12/2020 My wife has been buying Christmas Candy here for us for years. First time I was here. Great tiny little place. Not much space in there. But the English Toffee is AMAZING!!! Wish I could eat it every day of my life. But I have to control myself!Staff was very good and they had the products we were looking for, in the package sizes we wanted and for a pretty good price. Great local place!!!

Delicious ice cream with interesting seasonal flavors and excellent service. They are doing a very good job of courteously managing social distancing too!

As a life long chocoholic, I was devastated to learn I was diabetic a couple of months ago. A very close friend came over yesterday and brought me a box of your assorted chocolates. I feel like I have my life back! I can’t believe everything is fat free & sugar free... it all tastes so divine! You have gained a customer for life!

We saw the great reviews and decided to try the shop this evening. My husband and I both loved our ice cream choices. The taste was very creamy, not at all grainy, and not overly sweet. I know well be back!

CAN YOU SAY ADDICTING?! This toffee is hands down one of the best toffees I have ever tasted. It is the perfect combination of crunch and melt in your mouth at the same time. I would definitely recommend this delicious product... I cannot wait to see what else they have to offer!

I received a pound of the “butter” English toffee as a gift. It is not anywhere near as good as what I have had in the past. It is soft, and tastes like vegetable oil or rancid butter. So disappointed ☹️

This place rocks. Everytime I go in there people are always friendly and I think it transfers to the customers as well. I find myself engaging in pleasant conversation with the staff as well as the clients. I guess sweets will do that to people

After receiving a gift of Cora Lee dark toffee a while back, the international inlaws highly requested bringing back more. Although it was a bit short notice for what ended up being a large order, Cora Lee was more than accommodating. The dark toffee was amazing as always.

I have a massage practice in Palm Springs,Ca. One of my clients brought me a box of Cora Lee toffee after traveling to Chicago. The toffee is the best I have ever had. Its wonderfully crunchy and yet soft, covered in nuts, and the right amount of heavenly sweetness. The pieces of toffee are of larger and smaller random shapes covered in chocolate and nuts. I am looking forward to trying a box of mixed nuts and chews.Fantastic chocolate makes the world go round!

Excellent customer service. We had a box sent out as a gift and it actually ended up at our doorstep instead (mistakes happen). Lisa was able to resolve the issue in under two minutes and was very pleasant while doing so!

A client of ours in Chicago sent us a box of the toffee last year at Christmas. The toffee crossed my mind a couple of weeks ago and I hoped we would get another box in the mail. Sure enough, one arrived on Friday! This is the best toffee that I have ever eaten and everyone in the office dives for the box. What a treat!

Unfortunately I received one of your boxes of English Toffee as a gift. There was a heavy oily taste to it. The oil was staining through the bottom of the box and the toffee was not hard at all. I am not familiar with your brand to know if this was normal or not but wanted to let you know there was an issue with your Toffee in case there was a bad batch.Hope this was just a one off experience. I appreciate the thought of my friends gift, but regretfully it wasnt for me.

The best toffee in town. Always fresh and if youve never had fresh toffee you should. Yummy. It is expensive at $25 per pound so best left for special occasions or gifts.

I received a box of English toffee and it was the best toffee I’ve ever tasted, delicious.

The toffee is extremely sweet and clings to the teeth. Its definitely American, not English toffee. The staff wasnt very friendly or helpful either in answering questions.

Hey, today is Thursday 12-7-2017FYI As time is fleeting this time of year, I called the store up and asked if they have the one lb box of toffee for sale. I was told that they have none- the store is waiting on the delivery of one lb boxes, which they said that they ordered three months ago .I was told that any day the empty boxes will come, but I was also given the suggestion to purchase the toffee in other more expensive sizes and containers.However, I really wanted the one lb box of toffee. Now I am concerned that they will not have the one lb boxes in time for the fast approaching holiday season.It is too bad that Cora Lee relied on one vendor to provide the one lb box for toffee. I asked if I could get a call back when the one lb boxes were in but instead of say sure what is your phone numnber I was told to call the store back. It did not cross my mind, as the customer, to have to call back. But I had thought OK no one lb boxes for toffee, take peoples names and phone numbers and then call the customer back when the one lb boxes come in. In addition, there was not how many one lb boxes would you like? we can make them up for you when the one lb boxes come in and then call you, what is your name and phone number please. Nothing like this was said to me.So if you are thinking of stopping by to purchase a one lb box of toffee then I suggest that you call ahead of time so you do not waste your time and energy and have to be told that there no boxes now but they are coming soon.....so I hope that everyone who loves the one lb box of toffee will get them soon...

Not my best visit to Cora Lee. I made the trip from the city to buy my holiday gift boxes only to arrive and see a letter posted on the door that there was a 1.5 pound limit on toffee! From my understanding, the box distributer didnt come through... But really, were there no other options available? Really poor planning on someones part that affected others! Boo....

Best toffee to me and to so many others I have introduced it to over the years. Makes a great gift even non toffee lovers get hooked.
