I am thoroughly impressed by the customer service offered here. When my fiance and I arrived, we were greeted immediately and treated with the utmost respect. The owner, David, asked one of his technicians to diagnose the issue. This technician not only diagnosed the problem, but repaired it in twenty minutes without asking for a fee! We paid a nice tip, of course, but this type of treatment speaks to the integrity of the business. Other body shops around the same area had provided quotes of over $200 while sounding disinterested to gain new business. We are very satisfied with the quality of work and the service. We plan to return and to refer friends, family, and colleagues.

Dave has taken this over from his dad to a new heights. The body work is truly virgin work. The car you get back is really a different car all together. You drive off the dealership for the first time!

If you are looking to get you car fixed in a timely manner, YES THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO TO. They give you their word that the car is going to be ready by a certain date, then found out something happened that made it last longer. Excuse after excuse after excuse. Not efficient with the dealership they partner with and come to find out I get to wait LONGER because they had to order additional parts. You guys had my car for weeks and now you are barely ordering the parts?! Again, never doing business with them, they treated me like if I was a joke. Worst costumer service and experience ever.

This body shop is the BEST! I backed into a post in my wifes new Honda and Elegant repaired the bumper to like new without replacing the entire bumper. Other body shops wanted over $500 to replace it. Elegant fixed it for much less, offered me a free loaner and actually washed the car when they finished. No one could ever tell this bumper was repaired. The owner and his employees are very conscientious and meticulous to detail. I highly recommend this professional shop. I have recommended this body shop for listing on Angies List.

Awesome experience! Everyone is really nice and helpful. They ordered the parts that I needed ASAP. The parts came in the next day and they took care of me right away. Theyre also not just a body shop. I mentioned a leak I noticed and they looked at everything and fixed it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future.

Went in for a estimate for damage on my car. I left the place thinking they got everything they needed to do the report after I left. Two weeks later I found out they didnt even bother starting a estimate no pictures were taken NOTHING! forget these people. They will only help you if you have a nice luxury car..my poor honda wasnt good enough apparently😡 either that or this was discrimination against my race. Or both. Just because Im Hispanic driving a honda..and not one of their kind with BMWs or Lexus. Unbelievable.point is I felt discriminated against..Good thing is I got my car taken care of at a better more legit place. (Calibar collision).
