I tried their delicious white coffee bean coffee in a caramel latte and it was delicious. I also had a pumpkin spice muffin which was delicious too. This was my first visit here and Im very impressed with the polite customer service. I will definitely be coming back here again.

I have been here a few times and always get a Rising Phoenix. I make sure to tell them light on the Irish cream. I dont like my coffee tasting like pure sugar. Only once has it tasted like they went light on the Irish cream. I like my coffee to have a coffee flavor. Please listen to your customers.

Im very particular about my coffee so I knew I wouldnt fall in love with this place. But it wasnt bad! In fact, Ill be back. But thats probably because the employees were so pleasant and friendly that I wouldnt mind seeing them again. They have more to offer than you would think with it being such a small coffee house. I didnt give it five stars because I didnt love the drinks. But like I said, it was still good enough to go back!

The girls are friendly. But the one was alone. Took almost 5 minutes for her to come out of the building. Then she took orders for 5 cars. No one was making drinks. I have been here in line for over 15 minutes. She is still taking orders. Another girl just showed up to start making drinks. Im grateful Im first in line. Please staff more appropriately.

I absolutely love this place and have gone since they opened. I waited as the girl took 6 cars from one side before attending to the other in drive thru before even coming to the other side. I understand they are short staffed but there should be a rotation system

Found a cricket in my drink. The workers are dressed so poorly and are beyond rude to customers. Saw a rat running around and workers did nothing about it. Do not recommend. They took 20 minutes to get me two drinks and then tried to charge me twice. Workers are not helpful and stand around doing nothing when it is busy. Go to dutch instead.

First time customer and received the best service! A warm Sunday afternoon running errands with kids and their special demands of flavors being mixed, wanting whip cream, and adding on additional drinks. The staff was amazing, kind, cheerful and went above and beyond to accommodate the tiny human demands AND me being on a detox diet and being the most indecisive human being on the planet currently. Alyssa and Mariah were amazing. I wish the world had more of them. Thanks ladies! :)

The drinks were good and they gave my kids free cookies! It is easy to get in and out of there from Bell Rd or the Bellair neighborhood behind it.

Was very excited to try this place and very disappointed. We went early the other morning, and it took at least 20 min to get our coffee. The girl working asked us to pull around to the other side of the window when a car pulled in behind us, she then handed that car drinks while we were still waiting for our drinks. Two drinks and a breakfast sandwich cost us $18. The coffee was horrible, tasted super burnt and tangy. And if the experience wasn’t bad enough when I just checked my bank account she actually charged us $22. So when she asked if I wanted to leave a tip and I said sure $2 she actually tipped herself $4. This is such a bummer because we drove out of our way to try this place as there are not many coffee places around. Will never go back or recommend this coffee stand.

I am the only person there, there are 2 people working, it takes 9.5 minutes to get a large coffee with half and half.... Its not even good coffee. I think there is only one shot of espresso in it and all the rest is the milk. Dont waist your time or money. BTW a car came thru the drive thru and got there coffee before me.NOT impressed WONT go back.

I was on my way to the gym with my husband and decided to turn him on to this place since i love it so much we got my sugar free red bulls with sugar free lime and my husband got the choco raptor both were incredible however i wanted to let everyone know Heather is an amazing employee she was hustling around working and her personality is very sweet and bubbly she walked my husband thru the perfect coffee wifi turned out to be gone in seconds. UNPROFESSIONAL!! I had drove up on on July 6th around 8pm-9pm and was waiting to order. I heard yelling and saw what looked like the owner was yelling at his young employees. One was bawling her eyes out! Have none of you have zero sympathy??!! This was such a great local business and was always satisfied even if my drink was made wrong. I was always happy to come. But no longer will I support a business who verbally yells and treats their employees like they are GARBAGE!!

This place being a local coffee shop I will be returning not only because it is local but the coffe was great and the service was even better. It being a 24hr spot is nice too. I will be back for some good brew.

I am a regular at this place. I actually call it my tea shop. Amazing customer service and great on timing and mixing up the best drinks! I will probably never stop coming here to my green tea drink on lol.

Always love the friendly faces! A girl recommended a green tea with pomegranate, raspberry, blackberry and blood orange. I got the pomegranate and raspberry infused with CBD. Wasnt super crazy about it at first, but the flavor has grown on me! Love it!

