Omg, the cookies are amazing. Try the lemon cookie!! We got a free cookie to try and opted for lemon poppyseed cookie. Great, friendly service. If you ever go to Burbank go to Snookis Cookies

I got a basket for Christmas and was sorely disappointed. The cookies taste like store bought (the ones from the shelves), too sweet and hard. Tollhouse baked cookies taste better. I thought Snookies were supposed to be one of the best. I can’t recommend them to anyone.

Same experience as the previous reviews. We told them we were outside for curbside pick up since they’re closed inside. They said it would be a minute. 30 minutes later and we had to remind them. We were then handed a box with foil. Cookies were cold like they were thawing out from the freezer and they didn’t have the time to even warm them in the microwave. They tasted disgusting. Plus no apology for us waiting 30 mins. Also, we parked in the side parking lot and we were able to see employees just sit around. Don’t waste your time and skip this place.

Horrible experience. Ordered over the phone and paid with my debt card. Notify the store manager I was outside. She told me it would be 10-15 min wait and I was fine with waiting that long. I waited outside for 45 minutes for a order of a dozen cookies and 3 Cookie ice cream. I had to call her again to remind her I was outside waiting. She sounded surprised as if she had forgotten about my order. When I tried the cookies it tasted as if it was store bought. There was nothing I enjoyed about it and the cookie ice cream had frozen water ice pieces in it. This was my experience and it was a horrible experience. This is my truth.

Many flavors but not a strong foundation. A cookie should be cohesive with a chewy interior and crispy crust. These cookies were soft all round and crumbly. They need to go back to the basics of cookie baking to get a better texture and taste to their cookies.

The store is weird. We went in on a fluke to buy some cookies. We ended up spending 20 minutes in there waiting for cookies. There was a few people ordering shaved ice. But it took a while for them to get it together. But the cookies are delicious and are worth the wait.

Its so frustrating to drive to a place that ends up closing early... Took a 20 minute drive, arrived at 4:50 (10 minutes before closing time) and they were closed already. Thanks for making me waste my time and gas.

Their cookies here were okay, nothing special. When you walk into their store, it totally feels like youve been transported back in time. They do catering orders and gift baskets, along with the individual cookie sale. If you want to check it out, you wont be able to miss the purple exterior as you drive down Victory. It might be good to grab a box of cookies if youre on your way to the Hollywood Bowl shuttle at the LA Zoo however.

The office party was a huge hit! Our order was on time and everyone loved the basket! My favorite was the brownies. I will order again for sure!

Bought a brownie from Snookies a few days ago and its so rich its taken me a week to eat the whole thing. The cookies are always delicious and the guy at the counter was very sweet and helpful.

The floors were very dirty and the counter was sticky and there was flies flying around and Im not sure why I bought the cookie but the chocolate chip were way to doughy and the peanut butter did not taste like peanut butter way too much sugar and horrible.Would not recommend it even though the reviews are raving
