Their friendly services and smiles are the best thing about them I wanted to get my bed fully replaced and they suggested to just have a panel replaced I went with their suggestion and it took a very long time for them to get the paint and cut out the trim they had my vehicle for over two months I asked them to replace the panels on the side also to get a deep cleaning done when I finally got the vehicle back they didn’t do those things also my tire is low and they couldn’t even put air in itThey say they’re backed up for months and now I finally get my vehicle back I want to go somewhere in the evening and my front headlights don’t even work very disappointed I recommend you don’t go here if you want to get your vehicle done and figure it out and in a timely manner they don’t even offer a vehicle they take you to Rent-A-Car and try to give you rates that’s it, just a terrible experience I’m going to return there tomorrow about my headlights and I’ll post about what they say but I’m very not hopeful that they’ll do anything and if not then I think I’m going to cancel what I paid them because I am not satisfied with their work

Is it possible to give 0 stars. THE most unprofessional place and group of people ever. I went to see them with my car on October 8th. Told me to wait 5 days for a call back so I could bring my car in. 12 days later after waiting and no sign of a call I decided to call them. When I called them the first time they lost all of my personal information and were going to get to the bottom of this and call me back. They never did call me back so I called back again that night. Same thing they said they would call me back and look into this for me. Waited a whole other day and no call. The last and final time I called them they had the audacity to question if I came in. I talked to three different people who were incredibly unprofessional and could not help with my issue. It is incredibly frustrating to know that if I hadnt called them initially, I couldve been waiting forever for my car to be taken in and fixed. Have to look for other places due to their poor service. I would never recommend this place to anyone DO NOT GO HERE.

Wish I could do no stars. This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever taken my car too. They had my car fromAbout July 30th till august 23rd. The whole time my car was here they didn’t update me once. They wouldn’t call me back when I called either. When I did speak to someone; Robert, he was really rude which made me more upset with him. When I gave the phone to my calm husband he was still rude to him we well. I gave them my Number multiple times as well and they still lost it every single time. On top of the fact they tried to get more money out of me by saying I never paid before my car was in the shop, even though insurance paid for the whole thing and they cashed the check on July 29th, the day after they received the checks.When I got it back my key fob wasn’t working. They told me to come in anytime since I just had my baby and couldn’t walk let alone drive. I brought it in yesterday and they are saying they can’t be sure I didn’t break it and refuse to fix it. DO NOT COME HERE. Scam of a place. Not to mention not a single person is wearing a mask. You can not tell me that whole office is vaxed I do not believe it. They broke my car and now I have to pay for it to get Fixed.

I definitely will never use this place again. Just like everyone else they never call back. They tell you that your insurance company did not do certain things so I call them and it was done days ago.No masks coughing everywhere on everything. I watched the receptionist say he was busy yet he was sitting at his desk laughing with another co-worker. Answer the phone and call people back.They had my vehicle forever with not one update unless I called multiple times. If I didnt live so far I would go up there. They didnt even do my repair right missing things and I had to come out of pocket for things.SCAM of a place.

My car has been at the shop for more than a month! What was supposed to take one week, has now turned into a month... with no good news on sight. Ive been calling almost every day and its always a different excuse. This is so frustrating!

I had a damaged tailgate on my Silverado that needed to be replaced. Heath and Robert were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results. Heath was very pleasant and took the time to negotiate with me on pricing and comparing the prices to other body repair shops. In the end I was very happy with the results. My new tailgate looks great! Thank you Heath and the crew at Sands Collision Center Glendale! I appreciate it.

If you need actual body work done go anywhere else. Invoice full of repairs and body work that never happened, said they replaced the bumper cover and brackets when all they did was glue it then refused to help when we pointed it out. You can see the glue over the broken brackets that they “replaced”. Throw the whole dealership away.

Dropped my truck off on a tues. they said fri/sat would be done. Then fri. Rolled around, said it would be Monday. Monday rolled around said it would be Wednesday. Wednesday came. Said it will be thur. We will see if it’s done the next day. Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend

I brought my vehicle in from a deer accident; damaging the hood, right light and grill of my SUV. During my interactions, all personnel were courteous, professional and straightforward.The technicians finished my vehicle earlier than expected. When I received my vehicle, the damaged areas were as new. The staff even took time to clean my vehicle with a wash and vacuum.I would highly recommend these folks for your restoration needs!