Staff is great, coffee is served in a timely manner just doesn’t taste that good. They should try using another espresso roast.

Best Iced Vegan Chai Latte Ive ever had. They had five alternative milks to choose from, and they might be the friendliest bunch of people ever. Better than the other two main coffee spots in town, in drink quality and customer service. And they have FREE COOKIES! Vegan and non vegan cookies, too! Whenever Im on this side of town, Ill be stopping by and supporting this place. 💗✊

This used to be my favorite coffee place but now not so much. The drinks arent as great and it didnt bother me too much at first because the customer service was great. However, today June 3rd at 10pm I arrived to no greeting. As a matter of fact they acted as if we werent sitting there in front of the door where you order. The two ladies in there proceeded to have their conversation. Then as I drove off one of the blonde haired young ladies with the black shirt and blue jean shorts walked to the door we had just drove off from laughing and proceeded to open the door after I left. I use to go out of my way to drive here for coffee as I am not close. Now I wouldnt even dare!

Pretty good coffee and the people are very nice, but the wait is crazy long if you walk up to the window. They are also not following mask guidelines very well. They guy that came out to take my order didn’t even have one on him and only one employee actually had his covering his mouth and nose, everyone else working had it down on their chin.

This is by far the best place to get a drink in the area. The menu is pretty much unlimited when it comes to flavors. The team is always energetic especially Nathan. He seems to enjoy his job and he shows it by making excellent quality drinks. I definitely recommend this coffee shop to anyone that hasnt tried it yet.

Wonderful! So thankful we have a new drive thru to come to. We live by two Dutch Bros and it’s nice to pull up to a bit more mature, yet still modern environment, great in-house choices and no drama. Service is friendly, fast & very patient to help. they give great suggestions and the owner was super sweet! Looking forward to our future visits and expanding my green tea flavor options for myself. Omg!! This is our new favorite place to go. Everyone is so friendly and not like chat our ear off friendly. Our first time there the explained the menu and helped us picked our new favorite coffee drink. The hot chocolate is amazing too. The plus is they are open 24 hours 365.

Great coffee at a great price

We have always liked Desert Eagle. It is a nice walk from our home or a convenient stop on the way home from a workout. I was very disappointed today. Mask-wearing is atrocious. This morning, only one employee of three was wearing a mask (and she was coughing). I ordered a chai tea latte and it tasted like warm milk with cinnamon and nutmeg. This is not the first time my order has been wrong. Get your act together Desert Eagle, or you will lose a regular customer.

EDIT: So I made this post 13 hours ago... whatever you guys put in your coffee, it sure does work!!!!😂😂😂 I ordered the Screaming Eagle, not knowing what was in it.. If anyone can please tell me how many shots of espresso are in this drink, Id appreciate it. My doctor is asking LOLFIRST TIME ORDERING FROM HERE AND I AM.IN.LOVE!!!!Will be going to this place forever for my midnight graveyard shifts!!!

Service was terrible. Stood outside in the heat while the girls gave stank looks at me and my toddler and pretended to not see me. Did not greet me or anything. I live in the area and was looking for a regular coffee spot close enough to walk to but I’d rather walk further than spend my money with rude people.

I didn’t know that making tik toks at the counter they make the drinks at while holding an infant was okay. Nor did I know that making drinks while not only running fingers through their hair, but also holding a vape was okay. Definitely disgusting.

This is a very interesting place. Im surprised on the quality of the drinks and how they have varied throughout the time I’ve going and went to desert. Some people don’t know go make many drinks that are on the secret menu or how to make a coffee at some points. I’ve had to ask for the coffee to be remade 3 times because they couldn’t make it correctly. But the most surprising part, was when I notice a lady walking around the shop with high heals on and almost falling because of water from ice cubes. This is not safe! A manager should be the example to the shop and should not be wearing high heals instead, they should be wearing non slip resistant shoes so if they Do step on water they don’t almost take their face out of the floor.Many of the members also don’t wear masks.

The quality of desert eagle is much better then dutch bros. Dutch might have the variety but Deseret eagle has that punch to get your day started! The larger cups are obviously made with cheap plastic and are somewhat difficult to hold on to but still, way better quality. One thing that just really wasn’t okay was when two girls came out to take one order and one girl took our order and the other girl was just leaning on our brand new 2020 side mirror which had just been freshly coated with Ceramic to protect the paint. That’s an easy lawsuit, we love this place but you should really avoid not only touching but leaning on cars cause chances are, youre not going to be able to afford to fix it.

