Last night i came as a walk-in and they weren’t able to take a look on my watch but they were able to sell me an iPad they told me to come in the mourning today (the next day) they may be able to…Got here before they open and 3 hrs waiting and still waiting.Poor customer service,
Will and Levon were absolutely phenomenal and excellent with the information. Mistakes were made by me when I was purchasing items and they got me in and out with the best information and priority. For sure my new apple store to stay with. Along with this Daniel was very well informed and direct with what I needed and how to help.

Needing to buy a new phone is always a hassle with not knowing what will work for you. I feel that Apples iPhone is a great phone to have/ buy. Though the price maybe high and expensive, but the quality of the phone and the quantity of features it have, makes owning one a great experience and worth it in the end.
Went here because my brand new IPhone 12 was not working they ran their test and diagnostics and they said the phone was fine. After a a factory and network reset the phone worked fine for a couple of hours then it stopped functioning once again. To sum it all up all they could do for me was those resets it really seemed like they could care less if it was working or not. It’s such a shame this store gives such a big company like Apple a bad look. If you need help go to Apple in fashion square in Scottsdale they’re much better!
I called the apple store they transferred me to regional they sent me to best buy and tried to schedule an appointment I went there and they said apple did not schedule anything I had to wait 2 hours then they said they couldnt read the ID number on my apple pencil so I had to go to the apple store so I went there then they said I had to wait 2 more hours for one or there geniuses and when I finally got to them they told me its just broken and I have to buy a new one. Why could someone have just told me that from the beginning instead of wasting my day this is the worst service I have ever had with apple and I am appalled.

Beverly helped me and my fiancé so much in getting my phone taken care of and was super understanding. We all know how packed apple gets at arrowhead so im glad I made an appointment and got Beverly! Customer service is horrible. I made the mistake of selecting this store for my pick up. Wont do that again. I asked a guy a question and he acted like it was the most inconvenient thing ever. Seemed instantly annoyed by me. I walked out but jokes on me because I have to go back to get my stuff of completely cancel the order. Next time going there will be my last.
There is never a time when this store isnt busy. I have never had less than a 20 minute wait. Today experienced the most unprofessional treatment from the store manager I will never, NOT EVER, step foot back in this store.

Service now key. Setting appointments for ppl to wait in line is terrible. Not to mention the help does basically what you would do, and they use their phone to contact online robot support. Which is what you have to do if you want anything done. Cannot get a live person .. and then when you do, they contact the same robots. SMH. Android rules

My boyfriend and I walked into this store last Sunday to buy an iPad. It was very busy in the store that day, a lot of online orders and appointments. We were having trouble getting some help to buy the iPad as everyone seemed busy and when we tried to get help from someone, she said she was only helping reservations. I was getting a little frustrated because we couldn’t get anyone to help but then a woman named Alona (sorry if misspelled) saw our desperation and promised to help us right after she finished with her current customer. She was so kind and helpful and even double checked things for us to make sure we were getting the right prices for the right things. She was my hero that day. The experience there was so-so but my 5 star review is dedicated to Alona, thank you!

I simply called in for help after being neglected by your customer support over the phone and apple credit services… you showed no empathy and seemed rather bothered by the fact I needed additional help regarding my new apple credit card and MacBook purchase. You need some sensitivity training, bro. Like if you hate your job just say so. Apple is a wonderful company to work for and you have a stank attitude. Not a good look, girl. Byeeeeeeee
“Business team” is incompetent and practically non-existent. Sad they can’t get it together for local business owners looking to lease or purchase equipment. Not sure what is going on there but don’t bother if you have business needs. They are unresponsive for weeks at a time and when they finally get back to you it’s the same story “entire business team isn’t on location or has been out (where are they and why are they all out at the same time and for weeks on end?) but I’ll look into this and get right back to you” and then same thing happens over and over while never actually getting anywhere.
Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with any store. I was shocked to see how unprofessional the employee were. Was first in line in the morning then told they only had an appointment until 11:30am. Came back at that time & had to wait in a long line where people didn’t even have appointments. Don’t know what was the purposes of setting appointment instead of just getting in that line since the very beginning. Then employee who was helping me had no idea what he was doing, we opened up 3 iPhones because there was always something incorrect input that made us restart with another one. The man was sent to Verizon because of a mistake I made. Do not buy your products from this store just buy from a retailer, your experience will be much better. I ended up returning my iPhone & reactivating my old Samsung because of such a bad experience.

