Fantastic service! Quick to respond and able to come out the same day. Worried about having to replace our (old!!) dryer but he was able to fix it and get us back and running! 4 kids and 4 dogs we cant go for long without a working washer/dryer. Dennis the repairman from GE Monogram Expert was excellent! This is by far the best experience Ive had with appliance repairs. We bought a new stove through the whirlpool and when we took the masking tape off the paint came off with it! Dennis checked to make sure he could replace the panel and verified it was under warranty then ordered the part right there in front of me. I also like that I was told he would be there between 9 am-9:30 am and he was there at 9 am on the dot. I would recommend GE Monogram Expert strictly because of Denniss professionalism and knowledge.

Highly recommend GE Monogram Expert. Called on a Saturday for a refrigerator repair. Sean arrived within the time frame quoted and was upfront and honest towards making the decision to repair or replace. He cleaned up after the service and provides 30 days warranty on the service.

I have had nothing but amazing service from James the repairman from GE Monogram Expert. I found them here on Google. Requested a quote. Received a text within 10 minutes. Gave me a quote and scheduled a visit for the next day. They came out to replace my ice maker. James explained everything he was doing, showed me his diagnostics of the ice maker and water pump. He couldnt find anything major wrong with either part. Just a minor fix. So he put everything back together, added water and it worked! He could have just sold me a new ice maker. Instead, he made it work. But if it didnt work, he would come back and replace it without charging me for another service call. It did stop working again, so he came out and replaced it. Excellent service! They text me updates on when they will arrive. James is extremely knowledgeable and texted me back immediately when I had questions. I cant recommend them enough!

Anthony was very helpful in a stressful situation for me and my family. Our Freezer has stopped working. I was concerned all our groceries were going to spoil etc. I called so many companies and one of the companies asked me $ 1500 to fix the freezer and I bought the freezer for only $700. so twice the money to fix than the price I bought, they were telling me I need to replace this and that, and then I called Anthony and he answered immediately. I encountered another issue with my appliance and that was my refrigerator gasket. One of your technicians did a great job of fixing my appliance in a very efficient and effective way. He applied a new tactic which made his work very reliable and accurate. His work was totally impressive! I will definitely recommend this to all of my friends and family here in my place!
