So my tire popped on the freeway and I panicked. I called American Tire Depot and spoke to Alex who was very friendly and knowledgeable. I told him my problem and they said they could help me out, if I got there before they closed at 6, on a Friday.I made it in, barely, and the staff was quick to help and change my tire. I drove home and my tire was showing a constant leak. I went back the next day and in less than ten minutes, I was on my way. They changed the valve stem, for free and made sure my tire was fine before letting me leave.Great service. 10/10 would come back again.

I search the tires I am interested and noticed that American Tires Depot is offering the lowest price. I ordered the tires by phone call, next day I got confirmation that my tires are in the store, immediately asked if I can bring my car around 4pm, Mr. Garabedian Antranik, store manager “sure, no problem”.I arrived at the store around 3:30pm where there was no parking space!I was out of the parking lot @4:25pm with 4 new tires, mounted, computer balanced, and comprehensive alignment completed.They have organized teamwork, I recommended highly for your car needs.

Wow! Exceptional service I had a small nail in my tire and it was going flat so I stopped by here to see if they could patch it. My tire was fixed within 30 minutes and it was FREE. They just ask that if you are generous enough to leave a tip which I did! Will absolutely recommend this place for all tire needs.

The manager, Andy, was very honest with me. He informed me that my two back tires would last me another 8000 miles. I was so impressed by his integrity that I decided to buy a whole new set of 4 plus an alignment. Thank you-

I ran over a nail and had a slow leak-- I was able to get an appointment same day, and was in and out in 15 minutes, for free, since patches are free. The guys in the shop were so friendly and sweet, and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Ill be switching to them for all my tire and oil change needs too!

Definitely the best tire shop I prefer. The prices are competitive and they dont try bait and switch tire models for a higher price. When having a flat, they take care of it with patching and offer free rotation.

Ive purchased Good Year tires 4x online and delivered to American Tire Depot back in 2019 and installed fine, on June 2021 there was a bumpy/lump/ boil/ tumor or whatever you call it. When I went to claim my warranty the said it was covered under warranty, which is great, but I just need to pay the installation fee of $53.The tire with boil was replaced within 2 hours same day with brand new one with latest model, because my old tire was discontinued already per customer service. Also I had 2 front brake pads were replaced as well $150 and oil changed was done as well for $59.99 which was waived to get breakpads replaced. The guys are very professionals, they will acknowledge you right away on what you need. They keep you on the loop all the time. They are very friendly. I will come back again for more service on my cars.

Called around to ask about getting shocks and struts and they quoted me the best price. They had a promotion going on and Alex even gave me a discount on additional services that was required so Im very happy with the service they provided and will definitely tell others about them and will be back for future upgrades. The upside for me was that I live a few blocks away so no big deal dropping my car off

Recently I changed four tires at this location in Glendale and I was very upset and surprised with the service because I discovered that three rims out of four where damaged and scratched during the installation. I never had experience like that in other places .Im sure you would be very upset too if that happened to your car.

Got there a bit earlier on my appointment time and they accommodated me right away. Service was fast and accurate and was done in no time.

The moment I arrived the gentleman was very attentive to my concern about my car. The car was checked out and he then gave me his best option and worked with pricing as well. Came back a week later to get it worked on and wow What a difference my car felt as I drove off. Will definitely be back for new wheels.

I rushed to the office to see what it was going to cost and too my astonishment they said that the patch was free, just tip the technician and have a good day. This place is Amazing! Exactly same tire very similar warranty & a Cheaper price than Costco! Also they had my tires special order tires the very next day. When Costco told me 5 to 8 days to get them. The alignment feels great and my car is hard to do. I dont know who gave them a 1 star. But I feel like they may have been the problem. Because I was given a quote over the phone for out the door, and Thats what i spent the service was great! So l dont know what else you could ask for?😍😍😍😋

I came here new to the area. My car showed up having been shipped from Florida and there were all kinds of complications. I went to have a tire patched at another business and they said I needed a bunch of things replaced. Sceptical, I took the car to Costco and they confirmed I needed new tires. I compared Costcos price to American Tire Depots price as well as when the car would be ready. Costco would have taken 3 days and $250 more. American Tire Depot had it ready THAT AFTERNOON! They were super friendly, very gentle sales pressure, did what was best for my car and ultimately gave me a deal I cant disclose. They went above and beyond. When I got my VW EOS back later that night, it was a BEAST. I had all new tires, new breaks and a coupon for an oil change. I am happy I found them. They are underground heroes and I will take my car no other place!

Hit a pot hole which ended up cutting the side wall of my tire. American Tire Depot-Glendale was the only shop out of 5 I called which had the specific tire size (265/35/21) and brand (continental) for my Tesla Model S. Price was good and they were able to get it done the same day so I could travel out the following day. Great experience and will probably continue to visit this specific shop for my future tire needs. Also note that I’ve been coming here for years with other cars and have had the same positive experience each time.

I went there because my tire had low pressure, one of the service managers told me to wait since he had 2 people ahead of me. I waited over 20 minutes, he left and I was still waiting, little I know he is outside walking on the sidewalk back and forth and hes on his cell, I waited few more minutes then left because now there were 6 more people waiting and he was still on his cell phone.

I needed to replace my tires and decided to give this place try. Everyone was really nice and knowledgable. They got me a good deal and worked fast (for the most part). The only reason Im not giving this place 5 stars is because when my tires got in and my car was ready no one gave me a call. I had to call them, which would have been ok if when i called i was;t given incorrect information. Other than that everything was great!

Didnt have an appointment & had to wait for approximately 45 minutes (tire repair). Not bad. They got me in and out fairly quick; rotated tires, balanced, checked and filled all tires with air. Yes, I would go back here to buy tires in the future.

First off, when I first walked in for my appointment I was greeted. They took my keys right away and I was told it would take 45-1 Hr for my wheel alignment. My son and made it 3/4 around the block and I got a call and they said my car was ready. It took a whole 20 minutes To finish my car!! They were quick! It’s hard to find that kind of customer service nowadays. Definitely coming back for sure!

I had a decent experience here. They are polite however there are no clear signs to tell you what to do or where to go, the parking lot is packed which makes it awkward, and it took 2 hours with an appointment which kind of defeated the purpose of having one. Overall would I go again? Yes! The polite gentlemen at the desk were kind and even apologized for the long wait and thanked me for understanding and such. Ive only had this experience with small mechanic shops and never the big corporate places. I will gladly go again just on account of how nice they are.

Im new to the L.A. area and had no idea where to go when I got a flat tire. I called around and was given some pricey quotes, and wasnt sure where to find an honest mechanic. After calling this American Tire Depot location and getting a price for a super cost-effective tire, they ended up patching my flat one at no cost! Even though the shop was busy, they were efficient and professional and I was out of there in forty minutes. This kind of excellent, caring service is so rare nowadays. American Tire Depot has my business going forward! Definitely recommend!

Besides tires, they do all mechanical. They have fix my car twice. Did a good job. But left my car dirty after fixing it. Maybe because its an old cheap car and not a luxury car. But other than that, they do a good job fixing it.
