Waited 10 minutes in the gas station for someone to come back to the counter. I understand sometimes emergencies happen but at least leave a note in the front or something like that for customers to know u are gone instead of having us wait here like idiots.
What kind of place stops selling alcohol at 10???I will literally go anywhere but here. There are always vagrants outside and it’s just a crummy looking AMPM. Did I mention THAT THEY STOP SELLING ALCOHOL AT 10PM?? WHEN LEGALLY, ALCOHOL CAN BE SOLD UNTIL 2AM???!!!
The Station itself is well maintained and staff has always been cordial and helpful. Only issue is there tends to be some interesting folks loitering at this location.
Went in the other day to refill my tires and get some gas but when I went inside to ask Sean if he could turn on the air he instead of replying to me He decided to answer the phone and he just ignored me for a few minutes I can tell he is taking his sweet time so I wait and once hes done with this phone call he gives me a emotionless look and asked what I needed I simply asked for the air to be turned on and he did but I was really upset because I shouldnt have had to stand there for 5 mins just to have him press one button his customer service is terrible I work in customer service and I know that the customer is always the priority Ive been coming here for at least 5 years and I probably wont be coming again I ended up not even getting the gas i just decided to go down the street to one of the three other gas stations whos customer service is way better so looks like ampm wont be getting any of my business any longer
WARNING! DO NOT GO HERE. ACTIVE DEBIT CARD FRAUD! Today, stopped for gas, snacks and drinks. After getting gas my wife and I proceeded to buy some snacks and drinks. Before we even pulled out of the station, we got a fraud alert on our debit card. Upon calling our bank, we were informed literally IMMEDIATELY after the 2 transactions we did, someone at this location tried THREE TIMES to steal the max amount allowed by an ATM for withdrawal from our account. BEWARE THERE IS ACTIVE DEBIT CARD FRAUD ATTEMPS EMINATING FROM THIS LOCATION!
Major complaint-Location of grand and foothill in glendora ca.Thursday 8-20-15 at about 8:00 pm.Employee: David (on name tag)I went in to get a drink, lighter and gas. Upon arriving at the counter and grabbing a white lighter, David told me that I had to pick any lighter but the white one. I laughed thinking he was joking and said sorry thats the one I picked. He replied seriously bro you gotta pick another one, I dont sell white lighters. I said no way bro, thats rediculous if you dont sell white lighters, than why are they on the counter? Its a personal belief he says to me. At this point there was at least 2 other customers behind me listening to this unprofessional conversation. I replied I dont have that belief so are you going to ring it up or not?! After angrily narrowing his eyes at me he mumbled something under his breath and finally rung up the lighter. Im sure you could imagine how angry this made me, having someone supposedly in a customer service position try to impose his unexplained and odd belief on me. This was very confusing as well as unprofessional, and I have to assume racially motivated as I could see no other reason why someone would have a belief not to sell white lighters. Something like this should never happen, especially in front of other customers.
