Whoever answered my call has poor customer service skills. Had a few questions about his company. My first question was simply: Whats your address? He asked my own address (why is that relevant?) and then I was curtly told to look at the website. I asked how long theyve been in business, and was told to look at the website. Owner called my call peculiar. What can I say? If Im unfamiliar with a company, I do my best to learn a little about it before investing time/money into it. I guess that offends some people.
I have been dealing with these courteous respectful honest gentlemen for several years now and just realized I could post and tell the world! I rely on them to keep my business running as I use my printer daily. thank you for being there if I could give you 10 stars I would.

Today I ordered six ink packs from Double Inks, three for my granddaughter who is in college and three for myself and I only paid$ 171.39 as apposed to $ 390.00 from big box stores, Staples.
