My office is on Los Feliz and I drive by these guys almost everyday. The building caught my eye and they always look busy. They ordered the tail I wanted to customize, painted and installed it within a few days. They suggested a loaner car I appreciate the honesty but I didnt need one. I was happy with the whole process and end result. I think I made a good choice trusting my instincts, if necessary, will be back again.

Last week was the second time I paid these guys a visit and they do not disappoint. I took my car in for a paint repair after my car had been keyed while I was at a job interview in Downtown. They gave me a time estimate and price and I left. I got two text updates before I was told cars ready. I was skeptical at first because of the price given but I read some of their Tesla reviews and decided to go in for the minor repair seen in photo I made of before/after. I was recently involved in an accident and started looking for a place where I can take my car to get fixed. I searched on google and found pur collision center. Based off the reviews, I couldnt agree more with the rest of the customers. This place was off the hook! Alex greeted me, asked me if Id like any water or coffee, talked to me like we were best friends, and gave me solid answers for all my questions. I loved how clean the shop was, almost as if it looked like a showroom for their equipment. I also noticed the workers were wearing safety gear, like youd see in car magazines. The best part was that I had a few scratches here and there, and Alex showed me that they fixed those too. Complimentary of pur collision center. You wanna get your car fixed. Take it down there. Wont regret it peeps!

My vehicle needed a part replaced and some other body work performed. Alex J. gave me the best cost estimate of all quotes that I received and when I brought the car in for a precise estimate he found that repainting would not be necessary, thereby saving me more money too. He could have easily stuck to the initial estimate and I would have been none the wiser, the guy is a good egg. Furthermore, the repairs were estimated to require 2-3 days but Alex J. called me by the end of the same day to pick up the car, and this was despite what is clearly a heavy workload (there were a lot of cars in various stages of repair at the shop) and a repair during the Xmas/NY holiday season. I was worried that there may have been compromises on quality in the result but I was very relieved to find my car repaired to an excellent finish.Being new to LA, I am glad to say that PUR is now my de facto auto body shop. I will be returning, hopefully not any time soon, and referring everyone to PUR and Alex J. Thank you for the exceptional customer service!

Alex was great to work with and his team did a great job on my car. They found damage that I didnt notice, and sorted it out with the insurance company at no cost to me. Alex did thoughtful things I didnt even realize until later on - such as keeping the bumper un-touched and allowing me to attach the license plate myself (some car enthusiasts like to mount them off to the side, etc). And they returned my car in pristine condition - even dressed the tires. Will update if there are any issues with the paint.

Stopped by here and was lucky enough these guys accepted a walk in. Their shop looked mighty busy with many cars being worked inside. Got a small scratch near by from a parking lot and thankfully the shop was nearby, these guys buffed it out and did whatever they did and I was off home in no time. They said it’s on the house free of charge which earned them this positive review.

Amazing service. I wanted to change the front grille on my car. No job is to small for them. And you cannot beat them on price as well. I have been looking around for ages and was getting quoted extortionate amounts of money till i came across these guys. I found this shop on google after searching for nearby collision centers. They called me right away and requested photos of my car. I got an estimate within 10 minutes and decided to trust them with repairs on my quarter panel. Job took two days and I was back to pick up my car which job was done so perfect, I do have to recommend them for sure to anyone out there.

This shop appeared in maps so I gave them a call for my broken side mirror. They asked for my VIN and within ten minutes got back to me with pricing and said labor would be on the house. I really appreciate the great prompt service.

I took in my F150 for auto customization and a minor dent repair. I spoke with Alex and Mike on two different days and their estimate for everything beat two other shops near me. I have to say Im impressed with the job they did. It honestly gives me a feeling of relief to walk in and see high end and not so high end cars at this shop because it tells me they know what theyre doing no matter the level of luxury. These guys did a great job and gave many good suggestions for the paint job. I already referred two of my friends here. They told me job will take four jobs and they stuck to their word. My car looks great forgot where the dent was to begin with.

The technicians at PUR Collision Center are so professional in doing their job. I dropped off my Rolls Royce last week for a dent repair and asked if its ok to pick it up the day after Christmas and Alex told me it wouldnt be a problem. First of all, I couldnt even tell where the original repair was because they did that much of a good job and second of all I appreciate the fact that they took the time to explain to me in details the repair process they were going to do (Im a picky customer sorry). Pricing was beat by one other place locally I was quoted from. Overall, A++ to their team.

Picked up my car from this body shop yesterday. I want to start off by mentioning yes they keep their word (estimate wise and timing of repairs). I requested to be updated since the bumper repair was going to take two days (dent damage and paint restoration) they kept me updated on repair timing through text. Oh yes and the estimate they gave me beat the other two I had from nearby maps, plus theyre certified which kept me at ease.Alex and the other technicians are so friendly and professional and because of all this as a first time customer, I feel confident to say I have a new go to shop for the future. I had a dent on the side of my front bumper for a while and finally decided to get it repaired at this place. I was really happy with the service they provided within a short amount of time... got my bumper completely back to looking like brand new. Repairs is excellent and prices is good compare to three prices I got for the repairing. My bumper in the back corner is bad dent and its a lease to take back soon so they fix so professional its not show anymore. Alex and the collision technicians did a great job on my Lexus. I was in need of a fender and bumper repair which also needed to be repainted. One shop quoted me $875 when pur quoted me $500. They did an awesome job on the repair and texted me updates as I requested. I will request this shop to everyone needing car repairs around me. It feels good to pay a great price and not feel cheated with the results plus go home happy.

I usually don’t write reviews but I will for this shop just to compare to most on the same street that have been around forever. The collision came up on my maps when I needed to go to a place after a light accident. Their ad said free towing but my car was drivable so I just went straight there after speaking with Mike on the phone. Alex greeted me and thoroughly inspected my car he said the bumper was just clipped off and it could easily be installed back at no charge and they buffed the scratch area which easily looked like it was never there. They charged me an unbelievable price..not even in the hundred digits. This review was especially for the honest inspection, being a girl I could’ve easily been cheated and been told the bumper had to be repaired and I wouldn’t have even known because I’m that bad with cars. Thanks guys I really appreciate the sincere care and honesty you provided.

When u walk into this bodyshop and see the tools and equipment..no words leave ur car and walk out...Im so happy I took my baby in for a but job with this shop. 7 series needed some custom paint on the back bumper and a small scratch was removed before they did the paint job. If ur someone who understands equipments good and bad then know these guys treat ur car like a baby. They dont talk they silently kill with success... they said three days and kept word. All types of cars there looked like a dealer...best experience with them told my brother to take his G for a roof panel paint job.

Ok had to leave a review for these guys, first of all must say Im a returning customer first at their dealership on Brand and now to the bodyshop. We bought our first car from pur motors when I was pregnant and now our car needed a repaint (just because) I wanted to go from black to pearl white on our g550. We didnt even shop around when I saw on Instagram they now had a body shop a few blocks down we knew exactly where to go. These guys are pros in all aspects of the automobile field. My husband and I trust them and know theyre honest with their customers they work right from the book and dont cut corners. My car was with them for four days and we picked it yesterday. I feel like I got a new car Im so excited and Im happy to leave a positive feedback about how I feel. Pricing was good didnt sound obnoxious from the start. Good to be a family member of pur.
