Ive been shopping here since March 2021 and I always walk out with something great at a great price! Manager and staff are very friendly, sweet and provide great customer service. I have never witnessed any rude behavior mentioned in other reviews. They also provide a rewards program when you sign up and will text you a discount reward from time to time, so thats a plus!
Ive seen the worker (she might be the boss, she has short spikey hair) speak very rudely to the customers and other employees. I wont be returning.RESPONSE to your comment on my review: Ive seen this happen multiple times while Ive been the store over the past 3 years.You give discounts for customers who post reviews, right?You have good quality clothes and items, I just prefer to spend my money in places where staff and customers are spoken to in a kinder manner.I wish you the best of luck with your business.
This place used to be legitimate with pay in value for your items. I’ve come so many times with JUST clothes and have made 6x the money I made on my most recent (and most profitable) load. This last load was filled of brand new items, for example a brand new unopened diaper bag that retails for $125, a brand new bassinet and pack n play (retail $180), TONS of brand new clothes with tags on it all, another pack n play (used ) in good condition (6large boxes filled)- a baby Einstein 4 in 1 activity mat - which they took the mat but left all the other contents in the original box which was provided. Doesn’t make sense why they wouldn’t take the entire item including the foot piano, and tummy time pillow with toys on it which all came together as one. Very disappointed and actually disgusted with this location for once paying me 6x more for items of much lesser quality and value then screwing us over this last time. DO NOT COME HERE. You are better off selling yourself. They offered me $111 for everything. (I’ve gotten over $200 from this location previously just with clothes alone). Unbelievable and disgusting they take advantage of single moms this way. Will never return. Shame on this location and the owner.

I wanted to get more puzzles for my daughter. I try to buy re used items instead of buying new. I saw puzzles that I was actually looking online for. When I went to grab an employee to help me get them out behind the locked case I asked her how much they were. She went to tell me that each one is 24 dollars. I could get them brand new for 18.00. For being a 2nd hand store, this place is very expensive on most items I found.

I never write reviews but I had to write this one. I recently went to sell some baby clothes at this location, baby swing and some other stuff. My husband was the one who took everything inside I stayed in the car to watch my baby, any ways he came back and told me they told him it would take an hour and half to two hour and half. We waited then about an hr later we received a text saying they were done. He went in and they told him they were only buy the swing and not the clothes or anything else we had taken so he took everything else back, I said ok that’s fine. Today I was going thru the 2 boxes we had taken and come to find out there was clothes missing from them and beanie we had in a small bag as well…I didn’t look thru them when we got them back on Saturday because I didn’t think this would happen. This is the first and last time im going there!
This place used to be great until the other day. My friend had a bike fall on her head (she’s 7 months pregnant) while an employee was trying to reach something from the top shelf from the aisle behind her. While my friend was on the phone with 911 telling them what happened, she wanted to make sure her and baby were ok and make sure she didn’t have a concussion, one of the employees started laughing at her! That employee should be fired. I mean seriously get better customer service and have some sympathy for your customers, especially when it was the employees fault in the first place! I do not recommend this store at all for this reason. Visit another location if you need to!

I love coming here! I have 2 boys who grow like weeds and are very hard on their clothes/toys. I’m able to save money and reduce waste by buying used. I have also been able to sell some of my baby boy’s clothes and toys as he has grown out of them, I turn around and use this credit to buy clothes and items as he grows. This location has a great selection that is well organized. Their staff is so friendly whenever I come in as well as helpful, I’m never left struggling to find what I need. I wish they had more variety of infant boy clothes from 9-18 months but I understand that in the industry there are less options for boys than girls.

Today was my first time to this location. I have to say for being a consignment store the prices on the clothes are high. A used newborn sleep and play was priced at $6.50. I can go to Walmart and get a sleep and play outfit for cheaper..
This place is absolutely wonderful! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Shopping here and trading in clothes is really easy. I highly recommend checking out this store as most of the clothes are barely ever worn and in great condition.

