I wanna take the time to thank Jeovanni and the crew for a fantastic experience we had coming in with the family and getting everything transfer was the best . We visit another Atnt and the customer service wasnt even close to this glenview store. This was an amazing experience after my brothers tried to resolve a problem online and by phone. My mother had an AT&T phone and is now in a nursing home in hospice care. We could not cancel the phone because she knew the pass code and no longer could recall it. I brought in the papers and was assisted by Sam and Sam who both were professional, friendly, sympathetic and efficient. I was done in 3 minutes. Ive been on hold for 10 minutes at a time before being put on hold to wait for someone else. This small victory was magical. BRAVO!

This is my local store and I have used them consistently for my wireless needs. I want to acknowledge Sam S. who recently helped us navigate a confusing situation, with our bill. He spent a great deal of time with us, was very professional and explained the AT&T policies while also listening to and addressing our concerns. While a frustration brought us in on that day, Sam was able to help us find resolution. We will continue to come to this location in the future. Thanks Sam!!
We visited this store in order to switch from a different company due to their high prices. Sam was very helpful doing all the paperwork. Then he gave us 4 boxes for our TVs. We asked for help with connecting the boxes, so Jacob at his personal time spent all evening connecting the TVs. We thank all this people for wonderful job. Keep up good work.
We drove an hour to come to the store at 5 Waukegan Rd. because Sam Schilf works there. Sam has always taken great care of us and helped us regarding AT&T products.Ive called the help lines to get resolution and get none, but Sam gets it done. You ought to clone him so that you have a thousand Sams around. If I could give him a higher number I would. You have a gem in Sam and need to keep him with AT&T!!!!

If I could give 10 ⭐️ I would. This store is super organized. I went into the store to get some ideas of how to help my dad upgrade to a iPhone from a flip phone with a reasonable cost. Isaac spent over an hour with me and left with several options, to which I proceeded with one. When we got the phone we came back for Isaac to help set it up for him. He was very patient with my dad. I highly recommend this store to anyone needing service and assistance with att products.

My experience at AT&T in Glenview was great. I recently switched over from Verizon and the customer service I received was above and beyond what I expected. Isaac was extremely helpful with upgrading my phone and worked really hard to get me the phone I wanted since it was out of stock almost everywhere. I am loving my new iPhone and am so thankful for the great customer service 😊
I would like to start by saying that AT&T has great wireless service in the locations where I need it most, which is one of the reasons I switched from Verizon. With that being said, the personnel at this location flat out misrepresented the cost of the plan and instead of having a monthly bill of $175 as promised, I am stuck with a monthly bill of $246 and that is on top of two bills of $500+ that I have received for the first two months. To make things worse, location manager Augustine and sales rep Eveline Escobar flat out stopped responding to my repeated inquiries to have this issue resolved. I am certain that they are actively ignoring me as as the store personnel has repeatedly told me that the manager is available to help only for me to show up and him suddenly being unavailable as I see him sneaking around the branch. This is the absolute worst treatment that I have ever encountered from leading organization!
Our customer guy was awesome he was able to merge our two accounts together after we had try over the phone a million times. He spend a lot of time with us and we never saw he got frustrated. I cant remember his name hopefully his name will pop up on our account For management review.Thank you all and then I also kept them late so much appreciated for all the hard work.😀😃😄

The Brian LEADER of the team at this location for 7+ years do not working there. The MANAGER called AGUSTIN and a team especially Evelin Escobar gave my husband a hard time. They are promised to pay $175 for 5 lines monthly. The bill we received was a lot bigger. Tried to see the Manager in the store - the Manager is not in the store or on the meeting (he was). Newer called back. We sent email to the main AT&T office and hoping to get the problems solved soon or will stop the service. The other personal are also playing the same game to cover they MANAGER.

Excellent Customer Service! Marcin Skorzewski did an excellent job in helping my daughter and I choose our next iPhone upgrade. Did this without overselling and provided great solutions to our current plans! Also, set up our daughters Apple Watch for cell activation as she runs without the iPhone. This has become our go-to AT&T store!

Terrible service! Wanted to set up new phone. Was misinformed that I could not come in only curbside. Evelyn employee would not help at all changed SIM card and said just follow the directions. Had all my husbands info load on my phone. Went back next day and again would not help! Told me go to Apple. Maybe after 22 years with AT&T it’s time to switch.
Kudos to Marique Stephenson!!! We had creme-de-la-creme service from him. A group of friends wanted to do a family plan and we ended up going to at least 3 different AT&T locations. Some did not know how to help us while others simply refused to help us (apparently, they would not earn anything by creating a family plan). Marique sat with us for about 3 hours, answered all of our questions with smile, solved all sorts of issues related to our phone service, and helped us create a family plan that is now working. He was not just a regular AT&T rep who reads a manual and helps his/her customers. He was able to find solutions to unexpected problems along the way. My ATT TV was not working properly (brand new). 3 days of sorrow. I went to the Glenview store (5 Waukegan Rd), and immediately, Evelyn & Augustin assisted me. They were so helpful and understanding! I cannot say enough about these 2 representatives! I went home, activated my ATT TV, was set up correctly, and was able to enjoy my new service for the 1st time in 3 days! I’m so happy and satisfied with the outstanding service I received today from Evelyn & Augustin!! Thank you.

Make sure the employee walks you through the whole phone set up because they are very inexperienced here. Employee assumed all my contacts were on my SD card and didnt even bother to transfer the contacts or apps from my phones memory. Also was sold the wrong phone

1.5mbps is the top speed available in my area but Im always receiving mail asking me to switch to fiber for 500+ speeds. I moved here 3 years ago and have utility poles in both corners of my back yard but At&t cannot pull itself out of the stone age in 2020 to provide fiber to one of the best suburbs of Chicago. The one star is because 3 years ago, the person at this store who told me about the highest available speed enthusiastically asked me if Im ready to switch, so she had no clue what 1.5mbps is. Yes, that was three years ago and I didnt forget. Im writing this review today because today I called again and 1.5mbps is STILL the best they offer. Welcome to 2020 At&t.

Needed a new phone because old one needed a new battery and at 3 years old it wasnt worth it. Staff helped me find the right phone, there was a promotion going on at the time however someone screwed up and I ended up paying full price for the phone. Even with multiple phone calls to AT&T and the store nothing was ever fixed. Be warned about this store, I will never go back to them again.

Dishonest service. Confirmed existing inventory when we called over the phone. Then when we got to the store and the sales rep figured out we are only looking for an upgrade to an existing phone without adding a line, we were told they didn’t have any inventory of the iPhone 11 Max. Tried to up-sell other services while we were there.

Att residential tv, ip phone, internet & mobile services are highly variable in service reliability. Starting with email/ATT account login reliability is pathetic. I have been with ATT FOR 14 MONTHS OF A 2 YEAR CONTRACT - IF I sign into my email account, then Do Not sign in for 3 days, the system will not recognize my credentials again. Brutal.
I dont know why they just dont take your wallet at the door? Oh yeah, so they can take all your money every month!!!

This store has very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I went to the store to get assistance with my smartphone that had been telling me there was a system update for me. However, every time I tried to download it, the process failed. It didnt take the store associate long to find his way into my phone and get the process started. Although it took about 15 minutes for the download and installation to run to completion, we had an enjoyable time talking about a range of subjects that we both found interesting. And like a good AT&T employee, he tried several times to sell me something. ;-)
