I have been their customer for 15 years, and continue to make the trip to get work done even after moving to Cave Creek. They are reasonably priced and have specials and coupons from time-to-time that help me keep my upkeep costs down. Eric communicates very well and always keeps me updated regarding the status of my maintenance or repairs.I just had an A/C problem and was mentally prepared to spend hundreds, as Eric gave me a preliminary diagnosis of actuator problems that might be hard to find and expensive to replace. He made my day when he told me they found a leaking O-ring, replaced it, and that there would not be a charge.They have earned my business over and over, and I am happy to post this recommendation to help others find an honest, reasonably priced repair shop.

Alec and the other gentleman (forgot his name) that I had talked to were very welcoming today. Told them what I needed, got a “come on down” response. Took care of my two tires I needed mounted and out the door in no time. Would recommend to anybody

I do not advise anyone to go to this place, the employees there, especially the manager, treat customers with disrespect and have very poor service

Man, my guy Daniel has absolutely incredible customer service skills. Extremely friendly and personable, didnt seem rushed, made sure I had an appointment time that best suited my schedule, and explained the service very well. Goodyear all the way

The staff here at this location are really great! They are hard working, fantastic at what they do and the customer service is on point! I think Eric was the gentleman that booked my same day appointment. I was able to go in a couple hours they had already picked my tire up from a different location and was all set up way for me. And they gave me a better deal than discount for my tires with a warranty! I will come back here before going back to discount!

I can highly recommend! Called on a Saturday afternoon for a tire repair, they said come on over. My tire was repaired while I waited and they did it under warranty. Fast no nonsense service. What more could you want?

Ive only used this Goodyear location for my tires since moving to Phoenix and. All visits have been wonderful but this last with Ken at the front desk was the best. And Im not the only one who loves this shop. The last time I was in for tires, another customer volunteered that she does not go to her local Goodyear location but drives quite a distance for the service at this one.

All went smoothly made appointment and didnt have to waite. They were ready for me, and got me in and out quickly.

I always receive great service when i come to this Goodyear. The prices for oil changes are reasonable and I never have to wait too long. Their customer service is great, even when they are delivering bad news. I always come here because I feel they are honest and understanding.

Came in for my scheduled oil change, it was the first time as a younger woman that nobody tried to sell me anything. It was so refreshing that they were kind and honest about what my car needed and the cost. Would highly recommend!

I was on my way to pick up my husband at thr hospital when I discovered a low tire. Being unfamiliar with the city found a tire shop and asked for a repair. Cannot repair, against our policy to repair as nail is too close to sidewall - need new tire he said. Went across the street to Good Year and they got me in right away and fixed it for free. Eric and Tom at front desk were great. Eric showed me how to tell if tire is repairable. Thank you so much for the great service.

I recently had my oil changed here, and I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, and they honestly did not try to sell me on extra services that I didn’t need. I made an appointment, however called ahead to see if I could come earlier. They informed me I was welcome to, but they still may not get to me before my appointment time. When I arrived, they began my oil change right away, and it all took maybe an hour in all! The mechanic was also very helpful with recommendations, as my check engine light had just come on too. Overall, I had a positive experience, and I would go here again next time I need an oil change.

Went to a Goodyear in Mesa back in February and Ken was working the front desk. I was happy to see him when I walked into this location. He is always friendly, helpful, informative and tries to get you the best deal.

I really enjoy working with the people here. This morning I went because my battery has been acting funny. One day my car works fine, the next it wont even turn on or unlock with the alarm remote. These poor guys stood in the pouring Arizona monsoon rain to look at my battery just to find that the connection just needed to be tightened. They did not make me feel bad for them getting soaked and I appreciated that. They also noticed that I needed new windshield wipers and put them on right away for me. They are also efficient and get me where I need to go quickly.At first, I went to them because it was close to my house. Now I go because I know I can trust them to tell me the truth, not pressure me into getting services I dont need, and I find the price fair.

