I came twice. First time was terrible. Personnel were in terrible mood. I just counted as a bad day but then next time 1 week later I came in the overall atmosphere was even worse. I’ll never come back. Get better people. No one deserves pay for a coffee early in the morning amd deal with an attitude like that. Be professionals!

This place is awesome and they have really fantastic pastries and such a wonderful variety of teas, but they are having SERIOUS supply chain issues. Like the last 5 times Ive gone, Ive had to order 4 different drinks to finally find something that they have in stock! The staff are so kind and accommodating so please dont be mad at them for things being out of stock.

Been here many times since they first opened. The staff has always been kind and Courteous. The drinks are refreshing and prepared perfectly. Only tea for me but enough flavors to satisfy me. Rarely when a mistake is made, as with any other coffee shop, they are quick to correct it to my satisfaction.

Great location with a drive thru. Even when the line is long they get people in and out quickly, never disappointed.

Honestly their drive-thru is one of the slowest that you could possibly get into, they make in and out look fast. Not really sure why they have a drive-through option if they cant seem to push the drinks out quickly.

So the girl on drive through does not know how to do her job and got my order wrong. Terrible service and she gave us attitude.

Stopped by for some tea, picked up a passion tea for a co worker and a blended chai for myself. My friend loved the passion tea and the chai I had was perfect. I like coming to a Coffee Bean better than the other big coffee chain.

No Sugar Added Chocolate Mocha Latte! Not available at any Starbucks nationwide. Also no huge glob of syrup at the bottom of the cup like Starbucks (they use powder which dissolves and stays dissolved) No need to modify their standard drinks with changing the number of pumps of syrup to 1/2 in order to not go into a sugar coma.Bean all the way!!!!!

Despite the drive-thru winding around the building, interior staff explained options and filled our order. The tiramisu was too sweet for my tastes; you might request 1/2 pump if youre not into sweets that much.

Went to buy gift cards this morning for teacher thank yous I get home one of the gift cards was a snowflake the other had balloons. Why didnt they tell me that before I bought them? What irritated me the most was when I called them they had the audacity to tell me that they showed me the gift cards before I purchased them. This was a lie because I bought them in the drive through they never told me they looked that. The alleged manager Taylor didnt act like this was even an issue and the fact that she attempted to lie shows where her values lie. All I wanted to tell her was in the future she should make sure they tell the customers about the design on a gift card especially one that looks like Christmas.

Baristas make the best drinks and I go there regularly! Like every other coffee shop they get slammed which means people like going there to enjoy a latte or one of their popular seasonal ice blended!

I have to say I enjoy the drinks at Coffee Bean especially the Chai Latte which is so good! It is incomparable with Starbucks. My friend I brought loved it too. I do not like Starbucks because of the logo with five point star (demonic) and Greek goddess, that is against my faith, Christianity. I am blessed to know Coffee Bean near my church by the area.

Excellent! They have yummy teas and pastrys. I am not a coffee drinker so cant rate that. Also Everytime I have been there the staff has been so nice.

Overall a cool spot. The only complaint-ish I have is the loud employees. Im not against fun, positive work environment but if none of the customers talking and trying to work on their laptop and all one can hear is employees in the back chatting loudly about the party last night, you know youre overdoing it.

Arent you supposed to open at 5:30? We were sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes while the girl that was there completely ignored us while putting up the tables. I understand if your the only one working but its not our fault youre not ready. If you could have at least said anything to acknowledge that you knew there where customers waiting. Now I know why everyone goes to Starbucks

I first went there and my drink was made incorrectly so I messaged them about it and the manager personally called me and invited me back for a replacement drink, Chris was so sweet and she took such good care of me and I’ll definitely be coming back. Easily becoming my preferred on-the-go coffee spot. By far the drinks taste better than the competition and the employees do not seem so rushed and agitated like they do at most Starbucks. My current favorite is the Hazelnut Americano. Prices are fair and competitive and the atmosphere is modern and quiet.

I like drinking cherry blossom tea latte. Its a very good mellow tea. When my sister was under the weather they made a medicine ball with honey. My sister said, it tasted better than the other coffee houses.

