Not the usual amazing service you expect from in n out. First tried to give my son a small shake when he ordered a large, the receipt said large. Husband ordered no lettuce on my burger and no tomato on his. Both burgers had no lettuce but did have tomato. Partially his fault because even though she read it back correctly the receipt was wrong. Of course well go back 99% of the time you get great service and what you ordered!

Great service, great staff, fast order & is always right. Please fix the driveway we had to back up to enter & exit…… bad idea to change to one lane in. Make 2 wide lanes in & out or move the entrance far down the lane closer to the building. The lane for fast food backs up into traffic we don’t go when we see that no matter how fast you make the poor staff work in the sun!!!

I know it sounds cliche, but I absolutely love in and out! The double double animal style is just my favorite, I could eat it all the time! The staff is always courteous professional and polite, especially for being mostly young kids. The food is served fresh, the tables are clean and the lines move quick.

This innout is our go-to spot. The food always comes out fast and is consistently tasty. They even accommodate when you want no salt or crispier fries.

In n out was great as always. Long lines, but theu are quick. Ordered a double double protein style and an ice tea. It was delicious. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!

I think In-N-Out is overrated. Their burgers are good, but not great. Consequently, I rarely go. BUT, if you are craving a grilled cheese sandwich, they are fantastic! No one makes a better one, for a better price, or for any price, for that matter. I skip the fries, but the toasted bun grilled cheese is great!

Drive through line was short but processing time took so long. Maybe a bad day. Ive been there when line was wrapped around lot and it went much faster. Dont get me wrong. I dont like the long wait but those burgers are worth it to me.

One of my fav In-n-outs. Drive thru is manageable but you almost never have to wait inside. Good people, good food, great location.

I visit this place every time we visit Glendora from out-of-state. we love the variety, the secret menu, and the food is tasty! Not to mention affordable! Well keep coming back as long as we keep visiting glendora!

Prepare for very long lines around lunch and at dinner time—for hours after the traditional dinner hour— but it goes a lot faster than it looks. Good freeway access at the conjoining spot for the 210 and 57 freeways. Easiest access off of Lone Hill Avenue.

Order taker dosent listen order always gets skimped outa a fry or something small like extra spread or chili. Got a double double looked like a single pattie feel like Im getting ripped off

Always great and quality food. Even during rush hours you get your food within 10 minutes of ordering. Burgers always taste good and fresh, and the fries aswell. The chocolate shake is amazing, great with your meal. Meal for 2 was under 20$, so fairly inexpensive to eat here.

After moving to the east coast back in November, we were really missing In N Out. And we were not disappointed at all!

In my opinion this in n out isnt as good as others. I have eaten here a few times and each time while eating and after eating the food it just mehhh. Food was typically just warm and the flavor was just okay.

Same menu and taste as any other In-n-Out which is a VERY good thing. The dining area is slightly smaller than other indoor locations. However, this is made for with a generous and ample parking lot. Service was fast friendly when we ordered animal style everything. Great place and less crowded than my local In-N-Out.

Ill always love In-N-Out, but I dont go often. This was the first time in oven a year and I was just a bit disappointed. The line of cars was long but it went fast, they are super efficient. The food was fine, but the fries were not as hot as they should be. It might be that I had them uncovered for 10 minutes while driving before eating them but it was a bit disappointing.

It was tasty and my first time there since Im from the east coast. I researched ahead of time to order protein style (awesomely done lettuce wrap) for my gluten allergy. A west coast version of cookout with less options and sauce. Fries could be better tbh.

This place is a must-do if youre visiting California! In-N-Out is a 50s themed burger place with a great menu. They julianne the potato youre getting for your fries right before they cook them. So so good! There are rumors of a secret menu as well! The food was amazing! Even though we went through the drive thru, it was hot and treated fresh. They gave us a box instead of a bag, so we could easily see if everything was there - I LOVED THAT! The service was excellent. I will definitely go again the next time Im in California.

In-In-Out is always great. Double-Double well-done grilled onions fries and a vanilla shake. Then grilled the fries in cheddar shreds with paprika flakes and chive salt + a side of grilled onions on top. Yum.

I had dropped someone off at LAX It was late we were hungry due to covid-19 almost nothings open. Then in the distance we saw in and out burger It was like a guiding light from above. We sat in the parking lot truly enjoyed In-N-Out. Because thats what a burger is all about

Amazing. I had a burger protein style and animal style, with animal style fries. First time at in n out and it was so good. Fries were a little salty for me, though.

Very disappointed. I brought my car to the mechanics and walked over to In-N-Out. I went inside the people were really nice and I received my order. I understand you cant eat inside at this time but they have tables on the outside. I went to sit down and I was rushed away because they said no outside seating either. So I had no car and nowhere to eat the burger and in and out burgers do not taste good cold.

In-N-Out is always the best. They have great burgers, and they know what to do and how to do it. Not only that but right now if you go in they will match the donation 3-1 for human trafficking. The place is clean with good service but you have to wait to receive your order since its always full but it is worth the wait

They are open for inside dinning. In-N-out Burger is doing a great job with helping keep the public safe by handling all drinks, condiments, and napkins. The indoor dinning area is closed off in the main isle and every other seat in the open seating area. I felt very safe while visiting.

Great food, the prices are a little to high, but its worth it. if you are going through the drivethrough, its always packed
