with 9’ of snow. Large snow wasn’t the only new thing for us. Oil heat and forced water radiators were a “novelty” as well. It was either Greg or Kevin but, one of them came to our home the day we moved in. He had us up and running right away, he had someone inspect the furnace and tank. I don’t think that he had much to actually do but, by being there, it showed the level of customer care immediately. I check our prices regularly and they are always competitive. The have usage data on my home that I find interesting and use to “grade myself” on energy efficiency. They have been great to work with and I recommend them all the time.

Ive used Scott for around 10 years. They are great to work with. I have a really steep driveway and in the winter it is often difficult for the trucks to get up it. Once my old oil company left me high and dry so I switched to Scott and they have been great to work with. They fill up the tank _before_ major storms. They have maintained my burner well for years. They may not be the cheapest oil around, but the customer service gets high marks.
