Im very happy with the way my cake turned out for my little wedding party. I ordered one a month before, tried out different pastries which were almost $5 per piece to see what flavor I liked. I went with triple chocolate, called them later to tell them that. But you must go before 12 to get the freshest pastries and best selection because they run out of them before their closing time. I had to go back a few times because the first time they ran out of a pastry I wanted to try to see if I liked the flavor enough to pick for my cake. The service was slow. I had to wait over 10 minutes to order the first time and I was the only one there. When my husband went to pick up the cake, he called me complaining about the wait as we needed it for our party and were on a tight schedule. So come to this place early when you have time, because the service is not quick enough. But the cake was phenomenal! It was so beautiful and tasted delicious!

Their cakes taste good, light, fluffy and the cream is really good. I have been to this place probably like 4 times last month and it is always crowded. Waited for 15+ mins every time to get a slice of cake. Apart from the wait, the place serves good cakes and other bakes.

Very warm and welcoming owners. The bread and pastries are amazing. The sandwiches are made to order as well as specialty coffees. Definitely has that homemade taste.👌I cant believe I have never been in this bakery before and its in my neighborhood!! Definitely check them out!

Employee lacks customer service skills. She seemed annoyed that we were there to buy the product they were selling. She was unfriendly and cold. Don’t waste your time or your money. The pictures on the website look nothing like the product in the store. Very misleading. The product was NOT FRESHLY COOKED.

I was very excited visiting this bakery for the first time. Bought 5 small pastries, asked her if they are all fresh and she said they all have “ baked today”. They were also super over priced! I paid almost 25 $ for 5 of them, only 1 out of 5 were fresh and moist, the rest were super old and dry and the cream inside was very dry, 100 % sure it was left out of many days ago that she sold me! So frustrated that they did that to me! I might try to visit them and give them another chance to see if that happens again or not!

Great food ! Family run business. Sandwiches are all made on fresh baked breads and the meats are cut right in front of you. The baked cakes and pastries are out of this world. So fresh and so good ! Go and try this place. You will be happy you did.

****Very bad customer service****This will be our first year to celebrate my kids birthday without European Bakery cake. I always order birthday cake from this bakery because of quality of the cake. I forgot to order cake in advance so I went in to shop just to see if cakes are available off the shelf. There were none, so I’ve decided to order 10 pastries instead. Customer service was pathetic at this store. There are 2 ladies at this store, one lady took my order and disappear for more than 10min to pack 10 pastries. There were enough parties at front side. I’ve asked couple of time other lady why are you not giving pastry’s but answer was not satisfactory.Another customer came after 10min and he got 5 pastries order in just 1 min...finally I’d to walk out store without pastries... very very poor customer service. They have top quality cake but quality of customer service is very poor.

2 workers were up front and completely ignored the client waiting to be served. After 15 min waiting had to give up. I will never recommend this business.

When I first walked in to this cute little shop I was so excited because all of the baked goods, especially the cakes, looked beautiful and delicious. We ordered the chocolate raspberry and rum cakes, and although the mouse was quite good in the middle, the cakes were both incredibly dry and lacked flavor. Also the rum cake was soaked with some sort of sugar rum syrup and made the cake practically sloshy ice. I don’t know if this is how the cakes are supposed to be since it is a European bakery, but I was so disappointed because they are really beautiful. I cannot speak for there other menu items, but I hope they are better😞

This bakery is delicious. The night and day cake was my favorite! Chocolate & vanilla with cream in the middle. I would suggest going around 12 or earlier to make sure you get a much wider variety of cakes to choose from before they run out. I went at like 3:30, and a lot of the options were already gone. I will definitely be going back again.

Best local bakery around. Bread and pastries all made from scratch with traditional methods. Deli sandwiches are great too and reminiscent of italian delis in New York.

I ordered apple strudel. I assumed that being a European bakery they would make the strudel dough from scratch. What I received was more like apple baklava made with papery sheets of phyllo. Traditional strudel is soft and elastic not papery and crunchy. Im really disappointed because even though it was expensive I didnt mind when I thought I was getting real traditional apple strudel.

They make the best Napoleon I have had on a very long time. I have tried some from a lot of places. They run out fast so call ahead! But very much worth it.

