Great service . went and got a key made and it fits. Wonderful.

Took it for a vehicle recall,luckily it was my company car. Got it done in about an hour and a half, no appointment. Had to be there between 8:30a - 10:30a weekdays

This service department only cares about getting customers in and out, not customers satisfaction.

Great experience here. Their sales department is amazing. Susan helped me into a new f150. She went through all the features I wanted and made sure to find out what I really needed out of my truck. She then spent hours searching for the right one for me before finally finding it at another dealership. She brought it in the next day and it was perfect.Their service department is great as well, the personnel there are amazing and knowledgeable. My past experience with them demonstrated to me why they are who to bring your Ford or Lincoln to if you value quality and service.No matter why you go to star you leave with a feeling that they are looking out for you.

Dispite manufacturers design of my vehicle and it continually to have the same problems, Manny aguayo and Michael Harry as well as Teresa and Angie went the extra mile to help me get my car fixed and get me reliable transportation while the work was being done and a very professional and understanding way, this would be the one Ford dealer I didnt leave disgusted about. Great job guys

Service guys Jose V, excellent service, cashier, parts, same, but they apear to be very very overwhelmed, running around, having to wait long to get helped, same to pickup my vehicle, took long to bring it back, till the cashier had to go look for someone to go get it..