This location is very clean and well organized. The drinks are great and the barista we nice. Enjoy and stay classy!

Had a Green Tea Latte, so much better than that other coffee franchise that we shall not mention. Staff was friendly, and pointed out that they liked my Star Wars Sweatshirt. Nerds unite!!

Not my favorite but I thought I would try their “no sugar added” mocha option. Way too sweet. Their weird insistence on saying no sugar added makes me feel leery of what is really in this mocha. The barista cashier was a bit rough around the edges but it doesn’t matter because I won’t be back. This place is just not for me.

Coffees, teas, and ice blends are very tasty. They also have small lunch items as well as snacks, cakes, danishes, etc. I love both the Coffee Bean and Starbucks, but given a choice I would pick Coffee Bean anytime, anywhere. Just wish that there are Coffee Bean and Teas that are more accessible in many more places.

Xmas day 9:00am we walk in at you Glendora location, they look atme but not reaction, not good morning, so rude when we try to order, not a sign of customer service at all, we order no questions how do we like it or what size, I request extra shot and coconut milk the respond was very rude what else when my wife try to order her coffee, she was making all kind of faces so rude service.Am sorry Coffee Been I love you but you dont care about your people or maybe your people dont care about me.

Best place to get a chocolate con panda, they make them great everytime

The individual who took my order was Vanessa. She was extremely polite. The reason I am writing this review is because of how patient she was with an extremely rude customer (I was there for the entire conversation). She consistently made sarcastic remarks, she was trying to get an item for a discount...then she also turned around and complained about the coffee that was just brewed. Throughout the entire exchange she was calm and patient. Good job.

I waited approximately 15 minutes on a drink, that eventually I received but it was poured over ice. I never said iced. I was sad because I couldnt go back to reorder the right drink because I didnt have time to spare during my break. I should have known the distracted cashier was going to get my drink wrong because she asked me to repeat no sugar added about three times when I ordered. It was just a regular sized vanilla latte (no sugar added) with almond milk. Im giving them 3 stars for at least being nice and having outdoor seating. I took on sip since it costed almost $6.00 and I immediately tossed the drink in the trash, the almond milk tasted a bit off and almost too sweet if that makes sense.

Fast and efficient also the ppl are very friendly and dont make u feel bad for ordering a specificly modified drink. Thats important.

This is a fairly new business for the area, Im not use to their menu yet, I enjoy the outdoor seating with nice views. I like their bogo specials. They have a reward app, which I forget to use, the times Ive been there.

Amazing cheese and jalapeño bagel. Very good vanilla latte but costlier than Starbucks and lousy service. The tables not filled by people on their laptops that look like they have moved in, were sticky and the trash overflowing.

Chai tea latte is AMAZING there.I have no idea why its better here than any other place, but it is.... Perfect everytime.So so good.(Clean in front, its messy and looks nasty at times.Check bathrooms more often! )

Love this place over Starbucks. I dont get stomach upset from here and staff is courteous, food is good, and no acidic stomach problems.

The hazelnut latte was delicious. Honestly way better than any starbucks coffee. They have a large variety of coffee cakes, danishes, cookies, etc. The workers are not as friendly or helpful as the starbucks crew.

Ehhhh. It’s just another Starbucks type coffee place. Nothing beyond the normal. It was ok. Medium roast was bitter but not as burnt as Starbucks. Customer service was very good though. I wouldn’t go out of my way to go back. Locally owned shops have better beans and better individual flavors.

Coffee was great, people were nice and the place was clean. When going to Starbucks, I almost always have to worry about the bums bothering me and dirty bathrooms. They just dont care about their bathrooms being clean.

This location was great when it opened, but has gone severely down hill since. The staff is arrogant, rude and unhelpful. On more than one occasion I have received an order that was not correct. Additionally they have a tendency to close early by ignoring last minute paying customers in the drive through until it is after the scheduled closing time.

Coffee is really the best in town. However who ever designed the drive thru. Awful

Just like any other coffee bean and tea leaf, clean, bright, normally quiet. In the morning the drive thru can be packed, its faster if you order inside.
