I had an awesome experience. Since my garage door could not open all the way up, the technician had to crawl under the small opening to get into the garage to inspect the existing door. I really appreciated him for doing that.The technician was very patient and knowledgeable about the installation and the different parts needed for the garage door to work correctly.

Barry came to our house to do a preventive check on our stove, washer and dryer. What a great worker! We have had the stove for about 15 yrs and have always had it regularly checked each year. Barry took time not only to check everything, but he also told us little hints of what we could do to make each appliance work better. He did an excellent job and we really recommend him.

I had an appointment with SEARS Garage Door Installation & Repair this afternoon between 4 & 7 PM 10/5/2021 to check on my garage door opener as its only closing 3/4 of the way & sometimes it wont close at all. Steve was very efficient, helpful, & knowledgeable. After we opened & closed the garage door, he immediately told me what the problem was - it needs a board. But since my garage door opener was 15 years old, the board is no longer available, so Steve had to replace the whole system. He worked on it from 4:50 - 6:15 PM. This whole job cost me half the price as I have the Home Warranty Plan.

Absolutely amazing service. We are currently renting, and our management company picked Sears to fix our garage door issue. We suffered from a broken tension spring..A quick simple job to a real technician. Thats exactly what the case was here. We gave as much information as possible to our technician, and when he arrived, he had all parts needed to complete the repair. I dont believe he was here for longer than an hour.He was VERY friendly, and respectful, and went above and beyond the expectations I had in mind for this repair.We had both springs replaced, brand new rollers, and new lift cables. All in under an hour. We were constantly updated on the status every step of the way down to the almost exact time they would arrive (via text updates).At the end of the day, I expected just a new spring....What I GOT was a way better functioning door than Ive had in the past couple years. It was easy to schedule and I could set a time the next day. Sears sent a picture of my repairman Steven so I would recognize him. He diagnosed the problem with the garage door, fixed it and lubricated it so it goes up smoothly. I highly recommend Sears repair. I also use SeRs for carpet cleaning g twice a year.

Needed to have someone coming to look at my garage door opener. The person that came to assist me was very rude!!!! I need to have the door opener replaced instead he disconnected my garage door and told me it was my door that needed to be replaced. I had to insist that he connect my garage door back the way that he found it when he wanted me to know that the garage door was too large but functional. When I ask about my garage door opener he refused to look at it and concentrated on the garage door. Very dissatisfied with the service that I received a waste of my co-pay that I had to pay seers for this guy to come out and try and sell me a garage door and not try to repair my door opener.

My garage wouldnt open not even manually! Was very frustrated. Called up Sears and they had a tech out to my house within a few hours! Gary was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable! Garage door wasnt shutting all the way couldnt figure out what was wrong. So I called Sears garage doors and it was fixed right away The door was rubbing on the frame of the garage preventing to shut completely. Heat from the HOT days we have had swelled the frame which was making it rub on the frame. Glad for Sears to fix it and able to come out so fast. :)

Called on Monday and they were out on Tuesday. Alex was on time and very professional and friendly. He even put up with my questions. I had to have the torsion springs replaced and had him install a new opener and replace the bottom weather seal on the door. He thoroughly explained how the opener worked with the safety sensors, which I never had on my door. He even explained about the having the door checked every couple of years to make sure the springs are properly tensioned and the door balanced. This is something I never knew about. I would highly recommend Alex for your garage door needs.

Although contacted about my garage door opener, performed some tests and identified that the problem was not the opener but the springs that were installed by another company were not the proper size overworking and overheating the opener. He replaced the springs with the proper size and solved the problem.10/09/21 Having same problem with garage door opener. Door closes 8 - 10 inches then reopens. Need to unplug the opener,, let it cool and then close the door.. 10/11/21 Technician thoroughly checked sensors, door opener.and readjusted the opener. NO TROUBLE FOUND - HEAT RELATED?

Awesome service. Called on a Sunday afternoon, they came the next day Monday morning. Alex S. was on time, efficient and quick, and very courteous and professional. We needed the large torsion springs replaced on our garage door which he did, and he even took the time to tighten some of the loose bolts on our door and fixed/replaced the light bulb socket on our garage door opener which wasn’t working properly. 10/10 for Alex and Sears Garage Solutions. Service tech was two hours late for the appt. Other than that he did a very good job on routine maintenance for my garage door. Before his arrival it was loud and shaky. Occasionally reversed on its own. After his service it was running every smooth and quiet. No more issues. I will use them all the time from now on.

Excellent! I asked for a morning appointment, but rep only had a 2P to 5P time available. I took it. Repairman called at about 4P, said he was on the way, would call when he was in front of garage which he did about 4:15P,in about 10mins. he discovered why garage genie was not working, the sensors on either side of door needed replacing, he replaced sensors, made sure door opened/closed properly with remote, it did. All of this took less than 30 minutes. I was extremely pleased.
