Rana and Mike were AWESOME! From the beginning Rana was thoughtful, informative and patient. I needed to do a title change and with 2 toddlers wasnt looking forward to going to the DMV (especially during this pandemic). Im still amazed at how easy they made this process for me. I drove up Mike came out to my car (I never had to leave my car) and we handled all of the signing and paperwork right there. Within an hour I received a text from Rana that its all done. Great experience. I was in and out of the office within 2 minutes. Rana verified my title via text message before coming in. By the time I arrived, my title transfer was completed, tags were issued as soon as I sat down on desk, had DMV documents ready for me to sign, receipt ready and out I went. We were told that since the DMVs were closed cause of COVID 19 that if our red tag had expired and we were not able to finish the process to get our plates that they would mail out and request an extension for us for free since we had paid them already. We called today because it will expire 6/7/2020 and was informed that we had to pay an additional $35 for them to mail out the papers. We were lied to and they are taking advantage of the dmvs being closed lying to their customers. Im a single mom not currently working and if I had know they wouldnt be true to their word I would have took my money elsewhere.

Curbside service! WOW! I called in advance M & R, I gave them my plate number for a renewal, gave me my total, and by the time I arrived, Mike walked to my car, took my ID and payment, and back 2 minutes later with my new registration and tags! My DMV transaction with M&R was seamless, swift and easy. I am a AAA member and I have always completed my registration services at AAA but AAA wasn’t able to process my transaction because they do not do salvage revived vehicles. I purchased my car from Copart and because CHP and DMV has suspended their Vin verification program due to COVID19, M&R was able to not only process my incomplete registration but also provide me with a 60 day temporary operating permit until DMV and CHP reestablishes their program. I asked for curbside service and they were able to offer it to me as well. I was in and out in less than five minutes. Love the service and will definitely be spreading the word.

I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Great service, helpful, and very knowledgeable. My registration fees expire today but I havent done my smog yet. I called M & R and spoke with Ronna. I had just gotten off work and there wasnt a single smog station open. Ronna suggested I post fees so I am not charged for penalty fees and lates fees. I wont be able to get my smog done till Saturday on my day off. Ronna also gave me a day pass to move my car on Saturday to get smog done in case I get stopped by police for expired tags. Ill be driving my wifes car to work for the next few days but I am rest assured now with this service from M & R.

Which I had to do in a hurry so I can start using my trug they were very professional they handle The whole situation amazingly I sent him all the information and When I arrived they did the service curbside somebody came to my car give me the paperwork and I drove off I had some issues with my title which they were able to fix I highly recommend them

Wow is all I can say. I’ve been a Glendora resident for over 20 years and I have not seen better service than M&R! Rana went out of her way for me on a Sunday when the office is closed and made sure the previous day my registration was paid before it expired. I was out of town and by time I’d get back my registration wa set to expire. Rana called me, reminded me, and said she’d take care of it. I am so glad I hired Rana to complete my auto registration! Not only is she efficient - but boy is she smart. She knows specific CA Vehicle Codes, studies the DMV rules and she is extremely organized. I am a new dealer and purchased a vehicle from a private party. At the time, the guy had 2019 tags on his car and I assumed his tags were paid. Guy told me he lost title and I assumed no problem and had him sign a duplicate title application. I take car to the auction to sell it and what happens - THE CAR HAS HOLD ON THE RECORD, SUSPENDED, HAS A DISHONORED CHECK ON THE RECORD, REGISTRATION FEES NOT PAID SINCE 2017....I WAS LITERALLY IN A MESS. The DMV told me it would cost $1078 just to clear the transaction and then I had to pay over $600 in just registration fees. I call Rana, first time meeting her. She helped me same day, rushed to the DMV, cited SPECIFIC CALIFORNIA VEHICLE CODES, and requested DMV to issue title only to me since I am selling car at auto auction. GUESS HOW MUCH I PAID???? I literally only paid $21 in DMV fees. I saved couple thousand dollars and a major financial loss. And all this mess, I was charged $40 for services. This place is awesome and I continue to bring my business here. I am glad as a new dealer I can trust in a vendor that is smarter than the DMV!
