Went to Costco today. Store is layer out well and plenty of items. You can’t go wrong! I like that the majority of their employees wear masks. Check out moves fast. The staff goes out of their way to help! Recognizing Mike who checked us out, Judy who boxed us up and Leo at the door checking our receipt. Also tremendously helpful was Jon who was selling dishwasher soap, giving out samples, but helped me find several items. Everyone was kind! Thank youWent back today. Store wasn’t that crazy when we got there at1:30 but crowds came in after noon. By the way today is Monday July 19th.Susanne, Kevin and Joey are wonderful!Thanks again!

Store is clean and organized, friendly staff and the most friendly customers aswell!! Variety of items in every area. The parking lot is well spread out, and the entrance is large and open like all of them. Return an item no questions asked. I lobed that they dont keep announcing that they are about to close. They just kindly dimmed the lights.

It is Costco, what else is there to say. It is an over crowded store, and checking out can take awhile. It is okay to go to, but many times I find better deals at other stores, and I just do not see the thrill of really going here for items.

Costco never lets me down. I went in looking for one thing, got it, and left with a few other items. I always find what Im looking for at Costco

Don’t dare go near the clothes they just folded! They don’t want you touching them and will snap at you for taking a look. Other locations have better employees and customer service.

Always very good prices. Maybe not THE best prices if you are shopping electronics and compare against the internet, but can always count on a good price at Costco, even for electronics.I wish there were some way to see if they have an item in stock *before* you get there. Today, I was looking for Gatorade zero and a noodle dish. They had them both last month. But not today. Deducting one star for that.

Im pretty upset right now by my experience I had recently. I tried to sign up for a $60 membership and they instead used high-pressure sales tactics to get me signed up for a credit card and an executive membership. I really just wanted the $60 membership. On top of that, when they signed me up for the credit card, there was numerous issues and I ended up waiting to get signed up for almost 2 hours! They had accidentally signed me up for a credit card with the wrong membership attached, so there were two temporary credit card numbers in my name. I wasnt able to do my full shopping bc the store was going to close soon. When I went to check out, the temporary card they gave me didnt work. They had mixed up the paperwork with the other credit card. Today I get a call from someone saying they found another temporary credit card in my name laying around, and for me to pick it up. I am sick and tired of having to spend time over there dealing with this. I dont know which temporary card is the correct one because the paperwork was continuously getting mixed up. I dont want to have to drive over there and get this piece of paper that I dont even know is the correct number or not. Very frustrated to say the least.

This place was immaculate, I enjoyed myself immensely and the experience was quite rewarding in more ways than one.

Self checkout person told me to get back of the line when people were piling in when she clearly saw me in front waiting but didnt say a word until there were more people but the lady in front of me got into a self checkout right where I was standing. Didnt make sense. Also the person who reviews your receipt literally counted every single item on my cart but let the others in front with a quick glance. Like took 30 seconds to review my stuff and 2-3 seconds for the people in front of me. Highly unprofessional individuals.

Always a great place for shopping for all you need. Even better now with self checkout. Need to bring back their key lime pie

Terrible costumer service provided by the Awful- Incompetent Manager ALEX at Costco location in Glenview, Illinois ! His lack of communicating with his costumers did speak volume and even the people waiting in line to costumers service, and seeing his approach and reaction towards me, said loud that I should report him to Costco Corporation ! This Is Unacceptable for such a Disrespectful, Arrogant person To Have A Title of a Manager and to represent such a huge company !!! Im Very Disappointed ! I am a Costco member since years but I will never go back there due to this unpleasant incident and the stress I got from this Unskilled, Unprofessional, Unethical, Dishonorable, Unscrupulous, Shameless, Improper, Inadequate man who carries the title of Manager...Mister Manager Alex you need to grow up as a individual and learn how to earn a title of Manager...You showing me your title didnt impress me at all, but contrary your attitude and behavior proved, in front of your costumers and coworkers, Your Incompetence of having this title in such a nice and honorable company as Costco ! I love Costco! They have way more organic options than Sam’s Club. Wish they would make one closer to my house I have to drive almost 2 hours to the closest one.

