I asked for a toddler croc shoe and with no eye contact the guy just walked by and said that’s the only size we have and walked by. This was at 5:50 pm before the mall closed. With so many different sizes and colored crocs, he immediately knew that was the only size.. I think he was just too lazy to look. I’ll go to foot locker or finish line.

After a very frustrating experience elsewhere in the mall (Vans) I walked in to Journeys and was immediately greeted by Abby. She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had the right size of shoes, and I didn’t even have to ask her to do that. We left purchasing more than we expected, it’s amazing what good customer service will do! Thank you Journeys management for doing what you do to make sure your employees know how to handle a busy time of year!

In store Journeys and the staff are great! Online it’s horrible! I ordered a pair of shoes for my son over a week ago, shoes that were in stock, and they have yet to ship. All I got so far was an email stating my order was received but no movement on the shipment. I will never order for my family online from them again.

My grandsons love shopping at Journeys both online and at the store.

Looking for a specific shoe and the man working didnt help at all and had an attitude.. will not recommend this location.

I drove from Queen Creek az to Arrowhead mall to get a Christmas present for my mom and I realized I left my debit card at home and Alex Jon and Abbey (workers) were all so badass they had me zelle the money to one of them to help me pay for the shoes 👐 literally the BEST costumer service Ive ever had! I highly recommend going to this store. They are amazing!

Love journeys! They carry shoes no one else does and they send coupons. I buy the majority of my kids(4 boys) shoes here and will continue to.

Lazy staff came in was not greeted when I asked for a shoe I asked for another because the one I opened was scuffed was given attitude like if it was huge issue than was told they didnt have it out of spite dont shop here.

Made two separate purchases and both associates seemed almost bothered and burdened by having to help us. Customer service isnt for everybody I guess, I would suggest managers looking into employee # 571349. Shouldnt feel like Im annoying her by asking to try on 2 pairs of shoes, especially when a single pair i purchased is over $100

They are rude and lazy. 6 workers said absolutely nothing to me as i was trying to shop for shoes so i moved on to another store.

I love journeys and this was the worst store I had ever been to..store a mess. lazy employees that are too busy playin around to attend to paying customersaskd for a.particular.sock and guy said they didnt have it..and oops I found 20 of em in the circular bin. lame.