If only I would have known this place to be here while I lived so close! Here you will find the most delicious perfectly made cake. While picking it up I saw they also have sandwiches/subs which appear to be made with highest of quality and freshest of bread, gelato, coffee and of course some of the most gorgious delicious of treats. This place has all of that and still makes it better with a friendly staff greeting you at the door, cashing you out and bringing your delights. A must stop and revisit for sure

My go to for sandwich subs. The mini baguettes are so tasty. Perfect sub bread. High quality meats and toppings.

Awesome place for lunch! Theyre super friendly, and thier sandwiches are fantastic! One thing to note when going, they use only fresh ingredients, so it can take a few minutes to get your food, but it is well worth the wait. :)

Went there last Friday evening to pick up some pastries....there were none on display and there was a bit of a queue...we were in a bit of hurry and we requested the lady in the store if she could let us know if they had more pastries inside... unfortunately her response was very insulting...she literally shouted at us for asking a question.. never expected that....we walked out immediately.... I used to be a regular here ...am not coming back ever.... They should rethink the way they serve their customers

Cake and gelato was great but ordered an ice coffee with French vanilla and it comes back dark coffee with ice. So I said is there French vanilla in it and she said yes. Tasted the coffee and it was horrible. I noticed nobody talked about coffee so I had 2

Gave rating 3 just because not giving delivery in time. It happens twice to me, couple of colleagues and waited at least 45 mins -70 mins to get the cake. They have clear policy to charge extra per minute if we delay pick up.Cake is very good.

Yum! Only got food here once (via DoorDash. Just FYI, having compared DD, Postmates, and GrubHub, DD had more menu options, at least currently {2/21}). The sandwich was scrumptious! I got the Islander which is turkey and some veggies, pineapple, teriyaki and It was better than I expected. Quality ingredients and just delightful. Also got venezuelan bourbon chocolate macaroons...shamefully the very first time Ive ever tried macaroons. REALLY yummy little dessert. Im impressed and look forward to going back again. Only problem is that I like turkey w/o other types of meat and they only have a couple options. There are several sandwiches with 2+ meats including turkey. More options for turkey only would be awesome but I will return anyway because I was very pleased with the taste and quality.

Old moldy bread on the shelf, mouse droppings in the dining room under the tables. Walked in to buy som bread for the first time, walked out in 45 seconds. Health hazard idk how this place is still open. They should wipe the Romanian flag from they window as they do not represent us at all! Trash

Best ice coffees and pastries. I cant get enough of this place. If I die this is the last place I want to eat. Their chocolate mousse cups or even the chocolateCups with strawberry mousse are worth going into a diabetic coma for. I have try every slice of cake they have and have never dislike anything. All were delicious. I dont see how anyone thinks the people working there are rude. They seem fine to me.As a matter of fact even if they were ever rude I dont care I would still come back again and again because is worth it. The only way I would never come back is if they kick me out from there and even then I would disguise myself just to come back for their delicious cakes.

I have always had an amazing experience here. Ordered my kids 1st birthday cake here (and a couple of times before)and it was a hit. They use safe and approved cake toppers. The mango cupcakes were amazing.Edit: Ordered 2nd birthday cake through phone during COVID they sent in a sample picture through mail. And the cake was as depicted.

I am giving 1 stars not because of the quality it’s because of their poor service.After reading so many good reviews I order birthday cake. We decided one cake design from their catalog and made the full payment. But when I went to pick up the ordered cake they changed the design and gave different cake, when I asked the reason they said it’s been discussed with me, which was a complete lie.This all because the order taken by one of the employee named HEATHER communicated wrong information and after that she was telling lie. Then there was a old man how was not ready to listen and very rude and argued with us. Very disappointed with the behavior and service of the bakery employees and owners . Very bad service.

Great quality cake! We ordered a two tier cake for our daughters first birthday party. The cake was custom ordered and very well executed by European Bakery. No doubt it was an amazing tasting cake!! Order delivered on time at the venue. Worth for the money but I think they are expensive. Remains one of the highlights of our party. Definitely recommend!!

Was visiting family for Thanksgiving, and our dessert fell through.Took a gamble when driving by, and went in. They made us a cake, on the spot, and were very helpful. Had some of the amazing gelato while waiting, it was great and priced well. They not only saved our holiday, but are very kind as well!

