I absolutely love Total Wine & More. I have vidited so many locations and am never disappointed. They have a large selection to choose from. You can try before you buy and if you like cigars they have a well stocked humidor! I only wish we had a Total Wine & More in Shreveport, LA.

We placed an large online order for pickup yesterday and my wife stopped at the store today to pick it up. She went inside the store to do the pickup because she wanted to buy something extra. She asked about our pickup when she was paying for the extra item and was told to go to line 8. She went to line 8 and waited for someone to show up to help her, eventually they did. As soon as the pets arrived, a man, she was told very brusquely to back up. No explanation why, just ordered to back up. She complied and the store person took her information, then turned and walked away. She waited a few minutes and then followed him, thinking that was what she was suppose to do. He rudely confronted her and told her she needed to go stand in the customer area. Again, no explanation, just rude orders. Again, she complied. He did finally bring out our order but didn’t offer to help her load it until asked. He helped her load the order but did so in a irritated manner.Wine & More, this is your only pass. If anyone in your store is ever that rude to my wife again neither of us will ever step foot in any Wine & More store again. It’s convenient to buy alcohol from you but you’re far from the only wine store.

I love this place. My wife and I picked up about a dozen wines there today. They have a huge selection and great prices. I couldnt leave without picking this up to go with a southwestern meal.

Best selection for all beers, wines and spirits. No one can compare and their pricing is reasonable. Their staff has very nice and knowledgeable people to advise and educate. Ask for Roman the manager or Carl both professional and experienced. They know their stuff. Their many selections can be overwhelming.

Went here to get alcohol for my upcoming wedding. I am not really a drinker and dont know much about alcohol. Walking in was overwhelming. We immediately received help from Tony who was amazing. We explained exactly what we were looking for that would fit our wedding. Tony was so on top of everything we discussed. He took a good amount of time to walk the store with us and go over what were the best options. Without Tony, I would still be stuck in the store days later still trying to figure things out. HUGE thank you to Tony and all of his help. Will definitely be shopping here for all my future alcohol needs. Extremely please!

Love it! Every time I go there, I feel like a kid in a candy store. So much to choose from. Well organized, clean. Staff very helpful and personable.

Poor customer service. Got a keg today. Young kid was solid And helped me get the keg on the dolly. I took over the dolly and went up front.. The cashier acted annoyed the whole transaction. We asked for help to load it in my truck. (Small truck) A big guy came out and acted annoyed as well. He loaded the keg and proceeded to show me how to do it. Little did he know I just had back surgery less than 6 months earlier. Treat people right and give good customer service! You never know what is going on in there life. Will not return!

Just left from this location and I’m rather upset about how we were treated. We’ve been here a few times before purchase drinks and never really had any employee interaction as much as we’ve had today and only because it was near closing they were rushing us out which I believe is very rude I think three people came up to us while we were in aisle three different people at different times asking if we had been finding anything that we needed only to try to rush us out and basically shouting how much time we have left and laughing about how it echoed as we were walking up to the front to leave because we were already uncomfortable there anyways after feeling pressured to leave. It’s end of day and I understand the store closes at a certain time but I’m sure there’s a more polite way to tell people that you’re about to close without trying to make them feel like they’re being rushed out when there’s like 10 minutes left.

Stopped to get Seagrams peach wine coolers yesterday but didnt have any. Asked when more was to arrive & placed order for a case from the Mgr, Tony. Was called this morn that they came in. Stopped in around 5:30 pm to pick up & no one knew where the case was. Waited over 15 minutes while it was located & I checked out. Bottom line, was glad to get one of my favorite beverages but hope employees stay in the communication loop to avoid inconveniencing customers.

There was 6 staff members standing in the cubicle in front all chit chatting nobody offered to help us so we got what we could without any assistance from staff or staff or manager

Compared to the other TW locations, this has a truly unimpressive beer selection.

Never had a bad experience here and the employees are great. Great selection, I have always found what I am looking for.

This Total wine is always busy but normally woefully understaffed. As with all Total wines it is very well stocked but trying to find a clerk to help you is akin to finding the Easter bunny and Elvis. Adding to this is the fact that they normally have only one register running no matter how busy. Normally a manager stands in the service stand and just watches customers stand there without lifting a finger. Not the place to go for a quick bottle on the way to a party EVER!

Good selection of drinks and friendly staff. I never have issues when I go to this location and can get good recommendations on various drinks from staff. Even other customers have been great and I have gotten in conversations with them on what is best for cocktails.

I can’t even search for Japanese Sake in so many different ways. All these “woke” or $15 an hour people need to focus on the customers. “The customer is always right!” Was so unique to this country. And I know!

Biggest liquor store Ive ever been in. There are signs everywhere letting you know where product is located. I was in and out quick. They have several cashiers, so no waiting. Excellent beer selection. Everything to do with alcohol, you can find here. They have good wine selection, and a walk in cigar humidor. AARON the assistant manager is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about his products and very professional. When you stop in tell them RABBIT sent you. Happy shopping. 😎🐰1️⃣3️⃣🍺

I love this store. Associates are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Selections are plentiful and varied. Gift section has great and unique items. I really appreciate the large selection of trial size bottles of liquor. I always find something new to try. Large beer section, wine is majority of store, hard liquor is the whole back section.