The selection is extensive and the service is unparalleled! This store has so much to look at every time I walk in. They also have many types of classes offered daily and most are usually free. I love that I can bring in one of my devices and they can show me all the extra things I can do with it. They are very professional and don’t make you feel stupid for asking questions if you’re not a tech person.

Its always nice to see this place running even during this covid time. Arrowhead mall is always nice to go to and their theater is still open. Food court is always there with new stuff and I enjoy it. Perfect time to shop and enjoy the weekend there. Go there
The team members and managers lack of communication is evident. Sadly, this results in loss of trust and loyalty from the customer. When you buy a new product and it breaks in 6 wks that is a consumer issue. But the staff at this location isnt concerned about that. The head manager even yawned while we told him the issue.
Perhaps the best experience I’ve had at any Apple store. These folks were diligently trying to troubleshoot my problem, and never gave me a patronizing attitude. All around extremely kind and knowledgeable Geniuses.
The mall was very well kept and I was able to get a wheelchair for the security they brought it to me wherever I was in the mall.
Visiting my in laws on the west side for the day. I took them to the Apple store to trouble shoot their phones. While I was there I said might as well return my faulty IPhone 12 Pro case. Telling the team and management I don’t live close by they processed the exchange for me but told me I have to come back to the store to pickup my case. I live an hour away. It’s completely ridiculous they would A. exchange then and there or B. send to my house.This store and management team is a joke. I’m not driving an hour for a $40 case. They should have helped me out and sent to my home.
Besides the fact that their products are awesome, another reason to love Apple is their friendly staff at their retail stores. Went in to upgrade my computer and watch, as well as trade in a phone, and couldnt of left any happier. The staff was courteous and friendly from the moment I walked up to check in. Waited a few minutes to go in for my appointment, since theyre limiting the number of people allowed inside the store, and left with everything I needed in under an hour. The two employees who helped me out were super knowledgeable and quick. They were able to answer all my questions and went over setting up all my new toys.
The Apple store at Arrowhead mall is the absolute worst. Ordered a phone for my wife so she did not have to navigate the technical options etc. The only requirement according to the APPLE site for her to pick up the phone is that she is an owner or manager on the account which she is. When she gets to the store they wont give her the phone unless I am with her. They tell her I need to call 1 800 Apple and get her name on the account to pick her up. After speaking with 4 different people no one seems to even know how to add her to the pick up. The purchase is in my wifes name, using her card, and they wont give her the phone. So we will cancel.
Came to the store due to a battery case warranty issue. The replacement process went smooth until the end. When i got the new replacement device i asked the apple rep how the battery case work? How to turn it ON/OFF. The 101 of the product.She had no idea and sent me to the internet to research. 3 star are for the sooth replacement process.

I went to buy a new phone and they threw a party for a emplyee and were distracted clapping for 10 minutes and didn’t help us becasue they decided to throw a party i just wanted a new phone nmms
I made an appointment because I wanted to purchase a MacBook. I checked in early and did everything right. Fast forward 30 minutes later we were in the front on the line in the store. We stood in the corner waiting for someone to let us shop for 20 minutes. No one even acknowledged us or made eye contact. Everyone who had technical issues with products got to go ahead of us and we just waited and waited. I already knew what I wanted and It wouldn’t of taken more than 5 minutes to purchase the laptop. Not only were we never helped, but we just ended up leaving the store due to terrible customer service. Never again will I shop at this location. If you want to be treated poorly, go to Apple.

Very very bad Customer service. They ruined my device on purpuse, and they told me to throw it away and offered me to buy a new one, while they could have fixed mine.
Awful. I just cant. I would rather buy ENRON stock before I ever buy another Apple product. Always packed, the security guard was allowing people in without a mask and there were at least 75 people in the store.

