DONT SHOP HERE! The last TWO times Ive made purchases from inside the store, my card information was stolen. Same exact thing happened to my girlfriend after she had used her card there recently. It all adds up, theyre stealing your information and using it. Stay FAR AWAY.

Terrible I realized he charging . 70 per gallon more than other area gas stations!!!! I pumped one gallon then went back inside to let him know that I wanted my money back. I just realized his fuel is $0.70 more per gallon he was rude about it . Unbelievable.

Horrible service and nasty store... nothing priced right! Overcharge you when you get to the register and make you feel like its your fault they cant do there job

Used to be a really nice place and nice staff, however the past few years have not been kind to this place. Gas is more expensive than at qt across the street, and qt has a more clean and updated inside. The only reason I find myself here anymore is for propane but even during their listed propane hours they never staff enough people. This place has turned into a joke as of late.

I use the carwash at this chevron station fairly often. I recently went for a car wash and the dryer was not working. I went inside the store to let them know and received a coupon for another wash that expired 10/15. I went today for my rewash 10/15 and the code did not work. I pressed the button for assistance. A man came out and said hed take care of it. After a few minutes, a heavy set blond woman came out and asked me how many times Id used this. I explained the situation and she told me that my voucher was expired. She pointed to the date and spoke to me as if I were a child. She told me that she would honor it this time but next time I needed to pay attention to the date. I asked her if this happens often since it was the only time I had gotten a voucher because of broken equipment. She shrugged and went back into the store. When she came back, she stated that she would only give me the 5.00 wash instead of the 7.00 wash I paid for because that was policy in this situation. I asked if I could add the additional 2.00 myself and she told me No. She said the 5.00 wash was good enough. I told her that I wouldnt be back and she said you wont be back because something is your fault, fine, dont come back. She turned and walked back into the store. This location is at 43rd Ave and union hills in phoenix/Glendale Arizona. I will never visit that store again. In this day and age customer service is everything and that was deplorable.

Worst customer service I have ever received. The cashier literally told me to grab a boulder if I need to and throw it threw the lottery machine since my lottery ticket I paid for did not dispense. He would not give me my money back or open the machine to get my ticket.

Newest male cashier is EXTREMELY rude! Ive been a local customer for 15 yrs and I will never go back. Sorry I interrupted your smoke break but you really didnt have to throw a hissyfit and toss things around because a paying customer showed up. Well almost a paying customer....I said forget it & left! Horrible

Low gas prices usually, & I hear its better gas for your car. Not to mention its less than 2 minutes from my house. But Ive been there at least 10 dozen times and Ive never had a single problem other than an occasional gas pump out for being out of paper for receipts print what you spent on your card at the pump.

I have been going this chevron now for more than 10 years.I walk in tonight ask for some smokes and $40 cash back. Lady says we only do $20 now. I said ok i will do 2 transactions to make 40. She said no I cant do that. What I said. You tell me I cant buy a pack of smokes get $20 back. Then buy a lighter and get $20 back. She said nope cuase I was rude. So I got rude. Then this other blonde cashier who is new to store starts telling me I need to leave. Problably did cause I was pissed. Then this blonde cashier gives me the finger. What kind of people do they have working at this place these days. They can run you off just cause a customer did not understand why she couldnt do 2 transactions. Oh thats right this means she would actually have to do some work. Cant do that. Dont know if ill ever go back

Awful service, absolutely terrible. Save yourself an excruciating experience and shop at the QT across the street.

For the most part they have the Hot Momma pickles in stock you cant just find those anywhere.

The car wash sucks, my car came out looking worse than when it went in and the guy who was running the place refused to refund my money instead offered another car wash! 😖

I pulled in to use the car wash and two older gentlemen were sitting there smoking and when I rolled my window down to enter my code for the car wash my car filled with smoke. I was a 2 yr old. That was disgusting. You couldnt smoke ANYWHERE else?!?!
