Love going there even if I dont buy nothing, love all the things they have.

Home goods always have some good finds, I always find something else that I didn’t even come in for . This one is in great location. Customer service is just okay but not bad. It’s clean. But only complaint during these times is that protocols aren’t being enforced as far a 6 feet distance & keeping mask on in store. Also the sales associate who checked me out had a major runny nose and couldn’t stop sniffing. I know it’s possible it could be allergies etc... but I’d much rather & appreciate waiting a little longer for another associate while she breaks to go handle that or see if she needs to go home early.

Lots of cool stuff. I always buy more than I plan to when I go here. But the prices arent always on point.

I love this store. The inventory is visual stimulus overload! Keeps me shopping *wink* to your marketing dept. Clean and organized. The floor staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The cashier (didnt catch her name) on the other hand needs re-training on what customer service should be. Rude and unhelpful did not want to be bothered. I have come to realize customer service has died and been buried (although I have not accepted the new way). Heads up brick and mortar Amazon is killing it because they have awesome customer service, we the consumer still want/need customer service!

I love HomeGoods so much! Its always such a fun hunt and its exciting to find that one item thats just awesome. Today I came for a lamp and as usual left with a four figure payment. I found an awesome dining set, price couldnt be beat.The staff was so helpful! The manager Kim took excellent care of me and my partner with purchasing our set and having to make multiple trips to collect the items. She was so patient with her team as they were busier than expected and they handled everyone I saw (I was there for a while today) with such patience and respect. I truly wanted to commend them all for their hard work today and patience with us. JT helped me lug that giant table into our car and I really appreciate everyone there today.Kim, thank you again! You deserve a bonus or a raise or something! Let them know! Keep up the great work! This is my new favorite location so you will be seeing us a lot more in the future.

Store had a assortment of items... But Over all it was pleasant shopping there ..

It was nerve-wracking coming here. I think were all confused over which rules are in effect but in here, anything goes. Absolutely no customers wore masks except me (I dont remember if the staff wore them but I think they did), most people didnt keep any distance at all, and the arrows on the floor are a total joke. Some of them literally point to a corner with no way out, making it impossible to follow them. There was more than one instance where two arrows from different intersecting aisle pointed to the same corner and staff were blocking some aisles with carts of stuff they were restocking and it caused several awkward interactions where no one knew how to properly navigate.If customers and staff (mostly customers) were a bit more aware of the space theyre taking up, we might have all been able to shop in peace and safety but I think it will be a while before its smooth sailing. Not to mention the inventory is severely lacking so it just wasnt worth the anxiety to keep looking. I didnt last long in this store and it will be quite a while before I attempt to return.

A big, well stocked store, easy freeway access, large parking lot & adjacent to fast food restaurants, Home Depot & Kohls.

A great place to shop for home items.

I drive out of my way to shop at this one. I just feel like they have more stuff. Stopped in to look at some wall art found one on clearance that i liked but the frame was all beat up. I would have to remove the print sand down and paint the frame. not a big problem but when i asked if they could take a little off for that i was told no. She didnt even take the time to look at all the damage just no and moved all. I work in retail and thats not good customer service. Take the time to see what we are taking about take the time to explain to the customer why you dont mark down for stuff like that.

The staff was nice however, most of the items were not labeled with a price tag so shopping was difficult I would not go back.

Always find great buys here. Love it!

Overcrowded even though number of customers allowed inside was supposed to be restricted. No one at door counting, the place was in shambles (shelves in disarray/items stacked wherever people left them-including the floor), and so many people inside social distancing was impossible to achieve.

Every location has different inventory from each other. This location in san Dinas had a nice selection.

Home goods are doing a great job in keeping their store save as possible from anyone catching virus. They wipe the buggy down and have hand sanitizer. Have restock very well for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It feels like they are finally back.

Pretty nice selection of kitchen ware. Finally found a baking pan weve been looking for the past 2 days.

Got there before it was busy, waited 5 min in line. Found items we needed. Had nice Christmas items and new items.

Best place to shop

Disappointed at the Glendora store. I know we are all in different places of comfort but if you have people that work for you at the door, they should be directing the traffic in a safe manner. No social distancing at the door. I tried to patiently wait to exit as people kept coming in, then others started crowding me as I was trying to leave. You had two workers there doing nothing to manage it on Friday August 21 at around 11 AM. I had a totally different experience at the Monrovia store. They get a 5 stars from me!

Customer service is great here. Always good finds, plus its reasonably priced items are pretty fantastic.

Ther is a huge inventory of Xmas products.

Lot of great stuff, lots of inventory, organized well enough, staff are friendly. Getting to location is a bit of a pain, lots of available parking. Entrance, parking, aisles, and counter are all accessible.

I love this store in general. Theres always so much great stuff at good prices. This location in particular is very clean and the employees are super nice.I only came in to browse while waiting for traffic to die down so didnt make any purchases on this trip but will definitely be back when looking for gifts or something I need for my home.

A beautiful store well arranged and very clean also smells wonderful. Has many unique items of excellent quality and reasonable priced. Employees are very curteous and helpful. One of my favorite stores. Good parking. You wont be disappointed.

Was very disappointed how long I had to wait to checkout. There was only one person in front of me, one cashier/register and a manager but had to wait almost TEN minutes. In that time 5 or 6 people lined up behind me and only then was another cashier called up. As I was shopping I saw several workers on the floor that didnt seem that busy. This seems to be a regular problem with this store: not good or quick customer service, and employees are not very friendly. Also, the store is very messy.

Home Goods is a great place to buy that special gift. So many choices. Love the prices for items you are looking for. Can be overwhelming at time. With patience you will find the perfect gift.

Home Goods is one of my favorite stores. Unfortunately, the one in Glendora, California was very cluttered, but not in a good way. Many clearance shelves with broken items, and overpriced for clearance. Ive noticed within the past couple of years that they are doing away with Halloween decor. Not nearly what they use to carry, makes me sad.....but the same thing could be said with Easter. No Tea sets this time. I miss the Home Goods of the previous years.

Beautiful furnishings and housewares, too pricey though. To crowded with items. Walking past an isle tonight something fell off into isle tripping me and taking me down to floor.

Went just to look and found the perfect little table from India I been looking for.

Great price on quality coffee. Got a ceramic pot that I looked at a local garden center for 1/3 the cost.My cashier, Shannon was adorable, friendly and witty. She engaged in cheerful conversation. What a difference that can make.

I like Home Goods, it has everything for the home. Unfortunately it seems that the store is receving faster shipments of products than they can sell, the kitchen isles are somewhat a hazzardous space, with products on top of products, no organization, its dangerous to pull something without risking a bunch of pots or other kitchen stuff falling on you! ☹

The Store was a mess, but I realized they were moving stuff around. The Registers are nice and there are 7 of them, why only 2 open when a long line is waiting? This is frustrating. Otherwise I Love this Store
