They finished a day earlier than they had estimated. They called to update me on my cars repair progress every 2-3 days. They left my whole passenger side looking like brand new again!

HE WAS CLEAR AND THOROUGH.I PLAINLY UNDERSTOOD. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE. MATT ALSO EXPLAINED THE PROCESS OF AN INSURANCE CLAIM AS WELL. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE NEEDING AN ESTIMATE TO GO THERE. I WAS 100% SATISFIED.

Just down the street from where I live, so super convenient for me. Both times Ive had to come here I was left 100% satisfied with the work they did on my cars. This last time around had a small fender bender, left my car looking brand new again!

My GO TO destination for any body works. Reasonable & fair price and excellent work. Have not been disappointed in the past 10 years.

Avalon collision center of Glendora: they over-commit and under-deliverI took my SUV into Avalon to have minor dent repaired (pic attached) and I was originally provided 3-4 day repair time. Avalon submitted 7 day repair time to insurance company and it was approved. I picked up rental car for 7 days, but my repair for the minor dent took approximately two weeks. I was left responsible for the additional rental car expense and Avalon refuses to return my call.Be aware of deceptive and unethical business practices by Avalon.

Quick repair with great quality work

I dont like to right negative reviews, but it may help someone else from having a bad experience.I had my truck there repaired after a car collision in the front of the car thats a while ago .They fought with my insurance about keeping the car longer, it took them a month and a half to fix it, they took plastic door covering from the back door not damaged and put it in the other door that was missing, the paint was good for about for a few years, when I call them to ask about their warranty since they said its lifetime of course they denied to fix anything, I keep finding still to this day glass pieces in my vents when they specific told me over and over how long it took to clean it, They change my plastic door pieces but they dont fit correctly and they make noise on the road, they used probably not OE parts. I have never use them again, you make your do diligence and decide.

This is an excellent body shop. Ive had both insurance claims repairs and custom work done here and I have always been very satisfied with their work. Not only are their repairs high quality but their customer service is outstanding. They kept me updated throughout the process and answered all my questions. I cant recommend them enough!

It’s hard to start with these guys at Avalon. Everyone was extremely helpful, from the initial beginning to the delivery of my car back to me. My car had received fender damage from someone who was backing out. Anyways long story short, when I picked up my car I was in awe. My car looked way better than when I bought it from the Nissan dealership! Speedy service yet thorough with explanation of the repairs. I did not have to worry for any Mickey mouse work done to my car. Keep up the awesome work guys!

They are too busy. A bigger location would be helpful. No parking, repair jobs take up all the parking spots. Appointments required for estimates. Customer service needs improvement.

This place did a great job with my car. Replaced my bumper and also did some curtisey touch ups on my door and hood at no charge. Matt was very helpful and even waited 30min for me to pick up my car after they were closed. They detailed my car as well. I felt like I was driving a new car again. Great service.

Customer service is good, Stephanie is very nice always kept me informed for the status of the car, but the mechanist there is too bad, it took 2 weeks to repair, it was found that the car still had problems, when we took back there they said that it was not their problems, but before the repair, this kind of problem never showed up, they refused to repair, asked us to go to dealer shop for inspection.The thing is that I took my car to your place, its your responsibility to fix the car, not to make it worse, not to avoid your responsibility.I will never go to that place again.

Have a 2007 Saleen Parnelli Jones Mustang limited edition Heritage Signature Edition. The car is flawless and has around 5400 miles. The paint on the aluminum hood was lifting just above the driver side headlight from corrosion. After going around looking for a repair that would not involve repainting the entire hood, I came across Avalon Collision in Glendora and spoke with the Manager Steve Villanueva. I explained that I did not want to put too repaint the entire hood, nor did I want the repair to go any further than required to make a repair.Mr Villanueva answered all my questions and understood my position and concerns on this specialty car. I left my hood with them. Repairs all done, I went to inspect the work and saw that the repaired area was undetectable. The color, the finish texture, the clear coat, all perfect to my critical eye. Even though I knew where the area was.Refreshing to go somewhere that really knows how to do something right.Thanks,SteveP

Good Service. Good follow up.

Very unsatisfied. The Shop had to paint my car twice because of the poor work they performed. They stripped my lug nut locks and “replaced them” but left one of my old locks in there and forgot to put one lug nut in entirely. I called the shop to see if they’ll take responsibility and they told me they’re 100% sure that they didn’t do it . I will never recommended this shop to anyone .