Would take a hard pass on this place in the future. The music was pretty profain, more like what Id expect from a strip club. The employees had their masks looped below their chins or werent wearing them at all. Occasionally theyd put them on to approach cars, but not always, including to approach my car. Also, the coffee wasnt even too good.

While the coffee is pretty good, Im not a fan of how the staff has little to no care for COVID precautions. Arizona already has high COVID stats, and the staff sometimes wear their masks half off (the point of the mask is to protect other people from YOUR particulates.) and offers drinks with the straws already in. Please leave them in paper.Posting in hopes management sees this and adjusts the policy to be stricter to protect both your customers and your very young employee base.

For my first visit I grabbed a medium Grand Canyon drink. Taste was good and something I could see getting again. Cost was $4.50.So the negative... the menu. Where is the menu? I drove up and saw a sign but didn’t even realize it was the menu, as it was positioned on the right side and there was no real direction I was supposed to drive. I asked the lady if she had menu and she brought me a laminated menu which was covered with sticky drink mess. They do not seem to have a menu on their website.Bottom line, was the drink good? Yes. Would I go back again? Sure, but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

The coffee is great and the employees are nice but they do not follow guidelines on wearing mask. I got a coffee the other day and only one young man was wearing a mask, the rest of the employees were not wearing mask. I didn’t even want to drink my coffee when I saw the girl making my coffee was not wearing a mask. As someone in the medical field, I take covid very serious.

Went for the first time and got the dropical redbull drink. It was so good I had to go back the next day to get another one.

Im shocked!!! I just witnessed a female employee come outside the booth flipping off some customers as they drive away. All while other customers were present and employees were interviewing potential candidates. Ill NEVER go back... Shameful!!!

I am new to the area and found this coffee shop simply because it was on my way to work. But I am so glad that I did! My drinks are always delicious and exactly what I ordered. The staff has been super friendly every time I have gone there. I would highly recommend skipping the chain coffee house and going here instead.

Desert eagle is a fun idea but lacks consistency of quality and price. Each time I go through with my siblings they always charge slightly different. Not only that but they do not regularly wear masks? Which is mind blowing with AZ spiking in covid cases. Makes you wonder if they care for their workers or the customers. Another thing to note. A light ice charger comes out to 8.25 excluding tax? But a large ice charger is 7.55? How does that make sense lol just get a large. Half n half also cost 1.30. For probably two oz of milk haha what’s up with that? Just try to be A) more consistent and B) pls wear your mask. Loved this place but it’s rapidly declined in the past months. Hope this helps them fix it! Would love to feel more comfortable coming through.

Most of the time this place is great except for the inconsistencies with the drinks. Each employee seems to have a different pour or some are way heavier on drizzles/flavors and sometimes its so sweet you cant really drink it because its mostly syrup. Also, depending on the day you can be waiting a while to get your drinks. Sometimes its sorta like other people can come get drinks faster and you are still waiting? Even for a soda? Im not sure exactly other than I think its just a bit disorganized inside sometimes and younger kids working with their friends showing up and different things. When the GM is there things run much smoother those days. We will continue coming knowing its just a bit of a gamble on the customer service just because the flavor options and drink variety is unbeatable.

Always delicious! In a world full of corporatized coffee spots,you cannot go wrong with trying the local small business variety. Their general menu is extensive and amazing but do not forget to ask for the secret menu! Try the Honey Bunches!

Friendly and quick, but the drinks are missing a key flavor... coffee. The cold brew was watered down. The Rising Phoenix had waaaay too much Irish Creme syrup and milk; and they may have added sugar??Feigned attempt at COVID-19 safety measures. One or two employees wearing a mask (noses exposed), placed unwrapped straws in drinks with bare hands, no barriers or social distancing, took my card and then put the POS device in my car for me to complete check out...This visit was a bust and probably won’t come back.

Coffee was good but no one knows what they are doing. Girl came up to take our order with no mask. After we ordered two other people tried to take our order. Then they tried to give us the wrong order twice, on top of that the ham and cheese croissant was nothing but a salt bomb.. also felt price was higher then the quality offered. I wont be back
