My experience with HearUSA was a very positive one. I met both new personnel today for the 1st time and I had a few questions that I needed to reconfirm; they were explained in detail.

Oh, so friendly staffs even though they are new to me, but I thought it was like home and made me feel cozy and comfortable during my visit.

Ashley and Joanna are awesome! They both were so sweet with my 4yr old and also very thorough. He has tubes put in his ears and HearUSA was able to make custom ear mold so he could go in the water without worrying about his ear plugs falling out. We went to Soak City today and they didn’t fall out once. It was such a relief to know that my kid can still enjoy the water without me stressing aboutHim getting an ear infection!
