I have to give a glowing review to Philip at the lush store in arrowhead mall! I told him what I needed and all they had was a giant bar and I only needed a tiny bit so he was kind enough to give me a sample! I truly truly appreciate his service and kindness. Go see Philip he’s awesome!!

All natural cosmetic products. They are pricier compared to mass produced big brand cosmetics but the products are worth every penny. The products are like candy, so colourful and so many beautiful aromas.

I have been here once, it is one of a kind! My daughters skin normally gets so irritated by everything, however I bought a milky bubble bath bar here and (it smells amazing) it didnt irritate her in the slightest.

I remember when Lush just started & now they are bigger and better with sooo muuch product that is all Vegan! I adore all the products each one is unique in its own way. The staff are very knowledgeable with their products and are so so kind! I love this location too!

Best place to get eco friendly beauty products. Theyre mostly splurge items due to the price, however, their shampoo bars can be worth the price since they last much longer than a bottle of shampoo, and theres no packaging.

I went in a few days ago for the first time and all of the girls there were so sweet and helpful. I went back in today to handle an issue with my card and to get some more bath bombs. The manager was so sweet and helped my sister and I out to the fullest. She even gave us a gift for our wait. I love this store and will probably go broke here but I am completely okay with that!

The products at LUSH are extremely novelty to me, coming from a guy, but their products are amazing. The bath bombs are cute, they have soap in every form you can think of, even jelly which I didnt know was a thing until I came there. Will definitely be coming back.

I discovered lush when i was looking for a solid shampoo option for travel. I have never looked back the products are great, not tested on animals and always make me hair or skin feel amazing. On my most recent visit i found out they discontinued my favorite shampoo but Sarah helped me find a new one to try try that hopefully will have the same results. She took the time to listen and even check online for me. She was super sweet and gave me one to try since they no long had the one i wanted. While this location can get packed and busy when its your turn everyone is attentive and friendly. I would definetly recommend and will be returning to personally thank Sarah for all her help.

I absolutely love this store. All the employees are so helpful and knowledgable about the products. I have used their solid shampoo and conditioner for about 7 months now and I recently bought a face mask. I also use their toothpaste while traveling. Everything that Ive tried works amazingly. The prices are a little high, but everything Ive used lasts for-frickin-ever and is super high quality.

Was just in lush to buy face wash and a bubble bar NICOLE decided to be rude and shut me up while I asked if there were 2 lines since I was waiting in a line she came up to cash people out, meanwhile people started lining up at her line... I went when it was my turn and she asked me to wait because the lady who just stood behind me got into line to cash out.... no Ive been waiting. I asked nicole were there 2 lines? She says yes so do you mind waiting... I just waited 10 minutes... she immediately said OK OK OK as I said Ive been waiting I li... she cut me off and was extremely rude to me. I will be calling the store as well. That is horrible customer service.
