Ive done 3 prior transactions with this dealer. They were all pretty poor experiences looking back, the shop is just 2 blocks from my place so it was convenient and I tolerated their generous markup and above mandated fees. But after my experience today I will neither take my business here ever again; nor recommend anyone shop here.Im real disappointed with the service I got from the owner. They changed their policy regarding C&R transfers mid-transaction, right before a big July 4th family weekend. Worse the owner seemed to revel in the fact he was willfully obstructing an otherwise legal exception to a firearm transfer.If you are a collector, gun enthusiast or even a first time buyer avoid this shop at all costs. They are simply looking for easy fees to collect from mandated CA regulations, (not that they follow them to the letter of the law anyway, DROS fee is 20% more than what CA stipulates).Simply put I cannot recommend a worse place to take your business, the lads in the front are nice and answer questions you may have or let you feel/handle merchandise. But when it comes to a transaction take your business elsewhere and go to a place with some expertise in CA gun laws. The owner simply doesnt care to stay on top of the gun regulation and will do anything to avoid getting the shop in trouble, hopefully thatll include the buyer, but I wouldnt count on it!

Excellent store with great customer service.

Nice people. Help me trouble shoot my weapon after I added some modifications that I made back in June of 2020. Came in recently and found out staff are not wearing masks and are not enforcing customers to wear one while being inside their business.

Robert was the man! He just hooked me up with my first handgun! He also was able to save me a box of bullets to go along with it. Very nice store and very friendly staff! Must check out if you are in Glendale, I live in the San Fernando valley but the short drive is worth it!

Horrific customer service... I’m appalled this place is in business. I started to ask a question after waiting for an hour and the employee (Sean) decided to respond to his text messages in mid sentence. Only when I started to walk away he put his phone away. What a joke of an establishment. This is after i waited an hour to find out about returning an item..Never stepping foot in again and making sure anyone I know doesnt waste their time at this dump.

Ive never owned a firearm as a civilian and expected the process to be an arduous & complex task in the state of CA. Fortunately I called the first number within the Yelp directory & spoke to Kam; a sales associate and firearms expert at this location. Within 20 minutes I arrived and Cam gave me a surgical breakdown of every firearm within reach. I fell in love with the thunder shock volley fire, a unique firearm that I only imagined existed in Wild West video games like Red Dead Redemption. I took the test (so easy) shortly after & completed the registration, fingerprint, and payment process. Will definitely make this my home location when it comes to firearms and accessories. Felt like I was at Disney World the whole time. Kam is definitely the real MVP & my future point of contact anytime I visit this location. To be honest the entire staff was really cool & down to earth. Cant wait to visit again in 10 days to pick up my new firearm.

Great staff and great store. Show them respect and basic firearm care, they will treat you right. They are all very knowledgeable and straightforward. Their prices are fair, and they always have a good selection of firearms, ammunition, and accessories. Robert, the gunsmith, did excellent work installing a Hellfighter Mod Kit on my AR 10 and 15, along with slings and new grips. I later had an issue with one modded rear takedown pin (my fault) and didnt have an armorers wrench to remove the buffer tube. Robert fixed it at no charge. I highly recommend checking them out.

Bad service.

The service provided was great. The store was neat and clean and packed with a variety of products. The sellers were capable of explaining every detail and help me out with my choices. They were nice and very helpful. The price is also very fitting for the services provided. I am especially impressed by the job done by Robert, on of the sellers. He is usually the most helpful with explaining every little detail about the weapon I want to buy. Of course I am also pleased with the service provided by the other guys too.

William and team greeted me and steered me in the right direction to a different firearm that I came in to buy. They were very professional and willing to help. Dont listen to the 1 star reviews, come in for yourself and you will leave a happy buyer. I plan on being a repeat customer.

Favorite store

Ive made two purchases in this shop so far, and both times Ive been in and out of there in less than 30 minutes with at least one person ahead of me. My most recent purchase I got an unexpected Veteran discount on a Glock, and they laminated my FSC card while I was waiting for the DROS to be filled out.  Staff was cordial and helpful, I definitely recommend stopping by and checking the place out.

Courteous service, knowledgeable staff, no hassle shopping, good stock, reasonable prices, good stock, and easy special order process. I ordered some magpul products for my AR and staff was very helpful in selection process. Would definitely recommend this shop and am certainly going there for future purchases.

Very rude staff, take your money else where

Ive bought one gun from these guys and they are the best in town. I feel as if their competitors are leaving all these negative reviews on them because I know a lot of people in the city that are gun lovers and no one has complaints about gun gallery.

Initially went in to compare prices. I was then helped by Avedis who was able to price match the gun I was looking at with another nearby store. I will definitely come back to this store again to buy another firearm!

Went in this shop to check into purchasing a rifle. Purchased some 22lr and 357mag rounds only to realize later that I was ripped off. Over charged by at least $50. Dont shop there if you are expecting any kind of fair prices.

Good shop lots of cool stuff

Although I grew up with guns in my family my entire life, it wasnt till about two months ago that i decided to get a gun of my own. I didnt have my Handgun Safety Certificate, and was still a newbie to the whole process of buying a gun. After a couple bad experiences at local gun store, ie. Gun World in Burbank (dont ever go there unless you want to be taken advantage of), i walked into the Gun Gallery and immediately knew this store was different. I was greeted by the owner, Robert, and a younger gentleman. Both were extremely friendly and quite funny i have to mention. Robert guided me through the whole process and told me exactly what i had to do. I took my HSC test at the store, got licensed, and Robert pretty much took care of the rest with my handgun purchase. Paperwork was all taken care of and in sure enough in 10 days, i was the proud new owner of a brand new Glock 22!My second experience was even better, i mean as a return customer, the level of service i received was amazing! I purchased a lower receiver for an AR-15 from a private third party and had it sent to the Gun Gallery to complete the transfer and registration. However, this guy sends the Gun Gallery my receiver but absolutely no paperwork whatsoever so i started to freak out thinking this piece was stolen or it wasnt properly registered! Robert told me that there was nothing to worry about and that hed take care of everything one way or another...i see him get on the phone with the sender and i have to tell you hes like the Larry H. Parker of guns! LOL! He fought for me, and basically told the guy I bought the receiver from exactly what he needed to complete a legal transfer. I cant tell you what a relief it is to have someone on your side taking care of you. Im just waiting for my pick up date which is in a week, but none of it would have been possible without my man Robert.If any of you guys need a gun or anything related, i strongly recommend this store: great prices, superb service, big selection and just hands down good guys. I guarantee you cant go wrong here!
