I’m not from here but i am in and out all the time and come here a lot. There are some Workers that i have been encountered with that are few female managers that do have an attitude when asking for some shoes if they are in stock. Not only that when they talking to their co- workers i can feel a big bad vibe because of the way they do talk to everyone. Including co-workers that are actually nice and respectful. But you can definitely feel a vibe that they do not want to be there with each other. As a business owner i would like to see more good vibe and more respectful welcoming with smiles.One of the worker had told me there was some Jordan’s that came into stock in the back.When asking one of the Female managers. It was a complete lie. Because after she left i had came back and bought the shoes i was looking for. That really felt like they were holding off on customers and holding them for certain people to come and buy them like their friends.And when we went to enter for a raffle on another day. Another manager was rude and was also rude to there co-worker about how they stocked the shelves and just felt like our raffles were not even put in the box but put on the side.This place is a good place and good locations. But the employee Management needs to be fixed.

Great shoes, selection and service!!! First off...Customer service was amazing! This store was our 4th stop trying to find a shoe my son could stand in while working all day. We needed suggestions and Kendrick helped us find the perfect shoe - one that my son thought was “cool” as well as comfortable. Chris helped us check out and was very professional. They were both very knowledgeable and friendly. Money well spent. Highly recommend!

This is one of my favorite Shoe Palace stores in the valley, they always have plenty variety of Nike, Adidas, and especially Jordan. Danny is one of the most hardworking employees and always stays on top of ensuring every customer gets treated fairly! He deserves a raise and definitely solid recognition for his hard work ethic. Also Alejandra is great at her job and they seem to get along with all the customers. Lastly Danny makes me feel like family when I walk into that store! 10 Star review in my opinion!

I didn’t find my pair of shoes here but jay went out of his way to find a pair at another store .. I appreciate this as it was an out of stock shoe and a last min gift idea

I would like to give this store location a great review, every time I go to this store location I have the upmost respectful customer services as well as very friendly staff members that are very educated in this type of business. I have came across the new store manager servando and he has given his customers and employees the best a manager can give. Will definitely recommend this location amongst the other ones.

Nobody attends to you, the employees only walk around the store (there was only a girl attending other people) I was going to buy tennis for my whole family and for that reason I decided to change the store.

Great service and wonderful shoes I cant believe the Jordans cost that less on and I got him a shirt that was only 15 bucks and then and then I got a pair of filas and they are cute and I got some Jordan the cheapest Jordans Ive ever seen cant believe all that stuff have a great time

Idk why every time I go fill out a raffle ticket they always give me attitude. I know they don’t put my ticket in the raffle box I never win.

The music is too loud, one of their customer service reps wasnt wearing his face mask correctly over his nose and when I asked him to put it on because as he approached us. When I turn my back I got the finger, 👌

Great prices, great customer service. They will search for exactly what youre looking for and if they dont have your size they order them for you. I got so much help shopping for 4 kids who all needed shoes. So about 350 later this mom was very happy!

I walked right passed this shoe store and went straight to Finish Line, Foot Locker, then Shiek. None of them had what I was looking for. I come in here as my last resort and I find both pairs that I was looking for. I will definitely start shopping here. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the cashier was not looking at me while ringing me up or when he handed me my bag (he was in conversation with another worker)

They always have what I need and they are one of only two shoe stores open in the mall currently.

Use to love this place, till I went in today to use my store credit which was $75 after using it once before only to find out some how it was used... I had all the receipts which were given to me in my wallet... my son was still wearing the shoes that we had bought last time there is no way that we used the credit ....coincidentally the manager is the one that check us out all three times but couldnt tell us what the purchase was for ...hmmm...plan on going to higher management I guess to try and get something resolved...grrrr

2nd time here. Bought some Cortez, the shop was nice and clean. Great prices.Friendly man. He was extremely knowledgeable of all the shoes and was able to help me out. Went to multiple stores to find some Cortez and Shoe Palace had everything. Both times I’ve came I’ve had exceptional service. Sales person was 02164. Will come back again.

Sales person took a very long time bringing me my size, handed me 1 shoe and walked away. I went to the desk to ask for the box because shoe did not seem to be correct size and sales person told me that 1 could only have 1 shoe at a time. I am not sure how anyone can decide if a pair of running shoes is correct trying 1 shoe at a time. In addition, sales person had brought the incorrect size. I will never return to this store and will discourage everyone I know from shopping here. So much for company policy for great customer service and treating everyone like family.

The staff here is incredible Victor, Dami, and Jospeh tagged teamed it on a busy Saturday rush without making me feel rushed or pushed aside. They took the time to help me pick out shoes for my brothers home coming without over selling or trying to pick me out the most expensive pair. The store was clean and the selection was great, I recommend this place to anyone!

Today March 24th was the worst experience ive had. I went to pick up some shoes from a raffle my girlfriend won and after being told by an aparent manager Tuesday March 20th that if a person won they could have someone else pick them up as long as they had the winning contestants ID. I thought there would be issues and sure enough there was. When the employee asked the store manager if i could pick them up for my gf she said no thats not how things work, so i said well you should get all your employees on the same page and she cut me off saying all my employees are on the same page. Then basically called me a liar when i told her what the lady had told me saying i highly doubt she would do that when the other lady said it in front of my son and gf that Tuesday before. Really unprofessional the way she conducted herself and i ended up losing out on those shoes
