If I could give 0 star, I would. I experienced a very poor customer service with an agent here. I was walking in to this branch and spoke with an agent. I was asking if they have some great deals for a premium brand that is within my price range. But he said that they don’t have that much. He showed me 3 cars that are right next to each other. It felt a lil bit frustrating already the way he entertains a customer that’s why I decided not to spend anymore time with him. My frustrations even got worse when I went home, browse their website and found so many great deals of the brands that I was looking for and that is within my price range.

They just bought my car and I felt they made a fair offer. I was treated courteously and respectfully, they offered water and snacks. I would highly recommend this family business!

Purchased a 2016 Fiat 500X from FAS and I’m delighted with the car and the whole buying experience. We scheduled a test-drive and Matthew welcomed my husband and I at the lot, he was polite, knowledgeable and not-at-all pushy. To finalize the purchase we dealt with another Sales Manager and Financial Officer who were both very friendly and efficient. We were told we could bring the car to the FAS Burbank service center if there were any issues (30-day warranty). After 2 weeks I had noticed the brakes were squeaky so I took the car to the shop in Burbank and they cleaned the break pads and serviced the car free of charge. Great experience buying a car. The dealers were low-pressure and made the entire buying process very easy. Additionally they went above and beyond and found me an insurance rate that was far lower than anything I was able to find myself. If you tell them your budget and ideals when buying the car they will do whatever is reasonably within their power to make the deal happen within that budget. Especially given that its a car dealership, they run an honest business. I would recommend buying from them.

I received an offer of 22k at CarMax right before everything was shut down due to covid. I went back to CarMax to get my car appraised again but this time they only wanted to give me 20k. Luckily I wasn’t in a hurry to sell my car so I’m didn’t accept that offer. I went to Kelley blue book to get a quote “just for fun” bc I didn’t think they would offer me more than CarMax but I wanted to get a second opinion before I gave up in selling my car. I thought that I was selling my car to Kelley blue book and once I got an email to get it appraised at a location affiliated with them I just thought they would Just inspect it and send pictures to Kelley blue book. Ha! I called and spoke to Daniel and made an appointment for the same day. My husband was not a happy off going somewhere else because he thought it was a waste of time because they wouldn’t give us a range of what the offer would be over the phone. I personally didn’t see an issue I understand that they need to inspect the vehicle, but my husband didn’t see it that way. So I made him go with me and luckily it paid off they inspected my car and after some negotiation they offered me more than CarMax. I went in on a Saturday and we did the paperwork and left my car there that day today is Wednesday and I checked my car loan and It has been paid off !!! Wohoo!

I have never had a worse experience buying a car. We were offered a deal on a truck and accepted. We completely rearranged our work schedules to pick up the truck as well as made plans to sell our other car. They contacted my husband the morning of, VERY last minute, to tell us the price went up almost $2,000 which is unacceptable for truck was under 10k to begin with. Extremely disappointing in this experience and will make sure to tell friends not to come here.

Really honest dealer. I took my car for a pre-purchase inspection and they confirmed me all what I had heard. There were a couple of minor points that I discovered after the inspection and a couple of medium ones (a dent and a possible issue with the alternator that could come up in few months), but nothing serious. Nothing unexpected for a pre-owned car (in my case a BMW convertible with hard top). I was given all the information I needed (technical, financial). They helped me with tinting the windows, taking the car to a car shop for an inspection, etc ... All the agents are great, but, Carlos Gomez, in particular was outstanding. If I had to buy another car, I would first call them. I took business cards with me for my friends and colleagues. They also have a car shop in Burbank with great deals for the customers. Ah, and the deal was really fair and good. If I dont come back in few months, this purchase was a total success.