Just another place that tries to upsale you. I do not remember the man’s name at the front desk but he tried to tell me my car can not accept the conventional oil so I had to get the more expensive oil change. I have had my car for 10 years I know for a fact it does take the conventional oil so he tried to argue with me telling me I was wrong. It was not until another coworker had to tell him he was wrong and that my car did take the conventional oil for him to change it. When the work was all done I got in my car to find oil all over the steering wheel as well as other parts in the dash. I got the price I wanted but should have gone somewhere else for better customer service, I will not be returning to this place.

Discount Tire tried price gouging and had an 1.5 hr wait - called Goodyear and they hooked me up quickly and sold me what I needed & nothing more - thank you!!

Had a at tire going to work on Christmas eve 2018. Set me up with a brand new tire within 30 minutes for less than $80 wonderful customer service. I have a new tire shop guys. Highly recommend

After being extorted by another business for 15 years, I decided to take my business elsewhere. From day one the guys at Goodyear Auto Service have been extremely helpful, professional, and trustworthy. They dont try to take advantage of peoples lack of automotive knowledge to overcharge or add extra services that arent needed. Theyll tell you exactly whats wrong with your vehicle, what its going to cost, and no bs. Their prices are very fair and theyll even work with you if you need a little help. I highly recommend them to anyone for all auto care and tire services.

The customer service is good, but this place is out of stock on everything! I had to wait around while they got my product from another location. But at least 10 customers came in with needs for various items... tires, battery, belts, brakes... all out of stock. I wouldnt expect this at the Goodyear service center. Maybe an independent garage that is in the Goodyear network, but not this place. I would try a different place before coming here unless this is your last choice.

Horrible customer service, guy at the counter was extremely rude and short. I scheduled service for a company vehicle through fleet services and these guys made it sound like it was a drag for them. The paperwork took an extra minute to arrive via fax and they did not make any attempt to facilitate the process. Will not be spending money here in the future.

After trying a number of other tire shops, I ended up at Goodyear. They were much more professional, just gave me the facts without the pressure. Very prompt, courteous and professional. Competitively priced with excellent service.

I made an appointment for an oil change 3 days in advance. Since I did not know what kind of oil my car took, I selected oil change consultation. Within minutes of making my appointment, the manager called me and rudely asked what I made the appointment for because I did not check any services on the site. However, I got an email confirmation stating my appointment time for my oil change consultation and free inspection. When I came in to the shop, the manager did not even make eye contact and just asked what I came in for. I told him I had an appointment in which he asked if I would be leaving the car with him. Luckily, someone was able to come pick me up because the oil change took 2 HOURS!!!... EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT. I do not understand why they even make appointments if they take just as long as if I would have just walked in. I will be avoiding this place from now on.

I got a flat tire and took my car to this service center since my car got a Goodyear tire installed with it. They took care of the problem well and I was impressed with their professionalism. Special thanks goes to the front office guys.

They were professional and courteous. I saw one of the employees buy a drink from the soda machine for the children of a couple waiting on tire repair on their vehicle. They did good work in a timely fashion despite being rather busy at the time of my appointment

Took car here to get an oil change, tires rotated, and get a heat exhaust shield underneath car to stop rattling/bolted back down. They called back and said couldnt get oil filter cap off and if they broke it coming off itd be $75. So got oil change completely except oil filter replaced. And then when I picked up the car they hadnt even bothered to fix the heat shield rattling underneath. And all they had to say was well our guy didnt type anything up on it and I had specifically told him they needed to fix that twice. Dont go here if you want to get fixed what your asking to be fixed. They wont do it.