Professional,friendly staff at Sands. I was in an accident and this was the shop I was told to go to for repairs by the insurance company. I contacted them to arrange drop off and was greeted almost immediately by David. He dealt with the insurance and communicated with me often about the progress of the repairs. I think the public should be aware and weary of this collision center. I was involved in an auto accident where I was rear-ended and the driver of that rear ended me is insured through Mercury insurance, which is contracted with sands collision. I left my car with Sands Because Mercury insurance strongly encourage me to use them because of their contract. Five days later I received a call stating that they had submitted their estimate and that mercury would be in touch with me if they were going to accept it- Which a few days later after that I got a call stating that they were going to total my vehicle. The damage didnt appear to me to be $6500 in damages- and I did ask for a second opinion. When I returned to pick up my car I asked for a copy of the estimate and was told I would not be getting one. While they went around the back of the store to pick up my car I was explain to that they never even took my car apart in the rear end to see if there is any more than visible damages. It really bothers me that I was told I could not have a copy of that estimate. In fact I was shown my file and showing that there wasnt even an estimate inside... Only a form that says they believe the car is totaled.Everyone seemed really nervous, and a bit shocked, that I was there to pick up my car and not just except that its a total loss. They were nice to me for sure but I read people very well and everyone was shocked that I want to second opinion. My insurance company is coming to review the damages and they said they cannot guarantee It will not be a total loss, but I will obtain a copy of the estimate.If anything - I should be entitled to a copy of an estimate that totals my car. Something does not smell right around Sands auto collision center.Also my car clicker for unlock and lock worked fine before dropping off- yet it doesn’t work upon pick up and they have no idea why. I’m going to have to check to see if they stole the battery thinking I was just going to turn it over (wow).

Excellent service! Wendy was a joy to work with. My car looks like brand new and I was very impressed. They replaced one of headlights because of the accident and they cleaned the other headlight so that it looked like new also. Thanks Sands and Wendy for taking such good care of me.

I wish I could rate them 0 stars because that would be more accurate! I am tremendously disappointed in this service. I have dealt with car salesman, mechanics and workmen all a like and I must say Ken Kochanski is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They held onto my car an extra week. I had asked if they could keep me updated via phone call or emails and I had given the front desk person my email 3 separate times and even gave Ken my email and somehow they couldn’t give me an update after all that. They repeatedly would say they don’t have my information on file, which they should know who’s car they have. To top it all off, they ran over a nail in their parking lot and patched it and filled it with air and it was flat the next day. My insurance company called them and I was told they would replace the tire and contact me. It’s been 2 weeks and I am still waiting on my car to get fixed. I have called them multiple times over to just get some kind of information and they just don’t care there. I have been without my vehicle since late November! Unbelievable! Thanks Sands for nothing!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are basically a scam artist. My car was stolen from me and when it was recovered my insurance company recommended this stupid place. I trusted my insurance company that they knew what was best for my car. Before my car was towed here, I went to examine the damages at tow yard the police had it towed to. My car was in excellent condition it just needed to be rekeyed since the keys were stolen. But when I got to Sands Collision Center my car was no longer in perfect condition and it was over 3 to $4,000 worth of damages including a hanging bumper which was not hanging hours before. It look like they took a bat to my car. I advise Ken at that time that my car did not look like this when I saw it hours ago. Ken claim this is how it arrive to them which I know that is not true. Once car was fixed they then force me to pay them $1,000 to get my car back from them. Once I receive my car within 2 hours it broke down. I had to have the car towed to my home and catch a uber home. I contacted Ken and explain that my car is no longer working, Ken then had my vehicle towed back to the shop. My car has been there now for over a week and I have called every other day for an update on my vehicle. The receptionist is very rude and claimed that he is in a meeting every single day. He never returns my calls. I would not recommend this place to anyone!! Run far away if your insurance company recommend Sands Collision Center.

Worst place Ive ever had a repair done. Had a 2016 duramax ltz in for a repair and it came back to me with non matching colors, over spray through out most of the truck, they damaged my window seal, loose plastic molding everywhere they worked. They even left the seat belt loose and coming off which is a big safety hazard when my kids are in those back seats.etc etc. Not to mention my truck being in there over a month. Never coming back to this shop again. If it would give me the choice to do negative stars I would...

It was just ok. They did communicate with me regarding my car repairs. They called me on a regular basis to tell me my car was almost ready, except for the day they told me it was supposed to be ready, then they didnt call at all. They did call the next business day to tell me my car was almost ready, and again the next day to tell me that they needed another part and it would be at least 2 more days. I guess my definition of almost is different from theirs. The repair seems to be good, except for now certain things dont work the way they used to, but they are little things. My car was had a total of about $9500 damage, so I get that its not going to be the same as it was. They were supposed to have detailed the car after the repair and that was just ok too. They didnt even bother to put windshield wiper fluid back in. And, months later now I found that the windshield leaked. They fixed it, but getting that fixed was almost as error filled as the original repair. I will not use them again.

I would like to let everyone know that Leigh (Lee) was my estimater and my main point of contact at the Collison Center after my car was in an accident. I didnt trust anyone doing repairs on my car, but Lee explained the enitre process to me and kept me informed the entire time. He returned my calls when I asked and continued to give me the reassurance that i needed while my car was being repaired. My car went in a total mess. Weeks later, my car was out at of the shop brand new again. This location... fixed my axle, my suspension, a/c, control arm, front body damage and paint,etc (It was a major job, almost 50 hours worth of damages, and of course thousands of dollars). Nevertheless the finishing job was sooo good, no one could ever tell that my car was an accident. Its been 24 hours since I had my car and so far so good, no complaints.... Thank you Lee and you guys keep up the good work! ! !