Now they are picky anout the masks you wear? How is this worse than any other mask? I was denied service because he couldnt see my face.

There is a large variety that would be the only reason for a second star and we spend alot of money here. Just wish customer service could be better. Not very friendly except a couple cashiers unfortunately by that time youre kind of over it... Disappointing for sure.Last night did the online order and curbside. Super disappointed. No words spoke. No thank you. No youre all set. I had my ID ready when she came to the driver door and no words. Nothing.I know its no contact but that doesnt mean no communication. Even a wave to say bye youre good to go. My husband and I sat there so confused. These are super weird times and i feel like the lack of customer service this store has went down even more. No idea that was possible but guess it is. Unfortunately this is the closest total wine so after that experience i think Ill reach out to stores to order our booze from. Already gave up cigars from there as they rolled their eyes last time I asked for an entire box of cigars lol yep. Rolled eyes. So we spend more per cigar now at a smaller shop and Im totally fine with that. My 200 biweekly liquor purchases will go else where. 👋

Was able to check ahead of time if they had in stock specific wine. Was helped by clerk to the correct aisle . And then he also helped me with finding the box that had more ! I needed 6. Great service AND price! Much cheaper thanAJs. Which is the ONLY other place to buy this wine.

Nothing not to like here. Incredible, albeit a bit overwhelming at first, selection and helpful, not pushy clerks always available. They have Everything here, not just wine, but craft beer, soda, liqueur, and a nice cigar selection to go with your brandy. This is the one market where everyone is happy to be there, unrushed, if only Frys were like this.

Wouldnt be a vaca without Total Wine. We were so happy to see that they had one. Love the selection. We got hooked on Total Wine when we lived in Northern VA.

They have good choices of wine and beer. Also the prices are good.

This location is a bit far from my house but I come here anyway for a number of reasons. 1) The employees are incredibly knowledgeable. Even if youre looking for some weird obscure thing, they probably have it. 2) They are open later than most. 3) They are big on supporting the local craft scene - from breweries to meaderies, which I really appreciate. And 4) They have the best prices.. period. Do some comparisons on a few of your favorites and youll be amazed.

This is the only local place that carries killians, for a decent price.The selection of beers,Foreign and domestic,Is enough to satisfy most people.Theres even beers bottled by monks in mountain monasteries from across the globe.The prices of liquors are very competitive as well..dollars cheaper than other local liquor stores

I was looking for a special wine as a gift for a special friend. She mentioned it once and I try to pay attention to those things so I can surprise her. I have not had a drink for 40 years, so I really dont shop for alcohol normally. After a Google search I called the store to see if they had what I wanted a d the clerk was extremely helpful. When I got to the store, he took me to the precise shelf and I bought 3 bottles! Excellent old fashioned service!

Havent been in this store in a while. Naturally they moved everything around. No problem. Eventually I found the large bottle of cheap wine (what can I say? I drink what I like) that fit the bill. I am still disappointed that Bud no longer produces Bud Select 99. Not the stores fault. But I no longer buy Budweiser. Have a great day. Dont drink and drive.

Good choices for liquor unfortunately they let people walk around with chin diapers instead of wearing their masks correctly.

My new favorite place. I bought my wife the Keurig Drinkworks machine. She absolutely loves it. Its fun and easy tasting these different drinks. There are variety packs that are perfect for taste testing different drinks.

Visited with my brother looking for Japanese Whiskey. Parking lot and store are very clean. Store is well lit and nicely laid out. Biggest selection of alcohol I have ever seen. At least 8 brands or variants of Japanese whiskey were at the beckoning. Selection of regular whiskey, scotch and bourbon was endless. I think 2 replacement livers would be in order if you succeeded at sampling everything. They even had plum wine which can be a hassle to find at most markets. I recommend this establishment because you will find the brands you want at great prices and choices you never heard of before.

What can I say.. total wine always has the most hard to find craft beers in stock.. and best keg selection too.. prefer this store over all others ..and typically a few bucks cheaper than bevmo.. plus I like checking out the walk in humidor..

Great place, great selection. Will admit, Super Walmart is very competitive on brands both stores sell. If Walmart is closer, the extra dollar they may charge might be worth saving the drive.To their favor, Total wine certainly has a boatload of brands not found elsewhere. So keep that in mind when making the trip!

My girlfriend ordered from here and they didn’t even give her a refund for the things she never received she called and chatted and they keep telling her the same thing she ordered December 1st and it’s now the 21st and she still haven’t gotten a refund and they didn’t even make her feel comfortable to even stay a loyal customer this wasn’t our first time ordering from them but this is the last time !

Total wine is the best, its like the Costco of liquor.The staff here is always very knowledgeable, they can help you find whatever youre looking for.What I really like is they carry a variety of beers from other places and other countries. There are a few English beers that I like that you can not get anywhere else except for Total wine.