Food court woman was very rude. When she saw me approaching the counter she told me I had a order through the kiosk however I wanted to pay cash. From that moment on she was rude, threw my pizza on the counter, told me my total and didnt even say thank you.She also didnt give me my receipt and her name badge was covered but it was today at 12:45.

Staff is always helpful! They are always pleasant at checkout! Great to see the same staff as it was our first time back since pandemic began.

I’ve been a Costco member for the last 10 years and have always walked by the cell phone kiosk assuming it was for new lines only. Nick, the sales professional at the kiosk said hi to me and out of curiosity I asked him if he had the new iPhone in stock. Nick Summarized all the AT&T and Costco specials/ promotions along with the advantages of buying my phone from Costco.Nick took great care ensuring all the paperwork was completed properly and in setting up my iPhone. I have been using cell phones since 1994 and have probably purchased at least 15-20 times. Of all the experiences I have had with sales associates during this time, Nick was the best.I highly recommend anyone who is purchasing a new cell phone visit a Costco kiosk. Excellent experience.

Excellent place to stock up on items.

After ten years of Executive Costco Membership and inspiring four of my friends to become members, and they did, I do not understand how ignorant I was not to have bought Costco shares earlier on, and now I cannot afford a single share.

Just like all other Costcos, they always stack their wine bottles too close to the edge of the display cases. Every single time I pass by them, there is at least one broken bottle on the floor, or worse, I actually see someone accidentally bump one off because all of them are so close to falling off already.

Great people,need to bring back food court tables and expand back to prepandemic menu.

Clean store, decent products, horrible customer service. No support in the store, 15 minute wait to return an item.Not only this specific store issue though. Its their model.

Costco is great. They always have more than you need. And of tons you think you need but dont. Not there fault! But it is always fun to look at everything. And when the poor person responsible for folding all the clothes over and over give you a look before asking if they can help....worth every penny of membership. What these people go through......

Trout was sold out and an employee said delivery is scheduled for the next day. Ive called 5 times on 5 separate days, inside of one week, to inquire but each time the staff (when I can reach someone) says none are available or its coming tomorrow. Stores run out of product, I understand, but my grievance is staff providing inaccurate or no information. Its also terribly difficult reaching a human when calling this Costco because their automated phone system rings repeatedly until it restarts. Being persistent, I call multiple times and finally reach a human. My experience with other Costcos is wonderful so perhaps, this location is understaffed?

Most quitest shopping experience I ever had.

Extremly rude and unprofessional employees and supervisor. I am not even talking about lack of customer service, but just some basic courtesy. Dont go there if you are elderly, pregnant, disabled, or require any kind of assistant. They will refuse to help you and will make you feel like a nuisance. There are two other locations that do not discriminate and judge customers: Costco at Niles and Costco at Mt. Prospect.

Manager and greeter/membership checker dont know store policy. May 14, 2021 Costco made a public statement saying no more masks if you have been vaccinated. Also, on the same day JB Pritzker announced that if youve been vaccinated, no more masks.On May 17, 2021 around 8pm I went to the Costco and noticed there were no mask signs at the front doors, and no mask signs at the entrance where the greeter/membership(first mistreater) checker was at. The greeter tells me I need to wear a mask at which point I kindly explained there were no signs ordering me to do so at the entrance. He then decides to argue with me and tell me that there were signs. He then shows me an old dingy sign at the exit and says, see there it is. I explain to him that of theyre going to enforcing the masks then there needs to be signage at the front doors and the entrance where the greeter/mistreater hangs out at, and to please get me a manager so that I can show him the lack of signs at entry points. So here comes Chris(ignorant mistreater #2), and he explains to me that there was signage because they felt there was no need for unnecessary signage any longer, and not that Costco probably sent out a memo, and had a meeting with management nationwide explaining that signs are to come down. Chris also proceeds to tell me that signage is not necessary because by this point, I should just know. In his words, its already been a year of this, you should know by now.Chris, you need to know the stores policy and not enforce something you no longer have the right to enforce. If you want to take it upon yourself to make your own new store policies then put the signs back up and sign them all Chris.

