Alfred was amazing! My car sustained a serious hit to the door that ruined the electrical components. He negotiated with the insurance company to make sure my car was perfect! He is also a very kind and friendly guy. Customer service was excellent. He was always available to answer any questions I hadI needed to go out of town and he was willing to drive my car to a storage place and hang on to my keys until I returned to California. The insurance company said that no one would do this but Alfred did. I highly recommend this place
