Dont bring your Chevy here unless you like to wait. I had a service appointment at 10:30am and there were 6 cars ahead of me. Really? Why give someone an appointment if you have to wait at least 25 minutes to check-in. I dont even wait that long at my doctors office if I have an appointment. The service advisor was friendly but you could tell they were in a hurry. I was not even told how much my oil change was going to be when I made the appointment or checked in my car. I was surprised at the $72.00 fee for a 5qt synthetic blend oil change! I once owned a Cadillac that used more oil and was completely synthetic and I paid a few bucks less at a Cadillac dealership. On top of dropping off my car close to 11am, my car was not ready until 4pm. Wow! Five hours for an oil change? I have waited 90 minutes at another dealership for an oil change and it was painless. What is going on here Glendora Chevrolet? With the sticker shock of the oil change (hey folks, I dont own a fancy Chevy), I asked the service advisor if they at least washed my car. She said that they were doing construction in the back and that the machine was broken. Really? Have you not heard of hand car wash? Hmm.... Low and behold, when the porter brought out my car a few minutes later, it was clean. So what kind of communication is happening here? Was the advisor told to tell people they are inept to offer car washes? Yet, they miraculously can wash a car? I am so disappointed with this dealership. It was my second time here and I do not plan to return. The only thing they have in their favor is their proximity to my home.

I arrived 15 min prior to my appt. was told it would take that long and to not have someone drop me off I waited an hour and a half for them to start the maintenance!!!!! Absolutely unprofessional service Not on time took 2 and half hours I will never come here to have any service done
Had me drive down there to pick up a car and the car wasnt there they lied to me and the one star Im giving them its just to let everybody know that they there.

Service associate name Albert charged my 71yr old mom $170 to run a diagnostic test on her 2017 Cruze, the keyless remote wasnt charging so we took it in to see if they could help. After running the diagnostic test, he said the problem would cost her over $600. After watching a YouTube video detailing dead key fob, I changed the battery & what do u know it worked! THATS ALL IT NEEDED WAS A NEW BATTERY! To be so dishonest with an elderly woman/customer makes me wonder how often they do this at Glendora Chevrolet