Every Costco is awesome, but this one is really great. The customers tend to be a pain, stopping mid aisle to get a free sample. The checkout is quick and painless. The staff really does a great job keeping the lines moving. The parking lot is well organized and was easy to navigate. Its worth the drive from Mt Prospect.

Never fails, even if they don’t have the one item you looked all over, always a must item shows up from every purchase, haha

Its clean, well lighted store. You cant walk in without spending $250. But as long as you have a basement to store the bulk, you will save in the long run.

Terrific, if extremely busy key shopping destination for everyone from the northwest suburbs to the NorthShore. Terrific Butchers, bakery is a rockin bunch and the produce & dairy are fantastic too for larger-than-often-necessary portions. Homegoods and liquor are also standouts. Great seasonal plant selection for occasional single pieces. Customer service is great and the auto supplies are also recommended.The usual attached gas station is inexpensive and also busy as heck. I recommend having a solid list & game plan so you can avoid impulse shopping and running up hundreds of $$ unnecessarily, which is surprisingly easy to do. Stick to a budget, and this consumer-friendly Costco will NOT let you down.

The fire alarm went off today and that was a real treat . To say the managers and associates were confused was not an exaggeration. Some associates were upset with guests in line to check out and some managers were telling guests it was okay to check out. On top of all that confusion, there was no intercom...just a bunch of associates confusing everyone. Glad it wasn’t too serious but I will never go back to this location.

This Casco location in Glenview is always well stocked especially with organic products. To bad that some of the organic products they have only for just a short while and they disappear from shelves. Its very clean store in shelves are pretty well socked all the time. Great precautions doing covid pandemic. Highly recommended!!

There is nothing wrong with the store, it is just like any other Costco, but the clientele are the most rude and entitled bunch I have encountered. Kids running wild, throwing trash on the floor, I even had a cashier apologize to me for one group. It the closest to me, but I usually go to Mt Prospect.

The checkout clerk was incredibly rude to me, didnt help pack my purchases, didnt take my cart. And used an excuse that he wasnt doing that because his partner wasnt there and they have a system.

Its Costco. Its exactly what you would expect. The thing I like about this location, they always have people there assuring things are clean and orderly. We went early on a Saturday and were able to get in about out with no issues or lines.

Candace the Mgr of the bakery says the danish and blueberry muffins are burnt now because the regional Mgr likes themDark and that’s that. She has no customer service expertise and should hand over her managerial duties to someone else. Good luck selling burnt bakery!

Not the best Costco but not the worst. Everyone was wearing masks at this location. Wasnt crowded on a Wednesday morning around 10:30 but parking lot was more full when we left a half hour later.

This place is always clean and always treats you well. The prices are outstanding and the quality cant be beat.

Whats not to like? So many options, amazing food court, items cheaper than Amazon. I sometimes wish it would open earlier than 10am but its not that big of an issue for me. Besides that the store itself is always clean and beautiful. Even the items on the shelves are almost all symmetrically stacked.

Had my tires replaced at the Glenview Costco and Had Eric working with me .He went way above and beyond to get my tires installed after an order snafu and quickly Had me out the door without further delay and confusion. This Costco has a good selection of everything. If something runs out at another Costco they usually have it here.

No mirrors? Outrageous. Great selection of snacks though. Fish is always on point too. I can smell it all the way from the pharmacy, thats how you know its quality seafood.

Love Costco! A person can find everything they want at this fine store! Location is convenient with ample parking. Displays are neat & items are easily found. Gas prices are the lowest in the area! Costco is my “go to” store for saving money on items I need.

Costco in Glenview is always packed. Its difficult to find a time when its not crowded. Employees are helpful. Of course, prices and quality are great. They need better signage for getting to their parking lot.
