On Monday afternoon I went to Hang Loose Hawaiian Shaved Ice, and I had a great time. The atmosphere was friendly, the staff were easy to talk to, and the shaved ice was the perfect mixture of syrup and ice. I’ll definitely make time to come back :)

I came here with my family and it was our first time too, and we loved it. The customer service was excellent the lady took her time explaining everything and was happy to do it. Great experience, will definitely be back. Would give more stars if I could.

Lost some major stars and points. Wife dog and I used to come here often. We would even get a little plain shaved ice free for my dog. Now they charge 2 bux even with out own bowl...? Also my wifes ice wasnt as flavor full and neither was mine. The mangonada used to be the best. Now it also lacked flavor. It seemed like the just poured it on the outside as the inside was all white...keep in mind at 4 in the after noon driving from Pasadena we were very dissatisfied...there is a soft serve place next door we never went to..next time we will go there instead...the new worker said they had new manager or management, cant remember. Figured. This place is going down hill....

Nice little cold and sweet spot. You first choose your ice cream to line the bottom, then 3 different flavors for your ice, and finally your toppings. You can see the difference between the large and small in the pic.

Delicious! What a wonderful place for a nice and cool treat. I ordered a medium with a scoop of pistachio ice cream, with pina colada, lime, and pineapple ice flavors; topped with Gummi bears. It really hit the spot in this 100° weather.

Definitely the best shaved ice place Ive ever had. Sometimes we drive out just to get some. May be a 2 hour drive, but its definitely worth it

I was so excited to try, but was turned away five minutes before close. I had been waiting in line for at least ten minutes when an employee told me they were closing and couldnt serve me because the party in front of me had ordered multiple things.Very disappointed. They couldnt fit in even one shaved ice because they were crowded near closing time, poor customer service.

Yummy shaved ice. I had the medium with grape and lime, no ice cream. They have organic flavors which is cool. $4.99 SM, $5.99 M, and $6.99 L.

The Hawaiian Rainbow flavoring was too sweet for me, but I liked the lemon-mango combo. Its $5 for a small, which I think is a bit expensive, but hey the owner has bills & equipment to pay for. Nice vibe inside with good songs playing.They got 13 organic flavors (extra $1 for 3 flavors) & 8 natural flavors (extra $0.50 for 3 flavors). Going to have to try one out next time. Will definitely be back!

Wide selection of flavors and toppings. As close as you can get to real Hawaiian-style shaved ice in the valley.

Stopped here during our vacation and lets just say Im glad we did. We will definitely be back for more of the sweet goodness!!!!

I usually hate to be there right before a store, but they close earlier than expected! It says it’s open until 8pm, but I got there 7:50pm and they closed the doors when I was about to go in... and I drove 30 minutes because it was the only one near me