I went to this location today to buy the new ipad. When entering the store I was meet with a outreached hand to stop me from entering. I was asked if I had an appointment which I replied no I do not. Then you can not come in. We only allow entry by appointment. No explanation just a no. Store is huge and there were maybe 15 costumers in there. Very unprofessional no help offered or given. I won’t go back

Came here to get a case for someones iPhone. Managed to get in, select and then pay without too much hassle. Did get shuffled to someone else at checkout. One case must not have been worth the first persons time.

My wife brought her phone here to fix this morning and here is the result. When she came, the phone just had problem with the power so it couldn’t turn on, and not it was completely broken. Broken case, open edge and poorly assembling after they broke it opened.They have been trying to tell me buying a new one and throw this one away. I don’t think that how they treat the customers.

Apple is taking Covid prevention seriously our trip to the store, were greeted by a temperature check, Disinfected surfaces and hand sanitizer. The guy even cleaned my device before giving it back and he was wearing gloves and a mask. My issue was an easy fix. Just happy to see the store taking our health seriously

Terrible customer service. I was helped a by young tattooed girl whom was the most bratty, rude and insulting apple employee I’ve ever met. I am forking over thousands of dollars of my hard earned money and she didn’t even take the time to show me my options on the Apple Watch, but she did have time to give me Attitude the entire time. To the point where I had to apologize to her and ask her to stop treating me like this... I’ve never gotten a phone they have fixed that has been right, I always have to take it back. Most recently this store made me wait in line for an hour on a scheduled device replacement that was scheduled weeks in advance to tell me they didn’t have any in stock and I had to come back and then they took a 1 1/2 weeks to order the replacement. The heights of the incompetence of this place as astonishing and I see them flat out denied people legitimate claims for warranty all the time at the store avoid it it needs new management it needs customer service training this Apple store is a complete wreck avoided at all costs. You won’t get the customer service you came in for anyway. The lady that manages this store is about the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life, she also argues with customers, very loudly, and with explanations I’ve %100 certain aren’t in line with apples customer service standards. Combined with their denial of legitimate claims and flat out inability to repair things competently generally they tell you there’s nothing they can do unless you pay the device repair fee but generally they try to steer you to paying a device replacement fee. If you want to go to an apple store, Do yourself a favor and just drive directly to the Scottsdale quarter or fashion square store.

When the Series 3 I-watch came out I decided to go to Apple at Arrowhead to get one. I arrived and as you might have guessed the store is (literally) full of shoppers. The cool part is that the doors looked like the Battlestar Pegasus doors which made the store look great and promising. Apple had multiple Agents available for shoppers including myself to purchase a product. The atmospheres the store was positive, roomy everyone was happy, a few apple agents were advertising the new iPhone and iPad sketches added recently. I got addressed by an Agent (cannot remember name) and asked if I had been helped and guided me though the watch and sizes and knew the price and what it came with;very knowledgeable of his products like the bands that it came with two which was great and they had the one or more (watches) I wanted in stock and provided a free 1yr warranty which is great and considerate and left happy although we spent over an hour there.Would totally recommend for shopping if you have a lot of time.

I went to Arrowhead Victorias Secret, directly across from apple but not apple.
Good service, not super crowded, the clothes options were somewhat lacking but all in all nice stores, I recommend if your looking for a chill meet up with a few friends or family if your going to only but clothes then I suggest going to a different location.

I am a 100% Apple “fan boy”. However, in the last few years their expertise and caring has gone the way of the dinosaurs. Kids pretending they know what they are doing. Customer service... ancient history. About the only reason I will walk into an Apple Store is if I researched first and knew what I was going to buy. Shame... it used to be a great store.

