I just picked up a very sweet deal here and I have been smoking out of my bong and nector collector all week. Quality stuff and I got a steal of a deal. In all the time Trails has been servicing a specific part of the population, it hasnt changed. Which I mean as a compliment. The vibe is still the same and the employees are always knowledgeable and ready to help. Favorite head shop for years now and theyve yet to let me down in the decade Ive been going there and Im not stopping now. 10/10, loyal customer right here.

They were nice and had a decent selection but everything was like 10-20% more than many head shops.They have some unique stuff, but its definitely more expensive.Im sure Ill be back to one some day when convenience is the priority and its the closest head shop.

Well the customer service great amd so we bought shampoo kit and she stands 100 percent behind this product.. If it works it will be a life saver but she insists it works and has had several customers return and thank her personally .....welll see in a week the hair folicle results😇

The Employees there was very polite and informative. They answer all my questions and concerns. No matter how stupid Up question was the answered me kindly without making me feel retarded. I even came in once with my daughter and they were very kind and polite around her.

The chick with pink hair working when I came in didnt so much as say hi, or can I help you?! She could definitely use a lesson in Customer service! Took my business elsewhere.

Tonight 1-4-2019 the young girl working tonight around 8:30pm was awesome so nice and helpful, Im a business owner and its really hard to find people like this anymore, she is a great customer service rep.

WORST MISTAKE . I asked for a good quality vape pen so she showed me a $50 kandi pen. Had life time warranty blah blah. I hot home tried it and worked ok not the best ive had but it was ok. I put it back used it next day was workin but the 3rd day the botton stayed stuck. Went back to the store they didn’t help with anything. So please make sure you don’t go there and spend so much just buy a 10$ vape at your local drive thru. I thought spending more money at a “good store” would at least take better care of the costumers. I just hope the kandipens company helps me out.....
