I was rear ended. Had my car towed to Caliber at the suggestion of a friend. From day one until the end this place was awesome. They wanted to make sure my car was perfect before i got it back. Quick quote but they were the highest at $2,700 as compared to $2,300 & the Mercury & Geico shop that bid $1,650. Big difference! It was costing me $500 deductible wherever I went so I went with my insurance companys recommendation which was the lowest bid at Avalon.

Very disappointed at this company not only did I have a prior bad experience from another location so I would give them the benefit of the doubt, took my car cause I was in a finder binder and my car was only there for three days. They never called me on when my car was going to be done and I had to call all the time and still couldnt give a date also they stool money from car . Why were in my car going through my stuff. People take all your stuff from your trunk and center console glove department out before taking your car trust me it will be gone..

Everyone at Caliber Glendora was terrific. From the moment I walked inside the office to the day the car was ready for pickup. I want to acknowledge Andrea Chavez for demonstrating terrific customer service skills. The car repaired there belonged to my 75 year-old mother and Andrea was so caring and compassionate throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Caliber Glendora for your car/body shop repairs.

Work done is not acceptable. I wont use them again. Some of the paint is orange peeled, bumper cover was not installed properly, they painted over a paint chip - so they didnt do any sanding - before they painted or after. (no color sand)

Great place to fix your car

My review is only for the glendora location. My auto insurance recommend this location as an authorized body shop. The location representative was very informative during the entire process. They called and updated the progress every Monday, Wednesday and Friday evening.My issue is with their workmanship. After all the repairs were done I noticed there were some overspray in one of the windows. I had to return to the location and have them remove it. Few days later I noticed my car was not starting up correctly. A Toyota Care technician looked into the vehicle and stated that the battery terminals were not secured properly and the wires are completely loose. So the body shop and literally kept my vehicle over a month unplugged my car battery and forgot to tighten the bolts. I have already advised my insurance company about all these discrepancies and inform them of the lack of quality control of their recommended body shop. But truly makes me wonder if the work they did on my car is actually up to par or not.

Needed a new lift gate latch actuator for my Ford Escape installed. The Ford Dealer wanted a ridiculous price. Lone Hill Collision Center was 45% less. Chris was excellent to deal with. I was in and out quickly with no hassle. Highly recommend them.

I didnt feel tricked because Im a woman. I know these guys were honest and sincere. When I told them I would think about it, they didnt want to push me like other shops. After I left, I went to another location to get a 2nd opinion, and what I was told is exactly what was confirmed. So, I came back and will continue to always come here. In addition, the boys in the office (Im assuming the owners sons, since this is a family operated shop, and they look like the boss) were very professional for a young guys. They were super friendly, very courteous, and helpful. I highly recommend this shop to everyone.

The owner and his sons run the business with the paint, prepping and detail departments with 125 percent quality, quality, quality! I cant say enough about the amount of talent their staff has. You are immediately greated by the owner or the beautiful office assistants and managers. My RAV4 in for front end damage. Picked it after giving up my rental, drove it around the block, called and spoke to Jack, he said bring it back, I did. He arranged for me to get the rental back, picked up my car on the following Monday and all is well.Chris, Jack, Jeff and Andrea three of the nicest people ever.
