Elizabeth truly understands us! She gave us enough choices to make a great decision but did not overwhelm us. Working with her was a great balance of choice and guidance. We ended up in a different place than we started with her guidance and the was efficient and expedited because of her expertise and understanding. I have been in customer service and sales a long time and she is a pro! Thank you!
Elizabeth helps all of my clients with window treatments!! She is very professional and easy to talk to. She is precise and detail oriented, and provides many different options to help my clients choose the best window treatments for their space! She is a fantastic one stop shop for all things window!
Its been awhile since Ive been here. They used to carry specialty items that were difficult to find, if carried at all, at big box stores. Now its painting staples similar to what youd find most anywhere without the selection of Sherwin Williams. Really nice people and you wont get lost looking for stuff. If all you do is paint, this is a good store.
Good service. Very helpful. Also makes painter referrals for special projects.
Completely agree with the other reviews about terrible customer service here. I came in trying to get help with picking a paint color that resembles a picture I brought in. I asked Dave for help and all he could say was I have no idea what color that is. Um, dont you work here? Id think your job responsibilities would consist of more than just sitting on a stool all day. So disrespectful and rude. This was not the first time Ive been treated this way here. Never coming back to this location again.
Excellent customer service from doug was really helpful. In helping us find the right products for our home. Definitely recommend coming here...
Ive only come here for paints and paint matching. The lady who is typically there to assist has an excellent taste for color and can likely assist you for whatever your needs or questions are on what works for your home.
Great store with h the best paint (Benjamin Moore).
They had everything I needed, just not super friendly... I usually go to the one in Morton Grove, where staff is supper nice and helpful (they asked me for the numer of the color I needed and showed attitude when i told rhem i didnt k kw what it was - dude, are your fingers broken - I suppose to know your company paint codes to make your life easier??? You got the keyboard, look it up!), was forced to go to this place since they are the only local shop.open on Sunday - will not return there any time soon. And the paint, yes, its good, but when did paint started to cost 50+ dollars for a gallon?
This store does not give a good service its people have a bad character all the time I do not recommend them
Awesome service and great products
I will never go there again. The gentleman that “helped” me was extremely rude and condescending. Almost irritated that I had a question. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Otherwise it’s a nice store with lots of selection, but for me that one bad experience is all I need to not go there again.
Nice store!
One of the best stores in JC Licht chain. Crew makes big difference. Strongly recommended
This place has always been helpful and great at marching the colors I need. Never had any problems with them, very fast service, and consistently reliable
Find another store, this is the only low-rated JC Licht in the area.Response to the owner:We gave your store a second chance and did not receive improved service. If systems were down and internet was out there should have been fewer distractions. Even without distractions, employees simply dont want to do anything unless youre a contractor ordering dozens of untinted 5 gallon buckets. Aura and Regal are great, but just arent worth this headache of a store.Employees are simply rude. Benjamin Moore paint is great, but half the work is preparation and the other half is finding a location that actually cares about their customers.
This store is not interested in selling paint to customers. They did not consider giving discount even I plan to buy 30 gallons of very expensive paint. The people there are very unfriendly and even hostile. I went there because it was close to my job site. I had very bad experience dealing with a bunch unprofessional people. sad sad sad!
Indifference to customers request. No discounts. They dont help throw bad paints away. I went there because it is on my way. I wanted to get some celling paint because my old paint was frozen. They didnt give me any discount on the new paint. They refused to help me throw away the bad paint. I usually go to Northbrook Benjamin Moore store. The gave a good discount, they also help me throw away paint that went bad. They care about me personally and gave me tips how to keep the paint good. You know what is a good store and customer service by comparison. I dont recommend going to This store.
Glenview store ROCKS !!! Guys are very knowledgeable and really quick !!!
Worst of all benjamin moore stores, staff are like turtles,
Friendly and patient.
This store is selling bad paint, do not spend your hard earned money there, customer service is not working with customers to resolve issues
Thats paint store you can get your paint little expensive but the match of color perfectly theyre really good people that work there
Great service
Everything fine
