I can always find what i was looking for at any Target I visit. although this store is differently arranged than others in my area. and always good selections in all departments and prices.

The selection, love your new beauty product. I no longer have to go to expensive retailers like Sephora.The new jewelry and most important, your bathing suits selection. I look forward to it every summer!

This Target Is Low Stock Always, Ive Never Seen This Store Full Or Even Remotely Full. The Employees Here Look Miserable, I Talked To A Young Worker In Beauty And, She Seemed So Happy To Actually Talk To Someone. This Store Is Depressing!! And It Makes Me Feel So Bad For The People Working.

I had to exchange something I bought in California. Of course, I lost my receipt, thankfully I scanned my Cartwheel. When I went to customer service, Jose was so so so helpful! Lack of specific details for picking up merchandise ordered on website. Confusing web directions and the web interface didnt work; I couldnt enter the name of someone else to pick up the order, despite web directions that I had to do so. Said I needed a barcode but no barcode was visible on the website

This is the nicest target Ive ever been to in my whole life! Theres lots of space, so it never feels crowded, and they have a good selection of some of the more expensive lines for homegoods and clothes. Grocery section is good too!

I want to like this target. But they make it so tough. They are always out of stuff. Today, they had our ads for a circle coupon for Christmas ornaments a week early. Earlier this week I spend 30 minutes in line as a cashier tried to check me out. I could have done it myself in 5. Then we tried the Starbucks. It took a record 30 minutes to get one mocha and two drip coffees. Never again. I talked to management and apparently changes are coming, but when?

The store looks great since the remodel. There are so many choices in every department. It feels very organized.

I did some shopping online and few items were only available at Glenview location. I still had couple of questions about the product and wanted to make sure its ready when i go to pick it up. This target is literally the most beautiful and clean target. I just took a chance and used the drive up feature and it was amazing. They knew I was coming and my wait time was the 20 seconds it took the team member to walk to my window. Loved it. Thanks target!!!!

Friendly customer service....to many good items to buy.

It was easy and fast. There was a serious lack of social distancing at this time. I also found no way to place this order on the website. I had to use the app for filling my cart.

Quality of merchandise and prices as well as an excellent customer service staff that is always Pleasant and helpful while you shop your way through all there is to offer and you can shop online too if you wish. Excellent!

This is the second time this has happened now; I purchased items at one Target and returned an item at a different Target. I got the wrong tax back on the returned items each time this has happened. The cashier didnt know what to do and the manager didnt seem to understand what the problem was either. people are not getting refunded properly. If they arent paying attention, they are getting short-changed.

Sometimes we forget to praise our everyday places that we visit. I ran in to Target on a Monday morning to get some things that I needed. (I thought I would avoid that weekend crush).There were Target folks stocking shelves, and young families, and (dare I say it), a real sense of community. Folks were friendly and helpful. I found what I needed. The checkout lady tolerated my coupons, and gift cards.So people, dont forget to appreciate our bricks and mortar stores that make our communities so nice to live in. # Target Rocks.I

Love this Target as much as my old Target in Lake Zurich. Organized and clean, helpful staff. My only complaint is Targets practice of announcing credit card goals over the walkies. Yeah, I know you make a portion of your revenue on the debt of your customers, but please dont be so blatant about it. I have a Target debit card and use it every time. I appreciate the value. But Im just tired of hearing about your goals, and how many more cards need to be opened today.

Really bad service in the tech department because I asked the guy with the glasses for assistance and he just brushed me off for buying a AMAZON FIRE 10.1 HD. Seems like he was too busy messing with his female colleague than assisting me to purchase a tablet. I will not come here EVER AGAIN TO PURCHASE ANYTHING AT ALL. I asked him the second time to show me the item and he said he cant do anything about it. He doesnt know why its not charging. I told him Ill go to another place besides TARGET to purchase and he said fine. I would go to their tech department again at all to purchase any products from them at all. They dont seem to care about their customers/clients at all.

It has everything that you need! The electronics area has nothing special and would prefer to buy online. Other than that it is a great place to get things that may not be available other places

Just went here after the remodel, and the place is awesome! More organized, spacious, and better atmosphere. A lot better than the Golf Mill target.

