I was very nervous ordering items from CA because I live in Florida so I thought the shipping time just wouldnt work for me but that is NOT the case. Your order is shipped immediately and I have my stuff so quickly. I love that there isnt a minimum just in case I need a few items. The quality of the products also is great and all my orders were correct. Thank you to the management team for the processes that you have implemented making the customer experience a great one.

Placed an order over a month ago. The day my package was supposed to be delivered it never came. I contacted UPS and they had no clue of where my package was. Contacted LA and they didnt know either. 4 days later it pops up as delivered. I called them immediately and notified them that I do not have my order at all. The items I ordered was for EASTER. Been sending emails making phone calls and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AT ALL. I was told that they were in contacted with upset and i would here something by April 7th. THEY STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS and never called back once I left my name and number. Will NEVER PLACE AN ORDER HERE AGAIN. And Im out of $200 in merchandise and had to cancel my Easter orders.

Nice big warehouse with everything related to balloons! They have it all, and it is a great backup to our regular party supplier. We found it super organized with a large selection of balloon supplies. 4 Stars is simply because the staff were not friendly or helpful and seemed to have some sort internal problem with their employer (it shows in their attitude).

Love this store

The store is small and looks cramped, but they have a good selection.

Large and clean with lots of balloons. One downside is that they dont accept business checks all the time, only when manager is there... Not a good policy.