I work next door and I been in this store and everyone that I have come to interact with they been super helpful. They even helped me trading in my stuff and waited until I got off work to do the whole exchange they even have a donation for stuff they cant take so I didnt have to carry it all the way home and wait to go to goodwill. Until I move I would totally shop here for my 3 kids.

This was my first time coming here with my Mother and it was the worst honestly . This women named Jade was very disrespectful. She was rushing us in a 40 min closing time although she said we had 30 mins . And rushed us again a second time . She sweeping our feet, and for that I find it very disrespectful to do. She had a very mudy face and it wasnt much welcoming. I had clothes and shoes set away while I was looking for other stuff. And she put all the shoes away. There was some great deals but the customers service was very awful. Although there women named Alexis and she was niceI have no complains about her .

This store is very well organized and all items are very gently used. They have a wide variety of items such as clothing for all sizes, toys, strollers, books, and other baby gear. This is my favorite place to shop for items for my toddler.

Definitely not selling there again. We went on a busy holiday so we werent expecting to get in and out fast obviously, but it took them like 3 hours to go through our 2 bins of stuff. When we came in we were told like an hour and a half wait so we stayed to shop. Ended up going home and having to come back because my son needed a nap. Mind you it wouldve taken a lot less time if the lady going through the items didnt hold up every other item to the other lady working and say oh how cute, look!They only took a small amount of the items which is fine but the credit was not impressive especially compared to some of the prices they charge for similar items. And the items they took were Disney, Nike, Puma etc.Not to mention the mess they gave back to us. Their buying policy online states to bring clean items folded or stacked neatly in a tote or box. So I did that only to watch her toss it out on the table anyway, and when they gave it back it was a total mess and I couldnt even get lid back on the tote. I would understand if it had been sorted through quickly but it wasnt.I know I didnt have to wait and also didnt have to take the credit but I did. Also know it sounds contradictory to say it took too long but I also want you to put my items back in the bin at least semi-nicely. Just being honest with our experience because I felt like it was a waste of time and I didnt feel like anyones time was valued who was selling there. I felt like the whole process couldve been much more efficiently run especially on a busy day. That is all.

Lost me as a minimum 4 time a month customer after I brought in a TON of BRAND NEW OR WORN JUST ONE TIME clothes with the excuse of they all had stains. Just be straight up and tell me you dont want to buy them. I would have accepted that and gone on my way and probably continued to shop. Dont lie about some stains. That lie cost hundreds of dollars I would have continued to spend at this store. Ill take my business to an honest company..... In response to the owner, I went over them with a black light and was sure to remove any soiled items. There werent many since they were brand new or worn once. Took me about 3 hours before I even considered bringing them to your store. I would never bring in anything with stains or something that was well used. On top of that, I highly doubt you have Hi def DVR that can zoom all the way in to see the individual items. Again, the lies just keep piling up. I know 3 other women that have had the same issues with this location. Youre right, probably depends on whoever is buying. Maybe you should only have the experienced ones taking care of that side of business? Could save you from losing sales. Ill continue to spread the word about my experience with your store.

I went in for the first time today since they moved from Surprise and my expectations were exceeded! The store is super clean and super organized which I love and which you don’t see too often in these stores. There are bins with the toys for example that are labeled to tell you what is in there. The employees were welcoming and helped me with all questions I had. The check in process was super quick and they were very up front about how long it would take. The quality of stuff too was great with all reasonable prices. I will definitely be coming back!

One of the worst store ever that doesnt honor their add on Facebook! My wife wen on September 28 to but clothes. When she presented the add from Facebook they wouldnt honor it.my wife felt so bad that she called me crying because she felt like the Manager was accusing her of lying. Representatives shouldnt make people feel like they are lying when there is evidence. Such a shameful experience! Here is their post, keep in mind she went on September 28.
