I am so horrified by my experience with this business I dont even know where to begin. This is a family owned business ran by some of the most dishonest, disrespectful and immoral people I have ever met. A few weeks ago a women rear ended my car so badly that it caused structural damage and was deemed un safe to drive by various auto body shops. The women was uninsured and was refusing to take responsibility so I am proceeding to take her to court. A few hours after serving her the court papers I got a call from a random number who turned out to be the womens brother. He advised me to come to this location (4563 San Fernando Road) so we could settle the dispute among ourselves with out going to court. He offered to give me $1,000 on his sisters behalf. Even though the damage to my car was WAY more then that, I agreed in order to avoid court. When arriving at the address I was greeted by the brother. He seemed so nice and invited me into the office to give me the money. He then started to befriend me and even said hes my friend and is trying to help me. After gaining my trust he went on to tell me that realistically Im not owed any money for the damages. Once I realized that he was trying toplay and manipulate me I kindly insisted on getting the money I was promised so I could leave and thats when things turned bad. Next thing I knew himself and all of the family members that work there began verbally attacking me and accusing me of lying, claiming their sister never damaged my car. I am a 27 year old female and had 5 50 year old man screaming in my face. The entire experience was traumatizing. Ontop of this, as car experts they should have looked at the horrific damage on my car caused by their sister and understood how un safe it is to drive and what a desperate situation I was in. Instead they degraded, disrespected, lied and humiliated me. They even attempted to block me in their parking lot not allowing me to leave. Please beware and BE CAREFUL. They will try and convince you they are your friend and that you are in good hands, when really they are completely trying to con you. I truly cant even imagine how much they have pulled over on costumers by utilizing that fake friendly demeanor just to completely mislead them and rip them off. Please please please please please do not go here.
