We needed a new mattress and adjustable bed frame. Were in our early 30s, and it was our first mattress shopping. Tom was AMAZING, got us some great deals. We got a split king tempurpedic, pillows, mattress covers, and its all getting delivered. 10/10 recommend, great customer service, lots of one-on-one time without being overbearing. We tried two other places and came back because of the great customer service. Plus we saved a ton of money! They have a military discount, and a clergy discount. Oh, and they have lots of optional covid protective things! Theyre being very safe.

After having a nightmare, and I cannot express the word nightmare more with Ashley furniture, we went over to mattress firm to try to make everything good again for my very special needs friend. We met one of the best sales women, Samantha Kennedy who couldnt have made shopping more pleasant, easier or quicker. I wish Ashley home furniture had people like Samantha. I would recommend mattress firm in Northbrook and Samantha Kennedy to everybody and anybody I know. Mattress firm you have a great employee, hang onto her shes worth her weight in gold. Samantha, thank you for being such a kind and understanding human being in an already angry world. You put a smile back on a very very unhappy face, for that I will always be grateful.

Shopping for a new king sized mattress. Initially wanted to buy online but decided to at least see some options in person- glad we did as I hated all of the foam ones.We had a great experience with Zeb and Samantha. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and remembered us after we left and came back a few weeks later. They helped us ship a mattress to our new home in NC despite the website saying it was not available! I have gone to several mattress firms in the north shore area and had pleasant experiences at all of them. I definitely recommend Willow Creek Mattress Firm!

When I walked into the store Zeb immediately came up to us and greeted us. He then proceeded to talk through different mattress benefits with us and was able to price match an offer we received at another store. Zeb was great to work with and I would recommend buying a mattress here!

After sleeping in my current bed for 18 years I decided I was overdue for a new one. I went into the Mattress Firm in Glenview on a fact finding mission and met Javier, the lone salesperson in the store. I’m 80 years old and had bilateral hip replacements 16 years ago and a lumbar spinal fusion 11 years ago. Javier inquired about my physical needs and very patiently explained which beds would seem best to comfort my chronic pain. I spent a long time in the store trying different beds to find one that was most comfortable for me. Javier never pressured me toward any one particular bed. He allowed me to spend all the time I needed (which was considerable) to decide which was best. The bed I selected happened to be on sale and Javier even found additional savings for me. Although it was not inexpensive by any means, I felt with Javier’s patient guidance I made a great choice. He also explained the 120 day period following delivery for me to feel it is the right bed for me. If not, with a small fee it can be returned for another. I am totally satisfied and impressed by the complete attention to my needs and recommend this store enthusiastically!

This store is amazing! I found what I consider to be a very unique mattress..a FIRM pillow top! I also upgraded to get an adjustable base which has made all the difference in the world. Tom, the manager of the store, was able to put the promotion money from the base towards more features. It improved my ability to sleep at night greatly. Tom also provided a mattress liner when I first came in the store so I would have no apprehension about lying on the different mattresses after other people had tried them which put my mind at ease. This is an awesome Mattress Firm to shop at! The store is spacious with close parking out front. We bought here because Mattress Firm had the best prices after comparing other stores online. Also, the sales guy Tom was very helpful showing us all of our options. He was very knowledgeable and was able to help us compare the different types of mattresses. We went with the new Serta I Series which is wonderful. Ive never slept better in all my life.

We had a great experience at this location. The store was very clean and had a good selection. Allie was very friendly and helpful, asking about our sleep habits, concerns, and preferences and using that information to show us a few mattresses in a variety of price ranges. She made a good point that its not a good idea to lay on every mattress in the store because they all start to feel the same--something we have been guilty of in the past! Our mattress was in stock so we got it a few days later and delivery was great and right on time. Would definitely recommend if youre in the market for a mattress.

The store owners has a vast amount of knowledge on the beds of which helps you understand what makes these beds the way they are. He also informed us of some ways to sleep even better and man, was he right! The store itself is spaced out so you will not have to worry about being on top of one another when you shop. The store also has a large variety of beds to pick from so you won’t have to go from store to store to try even more. Highly recommend this place for any bed purchases!

I don’t like being overly pressured to buy something and the representative, Tom, never once did this. I am the last person who ever expected to have a good mattress-buying experience, let alone to be compelled to write a great review. But Allie at Mattress Firm is breaking the exhausting, old school, hard-sell mattress store way that makes us all dread mattress shopping. She felt more like a consultant or a friend than a salesperson -- she sincerely wanted me to get what I was looking for. She went *way way* out of her way, above and beyond, to help me find a way to get the floor model I bought sooner than her truck was able to deliver, and to get me the warranty policy they don’t typically offer on floor models, among other things. Seriously, if this woman isnt the CEO of this company by her mid-30s, Mattress Firm is doing something seriously wrong. Go, buy a mattress from Allie!

I brought my elderly parents in to this location to buy a new mattress...but really I was hoping to convince them to buy an adjustable bed. Luckily David was working that day! He is amazing! David is very kind and extremely patient. He took his time to explain all the mattress options and how adjustable beds work to my parents. That afternoon, my parents bought an adjustable bed and new mattress from David and they were delivered within the week. However, after a few nights of living with the new bed, my parents felt it was still a bit too high. I called David and explained that the bed felt higher at home than in the showroom - he knew immediately that the bed was delivered with wheels and he volunteered to stop by my parents home and remove the wheels himself! Just bought a new Serta queen Willowbrook mattress and had a great experience with Mattress Firm. Our salesperson, Allie, was one of the best salespersons weve ever dealt with. From the moment we walked in until we purchased the mattress on a later date, Allie was terrific.Allie was never pushy yet made excellent recommendations for us to consider. She was obviously very knowledgeable about all of the mattresses that are on the market and gave us great information which guided us in making our choice.