Rude and unprofessional ! They do not respect your appointment time. My mother wanted to return her purchase since she wasn’t happy with the screen size. The incompetent employee did not bother to refund the Apple care. Just spent 48 minutes on the phone because they clearly couldn’t do their job !! Never had an issue at other Apple locations.
Do not buy apple. They will sell you imaginary currency in exchange for real money. Then, when your imaginary currency does not appear, they will keep your real money and tell you there is nothing they can do about it. Yes, you can just give me my real money back. But they wont.You sacrafice too many of your rights to belong to the apple congregation. Dont do it. They will steal from you.

Been going to this store for many years, and the customer service with some “specialists” is good, however, majority of the time going there is nothing but heinous customer service, and the managers there are completely rude with attitude. Apple support through iMessage provides better customer service than here!

I had an appointment but I was in the area way too early and they took my mane to rest me when it was my turn and literally 39 seconds after I walked away I was told to come back. I had to replace a phone with Apple Care Insurance on an iPhone XR that was purchased through Sprint 14 months ago, and it was replaced and set up within 10 minutes and we were out the door. Great service, no waiting, clean store, followed COVID-19 guidance rules, polite staff, highly recommended over the other store we have been to like the Scottsdale Quarter location.
I’m a disabled vet, I for health reasons cannot wear a mask, when I was on the phone Apple advised me the store manager could swap my phone out without entering the store. Michelle the alleged manager and the Lying rent a cop both refused to help me. This is the worst customer service Apple has ever displayed that I have ever seen. Find a new store. Let everyone who comes here or wants to come here know how they treat people with disabilities. Never coming here again. Unreal.

My visit happened to fall on re-opening day of this Apple Store. I was very impressed with the COVID-19 safety precautions they had in place. They kept the amount of people entering the store limited. They took my temperature with a touch-less thermometer. They supplied masks for those who didn’t bring one. One way entrance & exit, and i was never less then 6ft away from anyone else. Everyone was in a great mood customers and employees. It was a great experience.
Absolutely horrible customer service and customer relations. I went to buy a new iPad Pro with a service contract and was told that if I wanted to buy anything to go to their website and then make an appointment to pick it up.If I could give them zero stars I would as one is much to high. I did find it online, at Amazon for $200 less that Apple was advertising it for.I was an Apple fan before, but never again. My next everything will be anything but an Apple product. I had to buy the iPad as it was a requested gift, but this will be the last Apple product I purchase ever.
I had a cracked screen on my Xs Max & so last Wednesday we visited the Apple Store at the Arrowhead Mall in Glendale. We thought we had an appointment but when we arrived, they could not find our name on the list. But talk about AMAZING customer service! Because we were leaving on vacation the next day, they said they would try to squeeze us into their busy schedule. Everyone was cheerful and helpful. Bernard & Rafael greeted us, Shayla & Bethany waited on us and TJ stayed late to perform the actual repair while we waited! Everyone did their part... what a team!

A Superior Product with DEFECTIVE STAFF AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Been using Apple products since the Apple IIe Series. I have health conditions that prevent me from wearing a mask. Apple doesnt care about my issues. I cant go in their stores without a mask and Im not buying a computer without talking to a salesperson. Going back to Windows. Never buy overpriced products.
They never have same day appointments and turn you away from the door when you want to come in and buy a new iPad.

The main page did not post. By appointment only.... I drove 30 miles to purchase a product. Store was under the approximate number. I told them my situation. Had a mask and knew what I needed. It was as simple as pull it and purchase. Maybe 5 minutes? Nope. No appointment. No sale... If was just looking? I might have been more understanding? But. Had the Id number and it was a in a out sale.... Now... Ill move this purchase else where..... Each situation can be handle on a case by case.. In this case. It was not breaking a rule. Since there was They were still under the store max.......
Terrible service. Waited in the bar line just for others just walking up to be helped. Then the lady took over a half an hour to guess what was wrong. Waste of over an hour for a easy suggestion.
Worst customer service experience of my life. Consistently rude and condescending. They made me make an appointment, then lost my appointment and blamed me for providing the wrong name... huh?It was just a bizarre experience overall. Never had a bad experience at Apple store before. Waited in line for 1hr and 15minutes, with my crying infant and they took every person in line after me before I finally told them they must have lost my appointment. No one seemed concerned or apologetic.
