Tastes basic like store bought ice cream and in fact maybe a bit worse because mine had an odd freezer flavorWould not come back

Ordered a birthday cake over the phone for a pick-up on my Birthday. Came in and they had it ready to go (looked great!) and was also given a free scoop for my birthday!Quy was there to help me out and was super nice, great customer service and worth the drive from the city!

It still is the best ice cream. Love the incredible flavor combinations. Ben and Jerrys always makes me feel good.

The grumpy old man ruins the experience.

The ice cream was fantastic! (I got a Coconut, almond, fudge something & hubby got a chunky monkey milkshake). Service was great and very patient with us while we took forever to decide. Had to walk a block due to outdoor dining taking parking, though, so if someone has mobility issues, prepare to drop them off before parking.

Has vegan ice cream.

Ben & Jerrys is a fantastic place to get ice cream. Not only is it in a nice shopping center with outdoor seating, the ice cream is always delicious. With different options such as smoothies or dairy free ice cream, there is something for everyone. The company itself holds high values and is a great one to support. At this location, the best employee is Nick. He is charismatic and delivers the best customer service. Overall, I would strongly recommend.

I will let it slide that the guy working the counter here 2 Saturdays ago was a grouch. Ben and Jerrys is the best ice cream on the planet.

I’m sure this is not usually the case because their ice cream is darn good but I wouldn’t recommend the shakes as this is more milk then anything else. Sad because I drove 35 min to come here😭

I agree with the other reviewer about one of the employees. This is a family oriented place and the grumpy old man behind the counter ruins our experience there every single time. With so many ice cream places in Glenview, it’s better just to avoid this place and get your Ben and Jerry’s from the grocery store than have to deal with him.

Went for ice cream after lunch, and got a cup of strawberry. It tasted old and like the inside of a freezer, and was thick and chewy, like it had too much guar gum powder.

Love ben and jerrys ice cream. Not so welcoming to minorities. I get looks that make me feel uncomfortable

The older gentleman at the counter was rude and crabby. Its a family oriented business. If you dont like kids dont work there. I expected him to be friendly and curtious thats part of the job

Its a small place. Tables and chairs are icky: dried ice cream on the chairs and tables. Servers just standing behind the counter and not enthusiastic to be working here. Did not get to check the washroom but if the employees here dont care to wipe and clean the tables and chairs then I dont have much hope to find a clean washroom.

Ate there once; expensive and honestly just not that good. Plenty of other great ice cream stores to choose from. Avoid.

The ice cream was amazing, would eat again absolutely! But the only problem was the male server was very rude, and rushed me through my order, even getting me the wrong thing, and getting mad at me for speaking up
