The service department at Acura of Glendale has consistently been great. Brad has been particularly helpful in setting up appointments, arranging a loaner car (only used this once), and explaining necessary service issues. Pretty no-fuss/no-muss experience.

I call the Service Department in a panic on a late Saturday afternoon, Brad comes on the line, totally eases my worries, first thing Monday morning (today) my Acura is dropped off at 9am ~ 3 hours later by noon ~~ its as good new. This is the best Acura dealer I have been too. I have owned 5 Acuras in 26 years and I had them all serviced here. Well I had them serviced at Acura of Pasadena until they became Acura of Glendale. I have been coming here ever since.

This is just my worst car shopping experience ever. The sales guy literally would say all the cars are the same after every car i looked at. He kept asking for my budget, what price range, that it goes on package steps... etc. I was clear I needed to decide on the car first. He sounded like he was annoyed and upset the more I looked. He sounded mad while telling me that when am I making my choice, why I cant decide.. am I driving off the lot today. I looked at less than 10 cars in the Whole lot. And I only got a good look at 2/3 of them from the outside. During this time he kept telling me they were the same. That thats not how you car shop. I asked twice if they were used cars, he said yes. Everyone knows used cars arnt all the same. I didnt get to look at my first choice like I wanted. Its not even close to the same looking at a car online to me. Way to go on persuading me to pick the car. I didnt even get to look inside since I didnt get to pick the car I wanted to see. What happened to the buyer choosing what they want. The sales people here must be beyond desperate.

My Consultant was Top Notch in terms of abilities to assess and interpret my needs and issues with the vehicle. The team executed concise communication by explaining the nature of the repairs, time and cost with what I believed to be an honest and accurate estimate. ALL of my questions were answered in an expeditious fashion and multiple solutions offered with time and cost. Super friendly, patient and professional.However, the cashier wasnt her most attentive and there was no ride or loaner while my vehicle was being serviced. Slightly wavered in that area of the service, but overall the Glendale Team is a Great representation of the Acura brand.

I expected a totally different experience. I absolutely loathe the car buying/leasing process because of past experience and expected to arrive and be confronted with a bait and switch offer. Alton and Karine were awesome—especially Karine. She made the entire process easy, comfortable and fast. I was literally in and out under 2 hours.

Manny is helpful, courteous and the prices he quotes are reasonable and appropriate for a dealership.My only concern is the APPLE CAR PLAY software problems that the dealer has no ability to correct. Their hands are tied by the car manufacturer. I have had problems for months with ACP! Time for it to get fixed!

I had my appointment with Tony Gonzales. I took my car in for regular maintenance. There was a weird and light noise that it was making and I asked Tony if he could also look into that. Turned out, my car needed just a tad bit of more work aside from the maintenance. He told me I would have to leave my car for a day since they did not have the part at the shop. He was able to get me into a rental for a day without a problem. Roger (Tony was not in the next day) called me early the next day to let me know my car was ready to go. He gave me no problems either. They all provided great customer service. Extremely happy with the shop (staff and labor).

I have all sorts of love for the service team here. Tony Gonzales is by far too talent. Every single time I visit, the level of detail, expediency, and attitude goes above and beyond what I’m used to. They’re quick too. Today I noticed an issue, it was 9AM, I called for an appointment assuming I’d just get one the following day. They did my brakes, rotors, washed my ride, and had a no-cost rental for me should I need to dash early. The total time took 1 hour and 10 minuets. They get me sorted in a clutch all the time. You’ll never get an attitude from anyone working there which says a lot about the leadership. I imagine they’re all great people to work for, and keep their employees happy. What more can I say? Free WiFi, free coffee and drinks and snacks

Working with Manny and Tony they do quality service at fair rates for a dealership, going the extra mile with inspections. They also wont oversell on unnecessary work. If you care about honesty and quality of work do not go to this service department. A service gentleman at this location tried to tell me that part of my car was “aftermarket” when I knew it was not. He later figured out the problem and I asked him what I should do about that “aftermarket” part, and he said to me that it is not aftermarket, and they just say that when they can’t figure something out. Lied. To. My. Face. He took advantage of me not knowing anything about cars and then admitted to lying.After getting my car worked on, they did not reconnect the battery properly which left me stranded with my kids when the battery randomly stopped working after driving it home. So dangerous.I also had another issue with my car and they tried to turn it into another (far far more expensive issue) that I thankfully later learned was unnecessary.Lastly, they wanted to offer me a “deal” on doing a service 9,000 miles early (the 100,000 mile service) saying they would only charge $1,100 since they were “already in the engine.” I promptly called my trusted service guy (who I would normally go to all the time but sometimes I come to the dealership out of convenience since it’s closer) and he told me that even when he’s not in the engine he charges just $1,050 and I should take advantage of the 9,000 miles I have left before the service is due.I understand that Acura has a larger overhead, but for your own wallets sake, find a trusted independent service company.Overall the gentlemen I worked with were very kind and responsive but the actual car service here can not be trusted. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but after all of these negative experiences I will not be returning (unless it’s for free-of-cost extended warranty fix which is why I went here this last time).

I did the appointment last night online with Brad for an oil change and was serviced fast. He was very knowledgeable about the specifics of what theyre going to do. I absolutely love this place! And this is not even the dealer/service department where I bought my ILX. I have the choice and this is where I love to be when I’m due for maintenance. I come from Long Beach and bought the new generation RDX in Glendale (because of the deal). As I promised to go back for maintenance services, I went for my first A1 with an appointment on a Monday and the traffic. And I was surprised to feel good about the great service I got, including the relatively short wait. I shall go back for the second service call.

It feels a little strange writing such an ecstatic review about a vehicle service department, but this one rocks! I brought my car in for the first time on the 31st for an issue most semi-car savvy people could have easily fixed themselves, but I am not, so I could not. Without going into detail, they completed this easy fix complimentary, did a full check-up on the car and gave it a clean bill of health besides a few small issues I chose to remedy. I even took advantage of their shuttle service to bring me to and from work, which was a convenient godsend and saved me money on Uber expenses. I wasn’t the highest paying customer that day, but they made me feel like it. As a result, they gained a lifetime customer. Also, Brad was my consultant and provided excellent customer service. Always good service. You usually have to spend more if you want a replacement loaner or perhaps I do not make appointments far in advance and that may be the reason they do not have a loaner. On the other hand, they always provide a courtesy ride and it works out well.