I highly highly recommend this place to ANYBODY!! If you want top notch customer service, knowleable staff, and an overall great experience… this is the ONLY place to go! I usually don’t give out such high recommendations but this place most certainly deserves it!have been to many mechanics in my life. I was just never mechanically inclined or talented in that way lol. Back when I lived in NY and ever since living out here is Arizona… it NEVER was a good experience. Even if something was fixed, there would always be something just wrong.My Mother-in-law went to this place by accident. She thought she was going to the place across the street. Turned out to be an extremely great thing as she was treated with the ultimate in customer service. They found the issue and didn’t try to overcharge her or take advantage since she is older and doesn’t know ANYTHING about cars. She went in with the expectation she would be spending over a grand to get her car fixed… they could have and she would have never known. So when my wife’s car needed attention, we went back there on her recommendation and we found it to be 100% true. Most recently my car need some work done and guess where I took it? Yep! And guess what happened? The same! This was NOTHING like any other experience and definitely nothing like Dave’s Car Care which is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Never ever ever take your car there!!! Trust me on this!!!Customer service is alive, well, and living inside of this establishment. Everybody from top to bottom are friendly, great to talk to, and provide the best experience you can have. They will not over charge you, they will not fix something but break something else, they get the job done quickly, beautifully, and with no worries to you. This is the only place I will ever go to for as long as I’m living in Arizona. If I moved to Flagstaff… I would drive my car down to Phoenix because they are that good! A very important word cannot be understated here… “Integrity”… they have it through and through. Excellence A++++++++++++++++I wish I could give them 50 stars because 5 just isnt enough!

Ive been here twice and had nothing but good experiences. David was friendly, helpful and I did price comparing before going in and I was priced more than fair. I have had bad treatment at brakes plus and the old fletchers and this place so far has blown them out of the water. I wont take my delicate vintage car anywhere else. Corporate needs to fix their AC though, that is so mean and cruel to make your employees and customers roast all day.

If I could give a 0 this rating would be more satisfying... First off, a bald headed manager by the name of Eric was very rude in letting me know what coolant hoses my vehicle needed for fixture... What got me upset was that Eric didnt want to give me an estimated cost of the items + labor which Eric said dont worry youll pay after the vehicle has been fixed... Yeah Eric what if I didnt know how much the cost would be that way Ill have the funds available, but no Eric failed to give me an estimated cost of the items + labor... Also, a valve cover gasket Goodyear does not fix because they dont have the specialty tools for it well look no further the Goodyear in Northern & 7th street do fix it & Im here waiting for my vehicle + the manager is very courteous & DOES give the customer an estimate on the cost of items + labor upon request?? This Goodyear in Union Hills is a joke & so are you Eric... ps I didnt bother to call you guys to cancel my 8am appointment today & I extremely encourage Eric to learn something from this rating.....

I went in to get an oil change while I was in town from Las Vegas and thought the price for the oil change was really great considering I have an Italian car (fiat). Two months later my car is telling me I need to change the oil and I thought that was pretty weird, so I took it to my shop here in Las Vegas where the mechanic showed me the oil he took out from my car and it WAS BLACK. He let me know the previous people who changed my oil either used old recycled oil or didnt even change it and told me it must have been at least 6 months old. DO NOT GO HERE. They didnt even change my air filter. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. Thank GOD my engine didnt blow between then. Worst experience ever.

Best service center but little pricey

Yes the waits can get long if you are planning on staying but that happens everywhere. The day manager is very friendly and always trys to get you a good deal. Just today I needed a part replaced and he didnt even charge me because they had an extra one in a tool box. The building is kept cool and the complimentary coffee is actualy good. I have come here a couple of tines for tires now A/C and I am always pleased with the work.

Spent 3 weeks in for service with my daughters car. 2 weeks for clutch, then the starter they broke, then the clutch cylinder they broke. Then a week for an oil leak that wasnt there before they worked on the clutch. Got the vehicle back with the drivers cloth seat and door panel greasy/dirty and paint damage to front bumper. Goodyear Customer service says we waited to long to complain, (2 days over a weekend, while they were not open) and are not going to do anything for us. If this is how the store and Corporate treat their customers I will have nothing to do with them. If you value time, courtesy and cleanliness, avoid this store at all costs.

Needed emergency service for DOT vehicle, they didnt have the tire which is understandable, but they wouldnt even help me pull the wheel off so that I could get it mounted elsewhere. Plus the were rude about it. I basically felt I was told to F off...go across the street to fletchers, they helped me right away.