I love this place. I found it when I was looking for coffee places near me and I have to say their iced coffees and lattes are pretty good and more affordable than Starbucks. I have been coming back and every time their customer service is amazing. The two daughters working there are super nice to me all the time. I will keep coming back.

Ive passed this place frequently and always told myself I had to try it. I finally did! Upon entry the place is clean and comfy. I didnt feel harassed to hurry up or judged. I got the Oreo cake and caramel iced coffee.The cake was fluffy and moist and I loved it. I felt bad eating such an amazing cake since I believe I should have bought more!The coffee wasnt bitter or acidic at all too! I hate when coffee is acidic tasting and this was smooth. Im really happy I finally tried this place. The staff was really warm and welcoming. I loved it. Ill be returning.

Everybody raved about the cake (Cappuccino mousse) I ordered for my daughters baby shower, and most of my guests are from Europe originally, so they know how the cake should taste like. At least 10 guests asked me to give them the information about bakery, which I gladly did. The decorations were beautiful, complying with my request of understated elegance. I asked for the lightest possible pink color for the roses, and they were barely pink! Julie and her mom were very attentive to my needs and particular requests, provided me with some good suggestions, and I could not be happier! From now on this is the place where I would get all my cakes, despite quite a drive for me to get there. Believe me, it is worth it!

We ordered two same size cakes. They made them in two different sizes. No apologies offered. Very poor customer service !Edit: I received a call from the owner about an hour after posting this review. He was literally shouting at me for giving lower rating.

Highly recommend!!! Dropped in to check out selection maybe grab danish... Service was wonderful, there was a line of patrons but it moved quickly, the displays had a lovely variety. Upon check out a recommendation of a coffee was quickly made and I was out the door.

This place makes great sandwiches and pastries. Food reminds me of back east. High quality meats and cheeses on homemade bread. I have not tried the custom cakes so I wont add any comments on them.

They have the best bread Ive found anywhere in the area. We love their desserts because they dont hide the flavor of the ingredients with too much sugar. We make the drive from New River as often as we can because its really worth it!

The most disgusting place ever... not to mention terrible service. They never have enough of anything, they lied dozens of times that the desserts are fresh made that morning, and after i got home... they were dry. Nobody there knows how to do business, they lie all the time thinking that we are all stupid, or maybe they think that they are back in their third world country of Armenia. They pass you from one person to another within their 4 people family, and each lie to you in a different way. When they realized that they screwed up, they do not even offer to make it up to you, as all other businesses do, mo responsibility, no care... nothing. They are running around like chickens without their heads, not knowing what exactly they have to do. They do NOT care for their customers at all, or they will NOT treat us like garbage. I have been there way too many times and every single time i left extremely disappointed. They do NOT deserve our business and our money... bunch of crooks, cheaters and liars! Disgusting people, and disgusting business! Their desserts all taste almost the same, and all of them are extremely sweet, as the sugar is for free - not healthy at all!!!We will never go there again!

Very disappointed with the service and the cake. They took my order and processed the payment on phone. After 3 days, as planned, I went to pick it up, and the order is not ready and we were told that someone else picked it up. When I asked who it was then they started saying all lies. Finally they accepted their mistake and told us to come back after 30 minutes. I went after an hour to pick it up and the cake is not the same of the size we ordered. It doesnt taste good. Very disappointed as it ruined our anniversary.

I called to place an order for a birthday cake. The price of the cake was more than online price indicates. Asked if they can honor the price thats on the website. The owner said, I either get the cake, or I dont, as they havent had a change to update their web page. Theyre not honoring the price that is on their website. Very unprofessional and rude service. I didnt end up ordering the cake. Will take my business elsewhere.

I would have negative rating if that was the option available. The owner of this shop keep the grudges and has a big time attitude problem. He think of himself as best baker in Arizona. Customer service is worse. I feel even they look down upon their customers. Once I had some complain about the cake being not prepared according to our spec. He noted it down in his system I forgot about it and when I after two years when I decided to give him the chance and went back, he refused to prepare the cake for me saying that we did not like his cake. He might know something about how to make cake sweet, but it soured by his attitude