Well stocked. A little crammed for a Target but an absolute great selection for school supplies. Prices are reasonable and employees are very helpful.

Embarrassing level of customer service. Went in to pick up something I ordered online and witnessed two employees turn away a woman trying to return a toy. She asked to speak to someone higher up and they said she’d have to call someone herself and even brought security over. She left in tears, toddler in tow, to presumably go home and figure out how to reach someone at Target who will actually help her.No, I don’t know the specifics of the interaction, but how lazy can you be to basically say “Well deal with it yourself”, instead of an employee helping facilitate or escalate the issue.

They Need to do better costumer service!!!

Here is the reason I am not coming back to this store, neither I would recommend you, my friends or my family to do so. Store manager obviously is not aware of what is the entitlement to promotion is. Despite all Target stores nationwide had a promotion for baby wipes, this manager takes the sign of the promotion down right in the front of me. She said that this promotion was a mistake. I had to travel to the different store in Niles and get wipes for a baby. The other store had a promotion and I had no problem of using this promotion. I have not seen such unethical and obnoxious practice for a very long time.

Store pick up was super easy - took under 2 hours from when I placed my order and barely waited in line at the store.

Great selection of products and great prices! Its our stock up for sure.

I am absolutely done with this target. Just awful experience... I had a cart full of items, waited in line....waited.....computers went down...ok stuff happens, staff members tell me to leave my cart & they’ll call when computers are ready....we are sorry...ok 2 hrs later, I get a curt phone call the computers are up now...I drive back, they couldn’t find my cart, so I had to look for it & found it-was told you need to go wait in line again....ok special circumstances, meanwhile there are staff members just standing around doing legit nothing...after a 20 minute wait in line, the checkout girl says “oh I’m closed after this”—-ok now I’ve had it & then to make things worse all the lines are 5 people deep & the computers shut down again!!! I ask for a manager to the 5 employees standing there doing nothing, & I wait....& nothing.....now I’m done-never going back-Amazon u r my true love!

Layout is dated but it looks like theyre overhauling. Only time will tell if they update to match the Mundelien & Vernon Hills layout. Those are great.

Target is my favorite go to store.

After my son soccer practice I decided to do some shopping, my mom was visiting and nothing we like to do more than to do target runs. Not only were we followed the whole time while we were shopping. But once we were in the self check out the arget associate working the line, question each item by saying oh how much is that? Then verifying the price on the screen. They had a great pre Black Friday deal spend $75 in clothing get $20 off on clothing which I took advantage for some winter clothes for my son. I did separate purchases to take advantage of the coupon deal. The target employee question why was splitting the payment? Mind you People rang out their items as she simply greeted them and basically harassed us. I finally had enough when the associate asked about the 3 purchase we were making (since my mom bought my mom some snacks and spider man light up shoes). What about the snack? I said ma’am she’s going to be paying for that is there a problem why your only worried about my transactions? The Target associate responded replied oh no I just want to make sure cause security is watching. I responded well great I’m sure if they have any questions they can ask me. The target associate responded oh I’m just make sure everything is correct. I end the conversation by saying well seems like you only checking and worried about me and my transactions. I understand retail, believe me as a general manager myself of a retail location I get retail theft. But harassing a PAYING CUSTOMER is a different story. I will never shop at this target I rather drive out my way and go to the Target in Niles, before I ever return to this profiling Glenview Target location.

As with any target, expect to spend $250 or more, but thats just a target thing. The employees are friendly and remember us even though we visit infrequently. The only thing I hate is that they really try to push you into that red card, Ive never been to a target that pushed it that hard before.

I was here last Wednesday with my fiancé, went to the new Starbucks that they got inside this target location to order my drinks, the cashier lady named Ashley took my order I then asked her if they offer student discounts she said no ok and that’s fine I proceeded to order my drinks an mistakenly thought she had added a few extra charges as I pointed my mistake to her she started yelling at me and shouted to other customers how strange it is that I asked for a student discount and now want some charges off my drink. This was really mortifying to me because she shouted out for everyone to hear as if I was being a cheapo she was very rude was super sassy got me so embarrassed I never felt so embarrassed in my life. If you come to this Starbucks inside target don’t have Ashely take you’re order. She needs to be fired asap!!
